CONGRATULATIONS
on your purchase of Totenschläger, part of our Tonebug series of
eect pedals that combine stunning T-Rex tone, heavy duty design,
and aordable pricing.
Totenschläger is a distortion pedal that anyone can use, but that’s
really tuned for metal and other types of high-distortion music.
It delivers a gorgeous-sounding gain, whether you’re just add-
ing a dirty edge to your sound or going all the way with sear-
ing, sustained distortion. And with its 3-band graphic equalizer,
Totenschläger puts YOU in charge of the shape and colour of your
distortion.
Totenschläger is simple to set up and use. The following pages
explain the dierent controls and oer suggested settings to get
you started.

PLUG IN, AND TUNE TO TASTE…
Using your Totenschläger
Insert a 9V alkaline battery or connect to an electrical outlet using
the T-Rex Fuel Tank power supply (not included).
Plug your guitar into the INPUT jack, and run a lead from the OUT-
PUT jack into your amp.
Use the GAIN knob to add distortion to your sound, and the LEVEL
knob to set your overall output volume.
Experiment with the LOW, MID and HIGH sliders on the 3-band
graphic equalizer to tune in your own signature distortion tone.

T-REX WARRANTY CONDITIONS
T-Rex offers a 2-year warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event of a malfunction,
please contact our technical support at [email protected] before sending us the product
for repair. When the product has been sent to us at sender’s cost, we will repair or replace
your product and send it back to you - free of charge and usually within 3 weeks (shipping
not included). The product needs to be accompanied by a copy of your receipt, serial num-
ber, return address, phone number, e-mail address and a brief explanation of the problem.
Please note that we cannot replace a product until we have received it here in Denmark.
The warranty is lost if the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, or
neglect; or if the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorized by T-Rex.
