IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CARE PROVIDERS
Uniden’s Assistive Listening Device (“ALD”) is an amplification
product that is designed and intended to assist persons with a
hearing difficulty.
As the ALD can generate considerable additional volume, Uniden
advises that it should not be used by persons who don’t have a
hearing difficulty, because such use could result in hearing damage
or loss.
MEDICAL WARNING
The ALD may affect the operation of other medical devices that you
wish to use at the same time, including (for example) a pacemaker or
hearing aid.
Uniden advises that before using the ALD, you should verify with the
manufacturer or supplier of any such medical device that you can
use it safely in conjunction with the ALD.
