If you have any problems with the device or accessories, contact an Authorized
distributor’s representative.
Electrical Safety
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this device uses a three-wire AC power cord to
connect the device to earth-ground. To preserve this safety feature:
a. Make sure the INPUT VOLTAGE marked on the device (see Figure 1) matches the
power voltage in your area. DO NOT attempt to toggle the POWER ON/OFF switch to
ON position if the INPUT VOLTAGE of the device and the voltage in your area DO
5

NOT match. The voltage rating is marked on the label above the AC Receptacle (see
Figure 1).
b. Make sure the matching wall outlet receptacle is properly wired and earth-
grounded.
c. Never
use a 2-wire extension cords or a 2-wire NON-grounding types of multiple-
outlet receptacle strips.
d. Do not place containers holding any liquid on or near the front panel. The liquid can
potentially cause major damage on the electrical or mechanical components of the
device.
e. The POWER ON/OFF switch should ALWAYS be at OFF position when the device is
not in use.
Safety Against Risk of Fire
a. Fuses protect certain electrical circuits within this device against over-current
conditions. For continued protection against the risk of fire, replace the fuse only with
the same type and rating specified in this Instruction Manual (Refer EPulse Elite
Specification section).
b. Keep any materials capable of developing flammable or explosive vapors away from
the device while it is in operation (pulsing).
Mechanical Safety
a. Use only probes and accessories designed for use on this device.
b. Do not lift or move the device while using or pulsing.
c. NEVER use the device where wet weather may have contact with the device.
d. To clean the air intake and exhaust fans blow them with air or use a soft brush.
e. NEVER attempt to hold or remove the probe connectors while in use or pulsing.
f. NEVER attempt to open the control panel of the device.
6

Safety Precautions in using the device
Connect the probe to the device before toggling the START/STOP switch to START(I)
position. Rest the probe on a non-metallic material (i.e. wooden or plastic chair) when not
in use. Refer to Appendix A on how to connect the probes.
When the START/STOP switch is on the START (I) position, DO NOT touch the probe
connectors while holding the probe loop.
The device is equipped with an overheat sensor to protect the machine in case of an
overheating situation. When overheating occurs, the device will stop pulsing. Let the
device cool down and you may START the device again. If the device is unable to START,
contact your Authorized Distributor’s representative.
After using the device or after toggling the START/STOP switch to STOP (O) position,
allow 5 minutes before toggling the POWER ON/OFF switch to OFF.
When the device is not in use, ALWAYS close the lid to prevent condensation to form.

Quick Start Guide:
Quick guide on how to operate the EPulse Elite
Before beginning of operation:
- Make sure that the green POWER ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position.
- Start/Stop switch is in the STOP(O) position.
- Probe terminals are connected.
- Input voltage power cord is matching (120V) and connected.
- Time is set to 15 minutes (factory default setting)
Power ON Procedure:
1. To the lower right of the panel is the green POWER ON/OFF switch. Flip the switch to the
ON position. The switch should light up.
2. Set the INTENSITY knob to desired setting. Default is at 80%
3. On the upper right of the front panel is the START/STOP switch. Toggle the switch
towards the START(I) position. The switch should light up and the device will start
pulsing.
4. Set the PULSE RATE knob to desired setting. Note that the PULSE RATE knob may turn
beyond 360
o
several times.
Turn the PULSE RATE knob to the RIGHT for SLOWER pulse rate and to the LEFT for
FASTER pulse rate. Note also that turning the knob to the EXTREME position to EITHER
LEFT OR RIGHT will cause the pulsing to stop; putting the device in an “off” state.
Warning: Do not turn the knob far TO THE EXTREME in either direction. Doing so would
cause the knob to break.
8

POWER OFF/Reset Procedure:
1. When the PRE-SET time on the timer has expired (default is 15 minutes), the TIMER OFF
LED indicator will light up.
2. Or, the pulsing may be stopped ANYTIME by toggling the START/STOP switch towards
the STOP [O] position. [Skip Step 3 to restart the pulsing OR skip to Step 4 onwards to
turn off the machine.]
3. To RESTART the pulsing, simply toggle the START/STOP switch towards the START (I)
position. This will restart the pulsing with the pre-set time of the TIMER as well.
4. Before the device is POWERed DOWN (toggling the POWER ON/OFF switch to OFF
position), wait for 15 minutes after the pulsing has stopped.
5. After 15 minutes, toggle the green POWER ON/OFF switch at the lower right of the panel
to the OFF position. The machine should be completely turned off.
9

Safety Operations
For the safe operation of the device, the following should be observed:
