-If t e touchscreen is not responsive, connect a mouse using a USB port and:
oProceed wit t e calibration of the touchscreen (follow t e instructions
provided in t e User Manual).
oIf t e problem persists after t e calibration of t e touc screen, proceed wit
t e recovery of the touchscreen (follow t e instructions provided in t e User
Manual). T is option will restore t e default settings of t e touc screen.
-If t e error messages E902 (strong lig t intensity) or E903 (weak lig t intensity)
appear, please proceed wit t e cleaning of t e drawer and t e w ite patc . If t e
messages appear after t e cleaning, proceed wit t e calibration of t e device using
APP105 as explained previously.
-Upon any ot er error or improper performance of t e device, w ic cannot be solved
following all t e mentioned procedures, it is recommended to conduct a Factory Reset
of t e instrument. T is option will restore t e default settings of t e device.
WARNING: all t e test data and met od files saved in t e instrument will be cleared,
please export your data before!
Once t e previous steps ave been verified, if your problem is still not solved, please submit

-Serial Number of t e instrument.
-Software version (bot t e embedded software and t e PC manager software).
-Result of t e last calibration check (please provide a picture).
-Any ot er picture w ic mig t be relevant for t e diagnosis and t e root cause
analysis.
