Connect Health Watch to Join Health app for the first-time setup.
Health Watch will synchronize time with phone app automatically during initial setup,
so step counts, heart rates, and temperature data are updated correctly afterward
Bluetooth connection: After first successful connection, JOIN HEALTH app will
automatically search and connect with Health Watch whenever the app is turn on.

1. Power On: In the state of the shutdown, long press function key
over 3 seconds can make the device vibrate and boot.
2. Power Off: When the Health Watch is On, short press function
key few times to setting interface, then long press function key
enter setting mode. In this mode, short press function key few
times to the shutdown interface, then long press function key over
3 seconds to shutdown.

For the first time, please take the Health Watch out and charge the equipment with the
corresponding charger. When charging, Health Watch will open automatically.
(Charge mode: Joint the USB-charging cable with Band at match point backsideand USB
port for charging. Charge voltage 5V)
