Introduction
This manual is intended for users of the ‘TRUST POWER MASTER 520‘. In case of doubt, consult one
of the Trust Customer Care Centres. You will find more information about these at the end of this
manual.
-The POWER MASTER 520 can be used for protection of your own equipment from power
peaks that may occur in the electricity network.
Note: The peaks can be filtered up to a certain capacity. This cannot be guaranteed for high-
voltage peaks such as from (nearly) direct lightning hits.
Safety
1. Do not use this device near water.
2. This device may become defective as a result of extremely high voltages, although the safety
of the equipment connected to it is guaranteed even in that case. Should the POWER
MASTER 520 become defective, do not try to repair it.
3. Do not use this device any longer if: the plug is damaged; the cable is damaged, if any fluid
has entered the device, if the housing is damaged.
4. Connect this device only to a grounded power outlet.
Connection to a non-grounded power outlet is unsafe.
5. Never load the Power Master 520 with more than the total maximum amperage (10 A).
If overloaded, the device will become defective and will no longer be usable. This also will
cause the warranty to be void.
6. For setting the switch level, use a small screwdriver. Do this carefully and do not force
anything.

1. Plug the POWER MASTER into a grounded power outlet.
2. Connect the device selected to the Master output of the Power Master.
Note: If no devise is connected to the MASTER, the other connections will not be live and the
POWER MASTER will not function.
3. Now connect other devices to the remaining connections.
4. If the Power Master 520 is switched on, the ON/OFF indicator light will go on and the other
devices will be switched on.
5. If the ON/OFF indicator light does not go on, you must set the switching level to a lower
position by using the regulator.

Sicherheitshinweise
1. Benutzen Sie dieses Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wasser.
2. Durch extrem hohe Spannungswerte kann das Gerät beschädigt werden, die Sicherheit der
angeschlossenen Apparatur bleibt jedoch auch dann gewährleistet. Versuchen Sie im Falle
eines Defekts nicht, den POWER MASTER 520 zu reparieren.
3. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mehr, wenn: der Stecker beschädigt ist, das Kabel beschädigt
ist, Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät eingetreten ist oder das Gehäuse beschädigt wurde.
4. Schließen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich an eine geerdete Steckdose an.
Das Anschließen an eine nicht geerdete Steckdose ist nicht sicher.
5. Belasten Sie den Power Master 520 nie stärker als bis zur gesamten maximal zulässigen
Stromstärke (10 A).
Im Falle von Überlastung erleidet das Gerät bleibenden Schaden und wird unbrauchbar.
Außerdem verfällt in diesem Fall die Garantie.
6. Zum Einstellen des Schaltniveaus muss ein kleiner Schraubenzieher verwendet werden.
Dabei muss man vorsichtig vorgehen und keine Kraft gebrauchen.

1. Stecken Sie den POWER MASTER in eine geerdete Steckdose.
2. Schließen Sie das erste Gerät Ihrer Wahl an den „Master“-Ausgang des Power Masters an.
Hinweis: Wenn kein Gerät an den „Master“-Ausgang angeschlossen ist, gibt es in den übrigen
Anschlüssen keine Spannung und funktioniert der POWER MASTER nicht.
3. Schließen Sie andere Geräte an die übrigen Anschlüsse an.
4. Wenn der Power Master 520 eingeschaltet ist, leuchtet die Betriebsanzeige auf und werden
die übrigen Geräte eingeschaltet.
5. Wenn die Betriebsanzeige nicht leuchtet, muss das Schaltniveau mit Hilfe des Reglers
niedriger eingestellt werden.

Introduction
Ce manuel est destiné aux utilisateurs du ‘TRUST POWER MASTER 520 ‘. En cas de doutes,

-Le POWER MASTER 520 s’utilise pour protéger vos appareils électriques contre les pointes de
tension qui peuvent survenir sur le secteur.
Attention : Les pointes de tension peuvent être filtrées jusqu’à une certaine hauteur. Les crêtes de
tension importantes lors par exemple des tombées de foudre en cas d’orage ne peuvent
pas être garanties.
Sécurité
1. N’utilisez pas cet appareil près d’un point d’eau.
2. En cas de surtension extrême, cet appareil peut également tomber en panne, même si les
appareils branchés restent protégés. Au cas ou le POWER MASTER 520 tombait en panne,
n’essayez pas de le réparer vous-même.
3. N’utilisez plus cet appareil si : la prise est abîmée, le câble est abîmé, du liquide est tombé
dans l’appareil, le boîtier est abîmé.
4. Branchez cet appareil uniquement sur une prise à la terre.
Un branchement sur une prise non mise à la terre est dangereux.
5. Ne chargez jamais le Power Master 520 avec l’ampérage maximum total (10 A).
En cas de surcharge, l’appareil tombera en panne et sera inutilisable. Dans ce cas, la garantie
ne sera plus valable.
6. Pour régler le niveau de commutation, utilisez un petit tournevis. Procédez avec prudence et
ne forcez rien.

1. Branchez le POWER MASTER sur une prise mise à la terre.
2. Branchez le premier appareil électrique souhaité sur la sortie ‘Master’ du Power Master.
Attention : Si vous ne branchez pas d’appareil sur la sortie MASTER, les autres appareils ne seront
pas alimentés et le POWER MASTER ne fonctionnera pas.
3. Branchez maintenant les autres appareils électriques sur les autres sorties.
4. Si le Power Master 520 est allumé, l’indication ON/OFF s’allumera et les autres appareils
s’allumeront.
5. Si l’indication ON/OFF ne s’allume pas, vous devrez baisser le niveau de commutation à l’aide
du régulateur.

-Con il prodotto POWER MASTER 520 è possibile proteggere le apparecchiature dai picchi di
tensione che possono verificarsi all’interno della rete elettrica.
Attenzione: I picchi di tensione possono venire filtrati solo entro una certa potenza. La protezione da
picchi di tensione di grande entità, quali ad esempio le scariche elettriche da fulmini
(quasi) diretti, non può venire garantita.
Norme di sicurezza
1. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in prossimità di acqua.
2. A causa di tensioni di corrente estremamente elevate, l’apparecchio può danneggiarsi, anche
se ciò non pregiudica in alcun caso la garanzia di sicurezza delle apparecchiature a esso
collegate. Nel caso in cui il POWER MASTER 520 si dovesse danneggiare, non tentare di
ripararlo.
3. Non utilizzare più l’apparecchio qualora: la spina sia danneggiata, il cavo sia danneggiato,
siano penetrati dei liquidi all’interno dell'apparecchio e/o l’alloggiamento risulti danneggiato.
4. Collegare l’apparecchio solamente a una presa di corrente collegata a terra.
Il collegamento dell’apparecchio a una presa di corrente non collegata a terra non
garantisce sicurezza.
5. Non sovraccaricare mai il prodotto Power Master 520 più di quanto permetta la sua intensità di
corrente massima totale (10 A).
Se sovraccaricato l’apparecchio può danneggiarsi e non risultare più utilizzabile. Ciò
pregiudica anche la durata della garanzia.
6. Per impostare il livello di commutazione desiderato si consiglia di utilizzare un piccolo
cacciavite. Agire con prudenza e non cercare di forzare alcunché.

5. Qualora la spia di segnalazione ON/OFF non si illumini, si dovrà provvedere a impostare il
livello di commutazione su un valore più basso tramite il potenziometro apposito.

Introducción
Este manual va destinado a los usuarios del ‘TRUST POWER MASTER 520‘. Si tiene dudas, póngase

más información acerca de dichos Centros.
-El POWER MASTER 520 se utiliza como protección para sus aparatos contra los picos que se
pueden producir en la red eléctrica.
Nota: Los picos se pueden filtrar hasta una potencia determinada. No se puede garantizar la
protección contra los picos muy fuertes, como los de la caída (casi) directa de un rayo por
ejemplo.
Normas de seguridad
1. No utilice este aparato cerca del agua.
2. Una tensión extremadamente alta puede estropear este aparato, aunque en este caso la
seguridad de los dispositivos conectados esté garantizada. Si el POWER MASTER 520 se
estropeara, no intente repararlo usted mismo.
3. No utilice este aparato si: la clavija o el cable están dañados, ha entrado algún líquido en el
aparato o se ha dañado la caja.
4. Conecte este aparato únicamente a un enchufe con toma de tierra.
La conexión a un enchufe sin toma de tierra es peligrosa.
5. Nunca cargue el POWER MASTER 520 con más del amperaje máximo total (10 A).
El aparato se estropeará por la sobrecarga y dejará de funcionar. Asimismo, la garantía
caducará por ello.
6. Utilice un destornillador pequeño para configurar el nivel de conmutación. Proceda con
cautela y no intente forzar nada.

1. Podłącz POWER MASTER do uziemionego gniazdka
2. Podłącz pierwsze urządzenie do wyjścia MASTER w Power Master.
Uwaga: Jeśli nie podłączysz żadnego urządzenia do wejścia MASTER, pozostałe urządzenia
nie będąmiały napięcia i w rezultacie POWER MASTER nie będzie działać.
3. Podłącz teraz inne urządzenia do pozostałych wejść.
4. Jeśli Power Master 520 jest podłączony, kontrolka ON/OFF zacznie sięświecić, a pozostałe
urządzenia zostanąwłączone.
5. Jeśli kontrolka ON/OFF nie będzie sięświecić, zmniejsz poziom przełączania za pomocą
regulatora.

Inleiding
Deze handleiding is bedoeld voor gebruikers van de ‘TRUST POWER MASTER 520 ‘. Raadpleeg bij
twijfel één van de Trust Customer Care Centers. Onder aan deze handleiding vindt u meer informatie
hierover.
-De POWER MASTER 520 is te gebruiken als beveiliging voor uw apparatuur tegen
spanningspieken die in het elektriciteitsnet voor kunnen komen.
Let op: De pieken kunnen tot een bepaald vermogen worden gefilterd. Grote pieken zoals
bijvoorbeeld bij (bijna) directe blikseminslag kunnen niet gegarandeerd worden.
Veiligheid
1. Gebruik dit apparaat niet in de nabijheid van water.
2. Door extreem hoge spanningen kan dit apparaat defect raken, hoewel de veiligheid van de
aangesloten apparatuur ook dan gewaarborgd is. Mocht de POWER MASTER 520 defect
raken, probeer hem dan niet te repareren.
3. Gebruik dit apparaat niet meer als: de stekker is beschadigd, het snoer is beschadigd, er
vloeistof in het apparaat terechtgekomen is, de behuizing is beschadigd.
4. Sluit dit apparaat alleen aan op een geaard stopcontact.
Het aansluiten op een niet-geaard stopcontact is onveilig.
5. Belast de Power Master 520 nooit meer dan het totale maximale ampèrage (10 A).
Door overbelasting zal het apparaat defect raken en niet meer te gebruiken zijn. Hierdoor komt
tevens de garantie te vervallen
6. Voor het instellen van het schakelniveau gebruikt u een kleine schroevendraaier. Doe dit
voorzichtig en forceer niets.

1. Plaats de POWER MASTER in een geaard stopcontact.
2. Sluit het eerste gewenste apparaat aan op Master uitgang van de Power Master.
Let op: Zonder een apparaat op aangesloten op de MASTER aansluiting zullen de overige
aansluitingen geen spanning hebben en zal de POWER MASTER niet werken.
3. Sluit nu andere apparaten aan op de overige aansluitingen.
4. Als de Power Master 520 ingeschakeld is zal de ON/OFF indicatie gaan branden en worden de
overige apparaten ingeschakeld.
5. Indien de ON/OFF indicatie niet gaat branden dient u het schakelniveau lager in te stellen
m.b.v. de regelaar.
