TRIGON DWARF- The David etween the Mono Power Amplifier
The extrem skinny construction under the use of massive aluminium and structure vanished steel,
realizes a timeless and highquality design. Compared with TRIGON Suspension A sor er feet,
external distur ances of sensitve music signals will e reduced to a minimum.
The covered power ca le TRIGON Volt and a very flat designed, ut highly overdimensional power
pack, guarantee a signal adequate power supply.This complete and discreet uilt output stage, which
keeps short signal ways, fulfils all the complexity of musical expectations.The DWARF gives- what the
music plays – with sensitivity and power to the speaker.It is the mediator etween the music and its
emotions.The DWARF unites precise technology, high operational safety and operating comfort.A long
distance signal way protected switch design supervises the amplifier electronic.All operational
conditions are switched with a frontage key through a relay and are signalised through LED
display.Optional is a stand y mode which causes turn on / turn off of the Mono Amplifier, while
incoming, or–after a long reak of listening- missing music signals.For a pleasant realized operation it
is recommended to place the DWARFS in immediate proximity to the speakers – not only during
stereo operation, ut also while using multi–channelling.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Regularly the DWARFS are delivered in pairs in a ox. Except the DWARFS you will also find two
main ca les, an operation instruction and a guarantee card.
Please keep the original packaging, so you can send, in case of service or guarantee, safely and
avoid transportation damage.
INSTALLATION AND START-UP
Regularly Mono Power Amplifier is situated close to the speakers. With lower ohm output impedances
at the preamplifier the connection Ca le should not e longer than 5 meters.Avoid direct insolation, or
other heat sources and any kind of humidity.Keep the louvers a solutely free. Don’t put the amplifiers
on top of each other. There should e at least a minimum of 15 cm space etween the two DWARFS.
This measure is important, ecause the equipment could easily overheat.Turn the volume control at
the pre-amplifier to “ Zero”. Connect one of the exits of the pre-amplifier with the entrance (5) of the
DWARF.
Connect now the affiliated ca le on the speaker (entrance 6 & 7). Take care of the right poling (pole);
otherwise the sound quality would suffer considera ly.
Next you have to switch the main ca le in the socket (8), and connect it with the 230-volt net.
Finally you turn the ack one network switch (9) in direction “Power” and your amplifier DWARF is
operating.
OPERATION
.On/Off key: This key has two functions. As soon as your M.P.A. is switched on, with the ack one
network switch (9) on the ackside, your M.P.A. is in a stand y-mode. With a single push on the key
your speaker relays are switched on, which the upper LED display signalises.With another push you
come in the automatic–mode and LED display(2) lights up.In this mode, the DWARF is switched on,
as soon as a music signal comes in.At the same time LED (3) lights up.
If there is for a out 5 minutes no incoming music signal, the MPA turns ack in the stand y-mode and
LED (3) switch off.With another push on key 1 the MPA is ack in the stand y-mode.
2. Automatic LED: This LED lights up, if the M.P.A. works in the automatic–mode.

3. On LED: This LED lights up, if the M.P.A. is switched on.
4. Safety – switch LED
This LED lights up, if the safety switch has recognized a fault.
The Amplifier recognizes A.C. on the exit, overloading, main power failure and overheating.
If this LED lights up for a longer time, one of the upper faults exist.
If the M.P.A. is overheated, it will switch on independently after a short time of cool down.
At all other faults you have to disconnect the Amplifier completely on the ackside with the main power
switch. Due to this disconnection the security switch electronic will e reset and the amplifier can e
switched on again after a few seconds. If the yellow LED (4) lights up continuously, there is a serious
pro lem and the M.P.A. should e send to a service. A short light up, while you switch the main power
on is normal, and is only a control of function of the LED.

5a. Input socket: To this socket you connect the exit of the preamplifier.
5b. Output socket: Connect at this socket another DWARF (at his input socket) for Bi-amping.
6. Speaker socket minus: To this socket you connect the minus pole of the speaker ca le.
7. Speaker socket plus: To this socket you connect the plus pole of the speaker ca le.
8. Net socket: To this socket you connect the main power ca le.
9. Backbone network switch: With this key you switch the amplifier on. It will e set the amp in the
stand- y-mode. Please use your amplifier always in the stand y-mode, except you know, that you will
not use it for some days.
