Remove and install battery cover
Important note: Unimes hand held terminal USES a toggle switch to fix the
battery cover. In order to avoid unnecessary damage to the body, please follow
the instructions of the user guide.
Open the battery cover
1.Turn the lock on the battery cover to the FREE position
2. Open the battery cover as shown in the picture
Close the battery cover
1. Follow the steps shown in the figure
2. Push the LOCK button of the battery cover to LOCK position
Disassembling battery
Important notice: the battery should be loaded and removed according to the
instructions in the user's guide to avoid unnecessary damage to the body or
the battery.

Install SIM card and TF card
Unimes hand held terminal adopts SIM card provided by mobile operators
(such as China mobile, China unicom and China telecom), and the SIM card
must have opened mobile data service, otherwise the mobile data
transmission function of this product will not be used. The specific operation
steps of installing SIM card and TF card are described as follows:
1. Before installation, please confirm that the power of the product is off;
2. Remove the battery cover and battery;
3. Insert TF card into the card holder (the same with SIM card) in the direction
shown in the machine icon in FIG. 1;
4. Put back the battery until fixed;
5. Put the battery cover back on.
Note: only SIM card 1 can hold telecom card;

1. Please keep the lens of scanning and camera window clean. When wiping,
please use soft cotton cloth or lens paper.
2. Do not contact the lens of the scanning and camera Windows with abrasive
substances, so as to avoid wear of the lens of the scanning and camera
Windows and affect the code reading effect.
3. Sudden change of ambient temperature will lead to condensation of the
equipment shell, and the operation of the equipment may be abnormal under
this state. Please pay attention to avoid the occurrence of condensation, if the
equipment shell condensation, please wait until the equipment dry after use.
4. Please use the correct method to read bar code: this product by software

Battery usage precautions
1. You are recommended to charge the battery before using this product.
Typically, new batteries achieve their best performance after several rounds of

time to replace it with a new battery.
3. Only use the battery approved by the company, and only use the charger

battery life. If the fully charged battery is put aside, the battery itself will
discharge.
5. The temperature is too high or too low, which will affect the battery charging.
It needs to be cooled or heated before charging the battery.
6. The battery level is indicated in the upper right corner of the screen. When
the indicator icon is displayed as one grid, it means that the battery power is
very low, and the screen will prompt "insufficient power, please timely charge".
At this time, please save the existing work as soon as possible and timely
charge.
7. When the indicator icon shows zero grid, the power of this product is
seriously insufficient, and the screen will prompt "insufficient power, please
charge in time", and then automatically shut down.
Frequently asked questions
1. In the process of mobile wireless communication, please follow the
following steps to troubleshoot the failure of data transmission:
1) check whether the signal icon of mobile wireless communication in the
upper left corner of the screen has a signal. If there is no signal icon of mobile
wireless communication, the SIM card may not be properly installed. Please
remove the SIM card and reinstall it to ensure the normal operation of the SIM
card; If the signal is below two bars, please send the data to a place where the
signal is good. If the signal is normal and the data fails to be sent, please refer
to the next step.
2) please confirm with the network operator (mobile, telecom or unicom)
whether the SIM card of this machine is overdue. If the balance of SIM card is
insufficient, please recharge the SIM card as soon as possible;
3) if the problem is still unresolved, please shut down and restart the product.

2. Treatment method for failure to start the product when charging
This is due to the excessive use of electricity caused by the battery, the battery
charge after a period of time can be turned on normally.
3. Insensitive scanning method
First, check whether the bar code is flat, clear and tidy. If the barcode is
damaged, please exit the scanning state and directly conduct manual
operation. Next, adjust the distance and Angle of the scan; Finally, check that
the scan window is clean (dust and water droplets).
4. The screen does not display the processing method
Check if it is turned on, or if the battery is out of power or has poor contact.
