We have taken enough care in designing and manufacturing to give you trouble free performance.

Never use the instrument above & below specified temperature & relative
humidity , The instrument is intended to be used only for measurement for Air
temperature & Relative Humidity.
Never use sensing probe of this instrument in liquids/fluids or condensing state
of Air,
Battery replacement : Remove the rubber grip gently, , remove lid of battery
compartment at the back , replace the battery with AA cell & close the battery
compartment.
Instrument is not indicating any value .
Check battery level /Check for sensor cable if it is loose/cut
Instrument is indicating false/fluctuating value .
Check for sensor cable if it is loose/cut 
Instrument is indicating wrong value .Check the calibration , send to factory /supplier for
correction /repairing
Instrument is not indicating any value, display is off ,Replace  the  battery
