STEP 11 :
11.1. Attach lock (4) to left door (N) with lock screws (3).
11.2. Attach frame hook (5) to middle frame (J) with lock screws (3).
11.3. Attach door hook (6) to right door (O) with locks screws (3).

STEP 10:
10.1. Carefully place roof (P) on top so that the wood studs on the bottom of the roof fit flush
against the front and back of the unit.
Note: Make sure the roof faces correctly so that the top, front does not have the wood frame. Only the
sides and back of the top should have a wood frame.
10.2. Secure roof (P) to unit at top frame (K) and back panel with wood screws (1).

STEP 9:
9.1. Hook left door (N) to left side frame (M) at the hinges as shown.
9.2. Repeat Step 9.1 to hook right door (O) to right side frame (M).
Note: The caps on the doors can be adjusted by twisting if the doors are not hooking on the hinges
properly.

HELPFUL HINTS FOR ASSEMBLING THE TOOL STORAGE SHED
GENERAL HINTS
• Lay out all of the parts and hardware according to the diagram to make sure you have what’s
needed for assembly.
• If you find any parts missing or defective, contact Customer Service at 1-800-846-3000.
• Briefly read through the instructions before beginning assembly.
• Have cloth handy to place under any of the wood panels as you install. This will protect your unit
or any work surfaces from scratches.
• Having someone assist you by holding parts in place during installation will make the process
easier. Some panels are very large.
• Make sure all panels and parts are correctly lined up before tightening.

SPECIFIC HINTS
STEP 1:
1.1. Attach left side panel (A) to base (C) with wood screws (1). Make sure the wood studs are
properly fitted into the grooves of the base.
1.2. Repeat Step 1.1 to attach right side panel (B).
Note: Having someone hold the side panels in place is helpful.

STEP 8:
8.1. Attach the completed frame to the unit with wood screws (1) at left side panel (A), right side
panel (B), and base (C).

STEP 7:
7.1. Line up side frames (M) under top frame (K) and above bottom frame (L), as shown.
7.2. Secure the side frames with wood screws (1).

STEP 2:
2.1. Join left and right back panels (E and D) at dowels.
Note: Dowels come already attached to left panel (E).
2.2. Secure the left and right back panels (E and D) with wood screws (1), as shown.

STEP 3:
3.1. Attach left and right back panels (E and D) to the back of the unit with wood screw (1) at the
bottom, back of panels.
3.2. Use wood screws (1) to attached left side panel (A) to left back panel (E).
Note: Having someone hold the back panel from behind is useful for Steps 3.2 & 3.3.
3.3. Repeat Step 3.2 to attach right side panel (B) to right back panel (D).

STEP 6:
6.1. Attach top frame (K) to middle frame (J) at dowel. Make sure the holes on the frames face out.
6.2. Secure top frame (K) and middle frame (J) with wood screws (1), as shown.
6.3. Repeat steps 6.1-6.2 to attach bottom frame (L) to middle frame (J).

STEP 5:
5.1. Attach middle shelf (I) with shelf screws (2) to left shelf panel (F) and right shelf panel (G), as
shown.
Note: Having someone hold right shelf panel (G) in place is helpful for Step 5.1.
5.2. Attach top shelf (H) with shelf screws (2).
