rehabilrtalion
to
worldclassathletes
andall

in
between.
The
TRUE
HRC
allows
you
to
doa
completelyhands-freeheartratecontrolledworkout.
By
training
at
a
specifictargetheartrate,
youcan
exercise
ata
more
efficient
cardiovascularlevel.
The
TRUE
HRC
system
is
uniquebecause
youcan
enter
thekey
parameter
of
your
workout
and
targetheart
rate
prior
tothe
beginning
of
your
HRC
workout.
Asyou
approachyourtargetheartrate,
the
product
software
takes
over
and
changesworkload
to
keep
you
nearyourtarget
heart
rate.Thisgives
youa
completely"hands-free"workout.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Before
selecting
a
target
heart
rate
control
workout,
itis
important
touse
the
product
for
severalworkouts
inthe
manualmodewhile
monitoring
your
heartrate.
"You
can
monitor
your
heart
rate
duringworkouts
by
wearing
the
heart
rate
transmitter
or
holding
contactpads
on
handlebars.
Vbur
heart
rate
will
automatically
appear
inthe
lowerrighthandwindow
andthe
heart-shaped
lightwill
blink
to
indicate
a
signal
is
beingreceived.
After
you
have
spentsometimelearning
how
your
heartreacts
to
different
levels
of
work,
you
will
have
a
betterunderstanding
ofhowto
select
your
target
heartrate.

Before
beginningHeartRate
Control,
you
must
firstattach
the
heartratetransmitteraround
your
chest.
The
radiofrequencytransmitterstrap
should
be
worndirectlyagainstyour
skin,
1-2
inchesbelow
the
pectoralmuscles/breastline.
Womenshould
be
careful
to
place
the
transmitter
belowtheir
bra
line.Initially,
the
transmission
signal
for
heart
rate
maybe
erratic
or
non-existent.Perspiration
on
your
skin
is
necessary
for
propertransmission.
In
mostcases,
bytheendof
yourwarm
up,
transmission
becomes
consistent
and
accurate.
If
not,
saline
solutionshould
be
used
to
moisten
the
sensors
onthe
back
ofthe
strap.
If
no
transmitter
is
available,holdcontactpads
on
handlebars
toget
heart
rate.
The
