If you need to advise us of a defect with your product and
in order for us to service any requirement for replacement
parts or repairs, we will ask for proof of purchase. Failure
to do so will result in any claim for replacement parts or

Warning
Before you begin a training program that will improve your cardio-vascular
activity please consult your doctor. Regular, exhausting training should be
approved by your doctor and it is required that your device correctly.
Please read this manual exactly before you start building up and training.

Power: Insert the power plug, switch on power.
Play: Press the button to start the Product.
Stop: In the Operation of the machine, press this
button to stop Working.
Time + : Time increase, the default working time is 15
Minutes, divided into 15 levels, press this
button to increase time.
Speed + : Speed increase: Manual 1-30. Press this button.
To increase the speed when the machine is

Wenn der Stromstecker in der Steckdose steckt, schaltet
diese Taste das Gerät ein.
Play: Drücken Sie diese Taste zum Einschalten.

Time + : Erhöht die Zeit. Der Standart-Wert beträgt 15 Minuten.
Speed + : Erhöht die Geschwindigkeit in 30 Stufen.
Time - : Verringert die Zeit.
Speed - : Verringert die Geschwindigkeit in 30 Stufen.
Auto/Modus: Der Standard ist der Manuelle Modus. Drücken Sie diese
Taste, um den Automatischen Modus zu aktivieren. Drücken Sie diese
Taste wiederholt, um zwischen Rennen , Joggen , Gehen , oder
dem Manuellen Modus zu wählen.
Im Automatischen Modus wird die Vibrationsfrequenz automatisch gesteuert
– Geschwindigkeit und Zeit sind hier nicht einstellbar. Im Standby des Manuellen
Modus können Sie die Zeit einstellen, aber nicht die Geschwindigkeit. Während
des Betriebes können Sie die Geschwindigkeit einstellen, aber nicht die Zeit.
Achtung!
Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nur innerhalb eines Radius
von 1,5 Meter.

Resistance Bands
To use the resistance bands as part of your workout first of all attach the
resistance bands to your Vibro Plate. To do this take the loop at the end of
resistance band and thread this through the fixed hoop located on the underside
of the Vibro Plate. There are two fixed hoops; one located on each side underneath
the Vibro Plate.
Once you have pulled the loop through the fixed hoop, take the handle of the
resistance band and slide this through the loop, so that it creates a knot around
the fixed hoop. (See fig A, B, C and D on page 13 of the manual.
This should ensure that the resistance bands are firmly secured into place and
will not detach when in use.
Please check the knot is secure before you use the Vibro Plate and always
check that the fixed hoop and the resistance bands are securely attached before
each use. Regularly check the resistance bands for any signs of wear and do
not use if they appear frayed or damaged.
Widerstandsbänder
Um die Widerstandsbänder für Ihr Workout zu verwenden, müssen Sie diese
an Ihrer Vibrationsplatte befestigen. Fädeln Sie hierzu die Schlaufe am Ende
des Bandes durch den Ring an der Unterseite der Vibrationsplatte. Es befindet
sich jeweils ein Ring an beiden Seiten der Vibrationsplatte neben den Handgriffen.
Wenn Sie die Schlaufe durch den Ring gezogen haben, schieben Sie den Griff
des Bandes durch die Schlaufe. Ziehen Sie die Schlaufe nun fest um den Ring.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor jedem Gebrauch, dass die Bänder korrekt angebracht
sind und fest sitzen. Kontrollieren Sie die Bänder regelmäßig auf
Verschleißerscheinungen und nutzen Sie diese nicht mehr, wenn Sie welche
feststellen.

1. Stand upright on the Product, with feet slightly apart,
the distance of feet should be about the same width as
your shoulders. This position exercises your waist and
buttocks.
2. Stand on the Product with feet apart and knees slightly
bent and fold your arms. This position exercises the thigh
muscles.
3. Sit on a chair or sofa, place feet on the Product slightly
apart. This position exercises both thigh and calf muscles.
4. Sit on the floor, place both legs onto the Product. This
position exercises the leg muscles.

Benutzung
1. Stellen Sie sich aufrecht und mit den Beinen schulterbreit
geöffnet auf die Vibrationsplatte. Diese Position kann Stress
an den Hüften mindern und einen hübschen, runden Po formen.
2. Stellen Sie sich mit den Beinen schulterbreit geöffnet auf
die Vibrationsplatte und beugen Sie die Knie. Diese Position
entfernt Schmerz und Muskelkater aus den Oberschenkeln,
verbessert die Durchblutung und verringert Fettpolster.
3. Setzen Sie sich auf einen Stuhl oder das Sofa und stellen
Sie die Füße auf die Vibrationsplatte. Diese Position kann die
Oberschenkel und Unterschenkel trainieren.
4. Setzen Sie sich auf den Boden mit beiden Beinen
ausgestreckt auf der Vibrationsplatte. Diese Position
trainiert die Beine.
5. Knien Sie sich auf den Boden und stützen die Hände

Surface cleaning
Before cleaning, ensure the power switch is turned off, and the plug is
removed from the mains outlet.
The Foot Plate and covers can be cleaned with a wet cloth containing
detergent, and must be dry before use.
Notice!
Do not clean the Product with corrosive detergent such as benzene or
thinners, as it may cause fading, corrosion or cracking of the Product.
Do not spill water onto or in the Product as this could short circuit.
Remote Control
Only use a dry or damp cloth to clean the Remote Control
Storage and Maintenance
Make sure that the power switch is turned off and the plug is removed
from the power supply. Clean off any dust or dirt on the Product and
keep clean and away from places with high temperature or high humidity.
If the Product is not in use for a long period of time, a dust cover should
be used on the Product to prevent dust.
