Wiring
Do not put the cable near a main voltage
installation (ex: 230 V AC).
Mounting
Keep imperatively a gap <2MM between
the magnet and the armature plate.

CZ3000 (for more information visit our web site

1] PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The CZ3000 is a Shear magnet with a patented
self aligning mechanism. This magnet is mortise
and monitored as standard and can be surface
mounted (Surface housing kit). The magnet can
be mounted on any type of doors (vertical or hori-
zontal mount). The CZ3000 can be mounted on
the door leaf or on the door jamb.

4] MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that there are no pieces missing in the mounting kit. Get the right tools according
to the installation type (Drill, screw drivers, metre tape,...) and follow the mounting
instructions of the CZ3000.
Fasten denitively the magnet on the door.
A - Wooden door
B - Aluminium door
Make a cut on the door leaf and a cut
on the door jamb in order to insert
the magnet and the armature
plate
of the CZ3000 magnet. Then mark
the mounting holes of the mounting
screws. Drill the mounting holes of the
magnet and of the armature plate in
order to facilitate the screwing. Drill
the cable access hole.
Place the magnet on the back plate of the
surface housing as well as the armature on
the second back plate of the surface hou-
sing and f asten denitively the magnet on
the door.
Make a cut on the door leaf and
a cut on the door jamb in order
to insert the magnet and the ar-
mature plate of the CZ3000 ma-
gnet. Then mark the mounting
holes of the mounting screws and
drill the mounting holes of the
magnet and of the armature plate in
order to facilitate the screwing.
Mount the back plate of the hou-
sing (note that the screws are
not included). Unfasten the
screws on the side of the arma-
ture plate (1) with the Allen key.
Mount temporarily the CZ3000.
Then adjust the gap between the
magnet and the armature plate by
adjusting the top screws on the arma-
ture, allow 2mm distance maximum.
Tighten the 2 screws on the side of the
armature plate (2) once the test on
magnet has been successfull.
Insert the cable of the magnet. Un-
fasten the screws on the side of the
armature plate (1) with the Allen
key. Mount temporarily the CZ3000.
Then adjust the gap between the
magnet and the armature plate by
adjusting the top screws on the arma-
ture, allow 2mm distance maximum.
Tighten the 2 screws on the side of the
armature plate (2) once the test on
magnet has been successfull.

* Input voltage: 12 VDC or 24 VDC
The magnet can be powered in 12 VDC
or in 24 VDC according to the jumper
settings.

Fasten denitively the magnet on the door
and place the housings.
Measure and mark the center lines to
determining the magnet position on the
jamb and the armature plate on the door
leaf frame. Then drill the xing screw
holes to fasten the screws easily.
Important: The surface housing can be
mounted in horizontal or in vertical in the
secure side.
Mount the brackets of the housing on
the jamb and on the door leaf. Insert
the cable and fasten temporarily the
magnet and the armature plate to
the bracket of the housing. Unfasten
the screws on the side of the arma-
ture plate (1) with the Allen key.
Then adjust the gap between the
magnet and the armature plate by
adjusting the top screws on the arma-
ture, allow 2mm distance maximum.
Tighten the 2 screws on the side of the
armature plate (2) once the test on
magnet has been successfull.

Kabeldragning
Installera ej kabeln i närheten av en startkabel
(ex: 230 V AC).
Montering
Montera med ett mellanrum på ca 2 mm mellan
magneten och ankarplattan.
Föreslagna nätaggregat
Dessa nätaggregat föreslås till CZ3000 (För mer
information www.cdvgroup.com) :
- ARD2/12 eller BS60
Tillval
För utanpåliggande montering: KCZ3000.

CZ3000 är en shearlockmagnet med en patenterad
självinställande mekanism.
Denna magnet är mortise and monitored som
standard. Infälld montering, kan även monteras
utanpåliggande (tillval KCZ3000)
Magneten kan monteras på alla typer av dörrar
(vertikal eller horisontell montering)
Monteras på dörrbladet eller på dörrkarmen.

Se till att inte någon del saknas i monteringskittet. Se till att ha rätt verktyg beroende
på installations typ. (borr, skruvmejsel, måttstock) och följ monteringsinstruktionerna för
CZ3000.
Gör ett snitt i dörrbladet och i
dörrkarmen, där du skall montera
fast magneten och ankarplattan.
Markera ut hålen för monterings-
skruvarna.
Borra sedan skruvhål där magneten
och magnetplattan skall fästas.
Borra även ett hål för kabeln.
Montera kabeln för magneten.
Lossa på skruvarna från sidan av
ankarplattan. Montera tillfälligt fast
magneten. Justera mellanrummet
mellan magneten och magnet-
plattan, genom att justera de
översta skruvarna på armaturen,
tillåt ett mellanrum på ca: 2mm.
Dra åt skruvarna på ankarplattan så
fort magneten sitter på rätt plats.
Fäst slutligen magneten på dörren
och dra åt skruvarna.
Gör ett snitt i dörrbladet och i dör-
rkarmen, där du skall montera fast
magneten och ankarplattan.
Markera ut hålen för monterings-
skruvarna.
Borra sedan skruvhål där magneten
och ankarplattan skall fästas.
Montera fast bak plattan (notera
att skruvarna ej är inkluderade)
Lossa på skruvarna från sidan av
ankarplattan. Montera tillfälligt fast
magneten. Justera mellanrummet
mellan magneten och ankarplattan
genom att justera de översta
skruvarna på armaturen, tillåt ett
mellanrum på ca: 2mm.
Dra åt skruvarna på armatur-
plattan så fort magneten sitter på
rätt plats.
A - Trädörr
B - Aluminiumdörr
Placera magneten på bak plattan
av den utanpåliggande kåpan,
likaså ankarplattan. Fäst slutligen
magneten på dörren och dra åt
skruvarna.

Mät och märk ut mittlinjerna
för att bestämma magnetens
position på dörrbladet, och
armaturplattans position på
dörrkarmen. Borra sedan hål
för att enkelt kunna skruva i
skruvarna.
Viktigt: Den utanpåliggande
kåpan kan monteras vertikalt
och horisontellt.
Montera konsolerna från den
utanpåliggande kåpan på
dörrbladet och på dörrkarmen.
Infoga kabeln och fäst tillfälligt
magneten och ankarplattan på
konsolerna till kåpan. Lossa på
skruvarna från sidan av ankar-
plattan. Justera mellanrummet
mellan magneten och ankar-
plattan genom att justera
de översta skruvarna på
armaturen, tillåt ett mellanrum
på ca: 2mm. Dra åt skruvarna
på armaturplattan så fort
magneten sitter på rätt plats.
C - Utanpåliggande montering (Valbart : KCZ3000)
Fäst slutligen magneten på
dörren och montera på kåpan.
