10. Optionale Einstellungen vornehmen
Die übrigen Menüpunkte bieten optionale Einstellungen. Stellen
Sie diese bei Bedarf ein, z.B. Tastenfunktionen.
10. Making optional settings
The remaining menu items provide optional settings. Set these
if required, e.g. button functions.
10.1 Tastenfunktion
1. „Tastenfunktion“ im Menü „Einstellungen“ antippen.
2. Die gewünschte Tastenfunktion antippen.
3. Durch Tippen auf <zum Hauptmenü zurückkehren.

1. Tap “Button functions” in the “Settings” menu.
2. Tap the desired button function.
3. Return to the main menu by tapping <.
10.1.1 AW-Taste 1
Grüne Anwesenheitstaste am ComTerminalIP für Personal 1:
„On“ = Taste ist aktiv (= Werkseinstellung)
„Off“ = Taste ist ohne Funktion, obwohl ein grüner Kreis auf
dem ComTerminalIP zu sehen ist. Anwesenheit 1 kann am
ComTerminalIP nicht geschaltet werden. Um die Norm DIN
VDE 0834 zu erfüllen, muss stattdessen ein separater Anwe-
senheitstaster gut erreichbar installiert sein.
10.1.1 Presence 1 button
Green presence button on ComTerminalIP for staff 1:
“On” = Button is enabled (= factory setting).
“Off” = Button is without function, although a green circle is
visible on the ComTerminalIP. Presence 1 cannot be
switched on the ComTerminalIP. To comply with the German
standard DIN VDE 0834, a separate presence switch must be
installed instead and be easily accessible.
10.1.2 AW-Taste 2
Gelbe Anwesenheitstaste am ComTerminalIP für Personal 2:
„On“ = Taste ist aktiv (= Werkseinstellung)
„Off“ = Taste ist ohne Funktion, obwohl ein gelber Kreis auf
dem ComTerminalIP zu sehen ist. Anwesenheit 2 kann am
ComTerminalIP nicht geschaltet werden.
10.1.2 Presence 2 button
Yellow presence button on ComTerminalIP for staff 2:
“On” = Button is enabled (= factory setting).
“Off” = Button is without function, although a yellow circle is
visible on the ComTerminalIP. Presence 2 cannot be
switched on the ComTerminalIP.
10.1.3 WC-Abstellung AW
„Off“ = WC-Rufe und WC-Notrufe müssen durch eine graue
WC-Abstelltaste abgestellt werden (= Werkseinstellung). Die
Werkseinstellung entspricht den Anforderungen der Norm
DIN VDE 0834.
„On“ = WC-Rufe und WC-Notrufe können durch eine graue
WC-Abstelltaste oder durch das Ausschalten der Anwesen-
heit am ComTerminalIP abgestellt werden. Diese Einstellung
ist gemäß der Norm DIN VDE 0834 nur erlaubt, wenn der
Rufort vom ComTerminalIP aus einsehbar ist, z.B. in einem
Stationsbad ohne Kabinen.
10.1.3 Presence cancels WC
“Off” = WC calls and WC emergency calls must be cancelled
with a grey WC cancel button (= factory setting). The factory
setting complies with the requirements of the German
standard DIN VDE 0834.
“On” = WC calls and WC emergency calls can be cancelled
with a grey WC cancel button or by switching off the pres-
ence at the ComTerminalIP. According to the German stand-
ard DIN VDE 0834, this setting is only permitted if the call
location can be seen from the ComTerminalIP, e.g. in a ward
bathroom without cubicles.
10.1.4 Alarmtaste
HINWEIS! Die Alarmtaste am ComTerminalIP ist nur sichtbar und
aktiv, wenn Anwesenheit eingeschaltet ist.
„Kurz drücken“ = Ein Alarm wird durch kurzes Drücken der
blauen Alarmtaste ausgelöst (= Werkseinstellung). Die
Werkseinstellung entspricht den Anforderungen der Norm
DIN VDE 0834.
„2 Sekunden“ = Ein Alarm wird ausgelöst, wenn die blaue
Alarmtaste 2 Sekunden gedrückt wurde. Diese Einstellung
weicht von den Anforderungen der DIN VDE 0834 ab.
„3 Sekunden“ = Ein Alarm wird ausgelöst, wenn die blaue
Alarmtaste 3 Sekunden gedrückt wurde. Diese Einstellung
weicht von den Anforderungen der DIN VDE 0834 ab.
„Off“ = An dem ComTerminalIP ist die blaue Alarmtaste de-
aktiviert. An dem ComTerminalIP kann kein Alarm ausgelöst
werden.
10.1.5 Alarm button
NOTE! The alarm button on the ComTerminalIP is only visible
and active while presence is switched on.
“Press briefly” = A cardiac alarm is triggered by briefly press-
ing the blue alarm button (= factory setting).
“2 seconds” = A cardiac alarm is triggered when the blue
alarm button has been pressed and hold for 2 seconds. This
setting deviates from the requirements of the German
standard DIN VDE 0834.
“3 seconds” = A cardiac alarm is triggered when the blue
alarm button has been pressed and hold for 3 seconds. This
setting deviates from the requirements of the German
standard DIN VDE 0834.
“Off” = The blue alarm button on the ComTerminalIP is disa-
bled. No cardiac alarm can be triggered on the ComTermi-
nalIP.
11. Hinweis zum Bildschirmschoner
Im Standby-Zustand zeigt das Display die Systemzeit an. Wenn
2 Minuten keine Taste betätigt wurde, schaltet das Display dun-
kel.
Zum Reaktivieren des Displays auf eine beliebige Taste oder
auf das Display tippen.
11. Note on the screen saver
In standby state, the display shows the system time. If no button
is pressed for 2 minutes, the display goes dark.
To reactivate the display, tap any button or the display.
