We recommend that you protect your networks from harmful outdoor env  ronments and

Surge protect  on should be used for all outdoor  nstallat  ons. We recommend that you use
two Ethernet Surge Protectors, model ETH-SP, one near the IsoStat  on and the other at the
entry po  nt to the bu  ld  ng. The ETH-SP w  ll absorb power surges and safely d  scharge
them  nto the ground.

Ethernet Port

Release Button
The LED w  ll l  ght blue when the dev  ce  s connected to a power source.
Th  s G  gab  t Ethernet port  s used to connect the power and should be connected to the
LAN and DHCP server.
To reset to factory defaults, press and hold the Reset button for more than 10 seconds
wh  le the dev  ce  s powered on. Alternat  vely, the dev  ce may be reset remotely v  a a Reset
button located on the bottom of the G  gab  t PoE Adapter.
The default horn antenna (beamw  dth: 45°) can be swapped out for an opt  onal horn w  th
a d  fferent beamw  dth. To remove  t, rotate the horn antenna counterclockw  se wh  le
depress  ng the Release Button.

1. Connect the Ethernet cable from the dev  ce to the POE port of the PoE adapter.
2. Connect an Ethernet cable from your LAN to the LAN port of the PoE adapter.
3. Connect the Power Cord to the adapter, and then plug the Power Cord  nto a power outlet.
Mount  ng the PoE Adapter (Opt  onal)
1. Remove the PoE Mount  ng Bracket from the adapter, place the bracket at the des  red
locat  on, and mark the two holes.
2. Pre-dr  ll the holes  f necessary, and secure the bracket us  ng two fasteners (not  ncluded).
3. Al  gn the adapter’s slots w  th the tabs of the PoE Mount  ng Bracket, and then sl  de the
adapter down.

Both are ava  lable for 15 m  nutes  mmed  ately after you power on the dev  ce. If necessary,
you can power cycle the dev  ce to re-enable  ts W  -F  .
UNMS App
1. Download the UNMS app.
2. Connect your dev  ce’s W  -F  to the SSID named: <model>:<MAC Address>
3. Launch the app and follow the on-screen  nstruct  ons.
Web Portal
1. Connect your dev  ce’s W  -F  to the SSID named: <model>:<MAC Address>
2. Launch your web browser and go to: http://setup.u  .com
Note: Ensure that DHCP  s enabled on your W  -F  adapter.
