
TTLock Smartek Nightlatch Smart Lock - Installaon Guide
1. This shows the exisng nightlatch keyed cylinder. This is the
part that will be replaced.
2. On the inside of the door, remove the nightlatch. It is usually
secured by two screws.
3. Remove the two screws that holds the keyed cylinder in place.
Leave the back plate in place. Keep the screws .
4. Remove the keyed cylinder from the door. Keep hold of the ring.
5. Align the keyed cylinder with the lock handle and mark the
length of the tail.
6. With a hacksaw, cut the tail to the correct length.
This shows how to replace a keyed cylinder with a nightlatch smart lock. Most 60mm nightlatch locks
are compable including, Yale, Era, Legge, Union & Asec. Banham locks are not compable.
