How to adjust screen resolution and position on TrueID TV box Version 2
T3AMX3
1. Setting : press Home, Use navigation buttons to Gear sign on top right and press OK on
remote or press and hold 0 button to Setting screen directly
2. Choose Device Preferences and press OK on remote control

3. Choose Advanced options and press OK on remote control
4. Set resolution : choose Display and press OK on remote control

5. Choose Screen resolution and press OK on remote control
6. Choose Auto switch to best resolution and press OK on remote control

7. On screen will show the selected resolution, if want to use this, choose OK and press OK
on remote control. Thereafter status will be On and a button turns blue (turn on auto,
box will choose the suitable screen resolution with the connected TV screen at that
moment)
8. If you want to manually select, choose Display Mode

9. On screen will show all resolution that’s compatible with the connected TV
Example : connected to TV screen with low resolution
Example : connected to TV screen with high resolution

10.Adjust screen position : choose Screen position and press OK on remote control

11.Notice whether there is “current scaling is 100%” it means box has been adjusted to
normal position
if there’s still black border at either side, it refers to imbalance between box’s screen size
and TV screen, check following
Check whether use HDMI cable provided together with box or not (HDMI cable
together with box is version 2.0 that’s the most compatibility)
Test with other TV screen (if any)
If box setting is normal, use cable together with box but if it still faces the problem,
may check if there’s setting menu for screen size e.g. full screen, expand, fit to
screen, 16:9 or 4:3 etc.
