Always assemble on a firm, level surface. It’s not advisable to
assemble on a carpeted floor
It is recommended that assembly is completed by two people
Always wear protective gloves when assembling
Use a cloth to protect the powder coating when using the mallet
to tap beams into place
Always ensure that the butterflies on the beams (B & C) fully enter
the slots on the uprights (A)
STEP 1.
Select two uprights (A) and push on plastic feet (F) to bases.
Insert the butterflies of a short side beam (C) into the widest part of
the keyholes at the lowest shelf level required.
STEP 2.
Tap beam (C) with a rubber mallet to ensure the butterflies are fully
located in the bottom of the keyholes on both uprights.
Lean the uprights (A) against a wall for support if needed.
STEP 3.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have created a 'ladder style frame'.
TIP: Now is a good time to check the space between the beams suits
the items you want to store on the shelves and adjust as required.
STEP 4.
Select two more uprights (A) and repeat steps 1 and 3 until you have a
second 'ladder style frame'.
TIP: Use the first frame as a template to get the correct spacing.
STEP 5.
Take two long beams (B) and insert the butterflies into the keyholes
on one frame at the same height as the short beams.
Tap into place with a rubber mallet.
STEP 6.
Insert the other ends of the beams (B) into the second frame as in
steps 5.
