1. Do not use this device in damp environments, such as a bathroom, damp
basement, swimming pool, etc.
2. Never insert objects in the slots on the outside of the device, because you
could touch parts which are live. This may cause fire or electrical shocks.
3. Do not try to repair this device yourself. If you open a housing or remove it,
you could accidentally touch parts which are live. You also run other risks.
4. Position the device so that the cables cannot be damaged.
5. This device has been approved according to the European R&TTE
guidelines. The device works using a 2.4GHz sender/receiver. If in doubt,
check whether the use of this device is permitted in your country.

3.2 Connecting the adapter
Connect the adapter plug to the DC connection, see item E in figure 1. You can turn
the receiver on and off with switch ‘A’ , as in figure 3. When LED ‘B’ is lit up the
receiver is live.
3.3 Placing batteries (optional)
If you do not want to or cannot use an adapter for the camera, you can also provide
the camera with batteries. These are optional and therefore must be bought
separately. The batteries used are type AA.
1. Remove the battery flap on the bottom left-hand side of the camera.

2. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment as shown in figure 4. You
can also see how the batteries must be installed on the inside of the camera.
3. Close the battery flap.
Note: Inserting the batteries incorrectly will cause damage.
Note: Only replace the batteries with the same type of alkaline or
rechargeable NiMH batteries (4 x AA).
4 Setting the channels
The receiver and the camera must be set to the same channel. The channels between
the camera and receiver must be set as follows.
4.1 Receiver
Switch the receiver to a specified channel by using the ‘A’ switches, as in figure 1.
Switch

5 Directing the camera
The camera lens can be turned 90 degrees up and down. On the stand, the camera
can be adjusted 30 degrees up and down and 200 degrees to the left and the right.
See figure 5.
6 Adjusting the aerial
Adjust the aerials so that the curve of both the transmitter and receiver aerial are
directed towards each other; in case you use more cameras, adjust the aerials as
ideally as possible. Keep the aerials folded if the transmitter and receiver are less than
three metres apart.
Note: The aerial cannot be turned through 360°. Stop turning the aerial when
you feel some resistance. If you continue turning after feeling some
resistance, the device will be damaged and can no longer be used.
7 Extending
7.1 Extending the wireless security system
If you have several black / white or colour cameras and/or receivers available, you can
extend your wireless system. The condition for this to function well is that the
additional cameras and/or receivers to be connected operate on the same frequency
(signal). The number of receivers can be extended unrestrictedly within the system.
The number of cameras that can be connected in addition is three (so four in total).
The receiver is equipped with the auto-sequence function. This means that the
receiver can switch automatically among channels and thus also among cameras.
This makes it possible to secure several locations simultaneously. The interval
between switching channels can be set on the receiver.
8 seconds: Set dip-switch 5 of the receiver to ‘on’ (switch up)
4 seconds: Set dip-switch 5 of the receiver to ‘on’ (switch up)
Using the camera with auto-sequence function:
1. Connect the camera to the adapter supplied with it or use batteries (optional).
2. Set the channel selector switch to a free channel by using table 2. See figure
4.
3. Next, select the channels which are being used by the cameras by setting the
dip-switches on the receiver, using table 2. See figure 1.
4. The wireless system now operates with two cameras and the auto-sequence
function.
It is also possible to view the selected room by manual control; proceed as follows:
1. Connect the camera to the adapter supplied with it or use batteries (optional).

2. Switch the channel selector of the camera to a free channel. See figure 2
button ‘A’.
3. Next, select the channel of the camera selected by setting the dip-switches on
the receiver, using table 3. See figure 1.
4. Should you want to switch to a different room in your house in which a camera
is set up, you need only switch to the channel to which the camera is set.
5. The wireless system now operates with two cameras without the auto-
sequence function.
7.2 Extension into a wireless audio / video system
If you have several black / white or colour cameras and/or receivers from the Trust
100 series wireless devices available, you can extend your system without wires. The
condition for this to function well is that the additional cameras and/or receivers to be
connected operate on the same frequency (signal). The number of receivers can be
extended unrestrictedly within the system. The number of transmitters that can be
connected in addition is three (so four in total).
