INTENDED USE
This chamber is intended to be used along with a metered dose inhaler to
deliver aerosol medication to your lungs as prescribed by your healthcare
provider.
BEFORE EACH USE
This chamber can be used directly out-of-package. Ensure these instructions
and the instructions supplied with the inhaler have been read. Carefully look
into the chamber. If there is any visible dust or other debris inside, then clean
the chamber. Replace immediately if it is damaged or has missing parts.
HOW TO USE YOUR CHAMBER
For preparation of the inhaler, follow the instructions supplied with
the inhaler.

Remove caps from the inhaler and mouthpiece chamber. Shake the inhaler
immediately before use as per the instructions supplied with it.

MASK: Insert
the inhaler into the back-piece of the chamber. Apply mask to face and ensure
an effective seal. MOUTHPIECE: Insert the inhaler into the backpiece of the
chamber. Put mouthpiece into mouth and close your lips around it to ensure
an effective seal.

MASK: Exhale then press the inhaler once at the beginning
of a slow inhalation. Hold mask in place and breathe in and out through the
chamber for 5-6 breaths. MOUTHPIECE: Exhale then press the inhaler once
at the beginning of a slow inhalation. Inhale slowly and deeply through the
chamber until a full breath has been taken. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds
before exhaling. OR Exhale and press the inhaler once at the beginning of a
slow inhalation. Breathe in and out through the chamber for 2-3 breaths
keeping lips sealed around chamber mouthpiece.
Notes
• SLOW DOWN inhalation if you hear the whistle sound, it means you are
inhaling too quickly.
• If someone is helping you they can use the Flow-Vu* Inhalation Indicator to
ensure a good seal, coordinate pressing the inhaler with inhalation and to
count the number of breaths taken. The Flow-Vu* Indicator moves toward
you as you inhale and only moves if you have a proper seal.
• Administer one (1) puff at a time. Follow instructions supplied with the inhaler
on how long to wait before repeating.
Cautions
• Do not use with Dry Powder Inhalers or Nebulizers. This chamber has not
been designed to deliver these medications so you may not get the proper
dose.
• Failure to follow instructions may affect medication delivery or cause
inhalation issues.
Warning
• Do not leave the device unattended with children. Contains small parts that
can cause choking.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
This chamber can be used right out-of-package and then cleaned
weekly. (Mask product shown as an example)

 Remove the backpiece (D). To detach the frontpiece (B), twist chamber
as shown.

Soak the parts for 15 minutes in a mild solution of liquid dish
detergent and luke-warm clean water. Agitate gently. Rinse parts in clean
water. OR Place parts in top rack of dishwasher. Ensure product is securely
placed face up. Run the dishwasher on a normal or light cycle. Do not heat dry.

Shake out excess water and allow to air dry in a vertical position. Ensure parts
are dry before reassembly.

To reassemble, fit the frontpiece (B) on the end
of the chamber and twist firmly until securely locked into position. Center the
alignment feature (C) on the backpiece with the Flow-Vu* Inhalation Indicator
(A), as shown. Press firmly to attach the backpiece (D).
Notes
• Product should be replaced after 12 months of use.
• Do not share this medical device.
• Product is free of Bisphenol A, Phthalates, Latex, Lead and PVC.
• If you notice medication build-up in your chamber, wash the inside of the
chamber gently with a soft cloth.
• Dishwashing with overly dirty dishes is not recommended.
• If cleaning in a dishwasher use a rinse aid.
• For cleaning of the inhaler, follow the instructions supplied with the inhaler.
• The chamber device can be disposed of with domestic waste unless this is
prohibited by the disposal regulations prevailing in the respective countries.
• Put cap back on the mouthpiece and store in a clean, dry area when not in
use.
• Testing has been conducted with the following disinfectant solutions:
• Milton†• Dodie†• Perasafe†
• Test results indicate that the solutions tested have no adverse effect on the
performance of the device.
Caution
• Do not boil or sterilize. Product may be permanently damaged if boiled,
sterilized or cleaned in a dishwasher at a temperature above 70°C.

USO PREVISTO
Esta cámara está destinada a ser utilizada junto con un inhalador de dosis
medida para administrar medicamentos en aerosol a los pulmones, según las
indicaciones de su proveedor de salud.
ANTES DE CADA USO
Esta cámara puede usarse directamente después de retirarla del paquete.

INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA

como se muestra.

las piezas y deje que se sequen al aire en posición vertical. Asegúrese de que las
piezas estén secas antes de volverlas a ensamblar.

Para volver a ensamblar,
ajuste la pieza frontal (B) en el extremo de la cámara y gire con firmeza hasta
que se bloquee con seguridad en su posición. Centre la Función de alineación
(C) en la pieza trasera con el indicador de inhalación Flow-Vu* (A), como se
muestra. Presione firmemente para conectar la pieza trasera (D).
Notas
• El producto debe reemplazarse después de 12 meses de uso.
• No comparta este dispositivo médico.
• El producto no contiene bisfenol A, ftalatos, látex, plomo o PVC.
• Si detecta acumulación del medicamento en su cámara, lave el interior de
esta cuidadosamente con un paño suave.

• Si va a lavar en un lavavajillas, utilice abrillantador.
• Para limpiar el inhalador, siga las instrucciones proporcionadas con el

Precauciones

pièce arrière de la chambre. Placez le masque sur le visage en vous assurant
que le contact est étanche. EMBOUT BUCCAL : Insérez l’inhalateur dans la
pièce arrière de la chambre. Placez l’embout buccal dans votre bouche et
refermez vos lèvres autour de lui pour vous assurer que le contact est étanche.

MASQUE : Expirez, puis pressez une fois sur l’inhalateur au début d’une
inspiration lente. Maintenez le masque en place, puis inspirez et expirez dans
la chambre pendant 5-6 respirations. EMBOUT BUCCAL: Expirez, puis pressez
une fois sur l’inhalateur au début d’une inspiration lente. Inspirez doucement
et profondément par la bouche jusqu’à effectuer une respiration complète.
Retenez votre respiration pendant 5 à 10 secondes avant d’expirer. OU Expirez,
puis pressez une fois sur l’inhalateur au début d’une inspiration lente. Inspirez
et expirez dans la chambre pendant 2-3 respirations en refermant les lèvres
autour de l’embout buccal de la chambre.
Remarques
• RALENTISSEZ l’inhalation si le sifflet se fait entendre, car cela signifie que vous
inhalez trop rapidement.
• Si quelqu’un vous aide, cette personne peut consulter l’indicateur respiratoire
Flow-Vu* pour vérifier la bonne étanchéité, synchroniser les pressions
sur l’inhalateur avec vos inhalations et compter le nombre de respirations
effectuées. L’indicateur Flow-Vu* se déplace vers vous quand vous inspirez et
ne bouge que si l’étanchéité est appropriée.
• Administrez une (1) bouffée à la fois. Suivez les consignes fournies avec
l’inhalateur sur le temps d’attente à respecter avant de répéter l’opération.
Mises en garde
• Ne pas utiliser avec des inhalateurs à poudre sèche ou des nébuliseurs. Cette
chambre n’a pas été conçue pour administrer ces médicaments et vous ne
recevriez peut-être donc pas la dose appropriée.
• Le non-respect de ces directives peut avoir une incidence sur l’administration
du médicament ou causer des problèmes d’inhalation.
Avertissement
• Ne laissez pas le dispositif sans surveillance avec des enfants. Contient des
petites pièces qui peuvent causer un étouffement.
CONSIGNES DE NETTOYAGE
Cette chambre est directement prête à l’emploi et doit être nettoyée
chaque semaine. (Masque représenté à titre d’exemple)

 Retirez la pièce arrière (D). Pour détacher la pièce avant (B), tournez la
chambre comme indiqué.

Faites tremper les pièces pendant 15 minutes dans
une solution douce de détergent à vaisselle liquide et d’eau propre et tiède.
Agitez doucement. Rincez les pièces à l’eau claire. OU Placez les pièces dans
la partie supérieure du lave-vaisselle. Assurez-vous que le produit est placé
correctement, tourné vers le haut. Faites fonctionner le lave-vaisselle au cycle
normal ou délicat. Évitez le séchage à chaud.

Éliminez le surplus d’eau des
pièces en les secouant et laissez-les sécher en position verticale. Assurez-vous
que les pièces soient sèches avant de les réassembler.

Pour le remontage,
placez la pièce avant (B) sur l’extrémité de la chambre et tournez fermement
jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit correctement fixée. Alignez la coche d’alignement (C)
sur la pièce arrière avec l’indicateur d’inhalation Flow-Vu* (A), comme indiqué.
Appuyez fermement pour fixer la pièce arrière (D).
Remarques
• Le produit doit être remplacé au bout de 12 mois d’utilisation.
• Ne partagez pas l’utilisation de cet appareil médical avec d’autres personnes.
• Le produit ne contient pas de bisphénol A, de phtalates, de latex, de
plomb, ni de PVC.
• Si vous remarquez une accumulation de médicament dans votre chambre,
nettoyez délicatement l’intérieur de la chambre à l’aide d’un chiffon doux.

使用目的
このチャンバーは、医療従事者の処方に従って、エアロゾル薬剤を肺に送り込むた
めに定量噴霧式吸入器（吸入器）と併用します。
ご使用の前に
このチャンバーは 、パッケージから取り出してすぐにご使 用いただけます。ご 使 用前
に、本説明書および吸入器の説明書を必ずお読みください。チャンバーを慎重に調
べ、異物があれば除去します。部品に欠損がある場合は、ただちに交換します。
チャンバ ー の 使 用 方 法
吸入器の説明書に従って吸入器を準備してください。

吸入器とマウスピースチャンバーのキャップを外します。吸入器の説明
書に従って、使用直前に吸入器を振ってください。

マスク: 吸入器をチャンバー
のバックピースに差し込みます。マスクを顔に被せ、隙間がないことを確認します。 マ
ウスピース: 吸入器をチャンバーのバックピースに差し込みます。マウスピースを口

くり息を吸います。吸い始めに吸入器を1回押します。マスクを定位置に固定し、チャ
ンバ ー を 通して 5～6回 息 を 吸 ったり吐 いたりします。 マウスピース: 息 を 吐 き 、ゆ っ
くり息を吸います。吸い始めに吸入器を1回押します。深呼吸の限界までチャンバー
を通してゆっくりと深く息を吸い込みます。5～10秒間、息を止めてから息を吐きま
す 。 または 息を吐き、ゆっくり息を吸います。吸い始めに吸入器を1回 押 し ま す 。チ ャ
ンバ ー のマウスピースに 唇を 密 着させたまま、チャンバ ーを通して 2～3回息を吸った
り 吐 い たりします。
注
• ヒューという吸入音が聞こえた場合は、息を吸う速度が速すぎるため、呼吸速度
を 落 としてくだ さ い 。
• 補助する人がいる場合は、Flow-Vu* 吸引器を使 用できます。 隙間が空いていな
いかインジケータで確認し、吸引とともに吸入器が押されるよう調整し、呼吸数を
数えます。 吸入すると、完全に密封されている場合のみ、Flow-Vu*イン ジケ ー タが
吸入者に向かって動きます。
• 1度に1回スプレーしてください。操作を繰り返す間隔については、吸入器の説明
書 に 従 ってくだ さい 。
注意
• ドライパウダー吸 入 器やネブライザーは 使 用しないでください 。本チャンバー はそ
のような薬剤を投与するためには設計されていないため、適切な用量が得られな
い可能性があります。
• 指示に従わない場合、薬剤の投与に影響を与えたり、吸入障害を引き起こすおそ

洗浄方法

ジケータ(A)とバックピースの位置合わせマーク (C)を合わせます。強く押してバック
ピース( D)を 取り付 けます。
注
• 本製品は12カ月ごとに、新しい製 品と取り替えてください。
• 本医療機器は共有しないでください。
• 本製品にはビスフェノール A、フ タ ル 酸 エ ス テ ル 、ラ テ ッ ク ス 、 鉛 、PVC は含まれて
いません。
• チャンバ ー に薬 剤 が 溜 まっていることに 気 付 いた 場 合 は、チャンバ ー の内 部 を柔
らか い 布 を 使 用して 軽く清 掃 しま す。

SEBELUM SETIAP PENGGUNAAN
Kebuk ini boleh digunakan secara terus dari pembungkusnya. Pastikan arahan

penutupan yang berkesan. PERANTI MULUT: Masukkan penyedut nafas itu ke
dalam bahagian belakang kebuk itu. Letakkan peranti mulut ke dalam mulut
dan tutup bibir anda di sekelilingnya untuk memastikan satu penutupan yang
berkesan.

TOPENG:Hembus nafas dan kemudian tekan penyedut nafas itu
sekali pada permulaan satu tarikan nafas yang perlahan. Pegang topeng pada
tempatnya dan bernafas masuk dan keluar melalui kebuk itu untuk 5-6 kali
pernafasan. PERANTI MULUT: Hembus nafas dan kemudian tekan penyedut
nafas itu sekali pada permulaan satu tarikan nafas yang perlahan. Tarik nafas
perlahan-lahan dan mendalam melalui kebuk itu sehingga satu nafas penuh

tarikan nafas yang perlahan. Tarik dan hembus nafas melalui kebuk itu untuk
2-3 kali pernafasan dengan membiarkan bibir tertutup ketat di sekeliling peranti
mulut kebuk itu.
Nota-nota
• PERLAHANKAN tarikan nafas jika anda mendengar bunyi tiupan wisel, ia
bermakna anda menarik nafas dengan terlalu cepat.
• Jika seseorang membantu anda mereka boleh menggunakan IndikatorTarikan
Nafas Flow-Vu* untuk memastikan satu penutupan yang baik, selaraskan
penekanan penyedut nafas itu dengan tarikan nafas dan untuk mengira
bilangan pernafasan yang diambil. Indikator Flow-Vu* bergerak ke arah anda
semasa anda menarik nafas dan hanya bergerak jika anda mempunyai satu
penutupan yang betul.
• Ambil satu (1) sedutan pada satu masa. Ikuti arahan yang dibekalkan dengan
penyedut nafas itu mengenai berapa lama untuk menunggu sebelum

Awas
• Jangan gunakan dengan Penyedut Serbuk Kering atau Penebula. Kebuk ini
bukan direka bentuk untuk menyalurkan ubat ini, jadi anda mungkin tidak
akan mendapat dos yang betul.
• Kegagalan untuk mengikut arahan mungkin menjejaskan penyaluran ubat
atau menyebabkan masalah penyedutan issues.
Amaran
• Jangan tinggalkan peranti dengan kanak-kanak tanpa diawasi. Mengandungi

ARAHAN PEMBERSIHAN
Kebuk ini boleh digunakan secara terus dari pembungkusnya dan

bersih. Goncang dengan lembut. Bilas bahagian tersebut dalam air yang bersih.
ATAU Letakkan bahagian itu di rak atas mesin pencuci pinggan. Pastikan produk
itu diletakkan dengan selamat menghala ke atas. Jalankan mesin pencuci
pinggan pada satu kitaran normal atau lembut. Jangan keringkan dengan
haba.

 Goncang keluar air berlebihan dan benarkan untuk pengeringan
udara berlaku dalam satu kedudukan menegak. Pastikan bahagian itu adalah
kering sebelum pemasangan semula.

 Untuk memasang semula, pasang
bahagian hadapan (B) pada penghujung kebuk dan putar dengan kuat
sehingga terkunci ketat dalam kedudukannya. Pusatkan ciri penjajaran (C) pada
bahagian belakang dengan Indikator Tarikan Nafas Flow-Vu* (A), seperti yang
ditunjukkan. Tekan dengan kuat untuk memasang bahagian belakang (D).
Nota-nota
• Produk harus digantikan selepas 12 bulan penggunaan.
• Jangan berkongsi peranti perubatan ini.
• Produk ini bebas Bisfenol A, Flalat, Lateks, Plumbum dan PVC.
• Jika anda mendapati ubat terkumpul di bahagian dalam kebuk anda, cuci
bahagian dalam kebuk dengan perlahan-lahan menggunakan kain yang
lembut.
• Tidak digalakkan untuk dicuci dengan pinggan mangkuk yang sangat kotor.
• Jika dicuci di dalam mesin basuh pinggan, gunakan agen pembilas.
• Untuk membersihkan alat sedut, ikut arahan yang disertakan bersama alat
sedut.
• Peranti kebuk ini boleh dilupuskan bersama sisa domestik melainkan tindakan
ini dilarang oleh peraturan pelupusan yang berkuat kuasa di negara anggota
yang berkenaan.
• Letakkan penutup kembali pada pelekap mulut dan simpan di kawasan yang
bersih dan kering, apabila tidak digunakan.
