Press on the power
button ON/OFF on the
right.
*Be sure that the oven has been connect to
elettrical supply and the socket is turned
on.

After you turn
on the oven,
you need to
wait 15 seconds
to load the
parameters.

The functions enables access to alist of
recipes selected as “favourites”.

product you want
to bake.

Tap the
START/STOP
button.

The oven will
start the
preheating.
You will see how
long it will take to
preheat and what
temperature you
have in the
cooking
chamber. DO
NOT SKIP THIS
STEP.

The door led light
will flash once
preheating is
completed. The
CHEFTOP will
ring and the icon
will change on
the screen.

Tap the symbol
“+” on
thescreen to
add recipes or
timer.

Select the recipe
you need to
bake
(1) and confirm by
pressing the
“START/STOP”
Button (2).
Press the “V”
arrow to see
more products.

Load the oven
with the
products you
want to bake and
DO NOT remove
them until the
baking process
is completed.
You can add up
to 5 different
programs at the
time.

To delete atimer
from the list, tap
the row of the
timer you want
to delete and
hold for at least 3
seconds.

Stop the
cooking cycle
by pressing and
holding the
“START/STOP”
button.
NOTE: stop the
cooking cycle at
the end of your
shift and before
11:45pm.

1. Tap the SET button .

2. Set the parameters of
your recipe.
3. Tap the SAVE button.
4. Tap NAME and
PHOTO to assign
them.
5. Assign a recipe name and
confirm with “OK”.
6. Assign a photo to the recipe,
selecting one from those
available.

7. Save the baking cycle with
the set parameters, name
and image.
8. Choose the line you prefer.
