Down arrow keys. The KI and Kd values were kept
constant in the device parameters. We increase
the response me by increasing the Kp value and
decrease the response me by decreasing. )

(Press Enter to determine the stop voltage by pres-
sing the arrow keys. Stopv voltage is the output of
the device at Stop posion in the percentage of the
specied amount of Analog and brake area. This
parameter is used to ensure that the machine does
not empty your material at the me of departure
and stop.

panel. By selecng the panel, the current tension is
determined by the arrow keys. If selected from the
terminal, the current tension can be determined
from the 10K pot entry in the rear terminal. )

STARTSTOP control. StartStop control can be selec-
ted from the terminal and panel. By selecng from
the panel, it is controlled by the start and stop
buons on the device. If it is selected from the
terminal, start inp in the rear terminal. You can
perform start and stop operaons )
NOTE: If “DANCER” is selected, this parameter cannot be selected from the TERMİNAL. Automacally selected from the PANEL is considered.

choose are 50 KG, 100 kg, 200 kg. )
(Press Enter to determine how it works. Here you
can choose from Loadcell, Dancer and Manual. )
If LOADCELL is selected, the current tension is automacally controlled and the set value is set according to the load cell value.
If Manuel is selected, the device output voltage is manually determined by pressing the push down buons or external potency analog input.
If Dancer is selected, DANCER determines the current tense “DANCER POT” connected to the pot entrance.

ight of the roller to which loadcell is connected is
reset. You can see this weight in the tare weight

lect o or me in this parameter.)
The device is started by receiving the machine turning informaon via a sensor connected to the machine. In the selected me interval, when
no informaon is received from the sensor, the device waits for the output posion. When the informaon comes back, it connues to run
normally.
“OFF” is selected, this parameter is disabled.
Note: if the sensor is not used, this parameter must be “o”.

are two opons in this menu: stop voltage and the
last voltage value parameters. When the device is
switched from start to stop status, it is used to
indicate where the output will start when it is star-
ted again.)

9Precauons For Safe Use and
Installaon
Disconnect all supply voltages before taking any acon on the device.
Do not disassemble the device when it is under power.
Do not clean the device with solvents or similar substances. Use only dry cloth to clean
the device.
Check that the connecons are correct before starng the device.
Keep signal cables away from contactors, inducve loads and electrical noise-eming
devices and power-carrying lines.
Mount the device away from the contactor, electrical noise eming devices and
energy-transming lines, which are protected against adverse environmental con-
dions such as humidity, vibraon, polluon and high/low temperature.
To minimize electrical noise, use shielded cable and ground the display
Connect the power supply as shown on page 2. Otherwise, device the connecon will
be "out of warranty".
