Note: 4K monitor needs highervoltagepower, for a more stable power
supply, it is recommended to use our original PD adapter to power. Note:If your device's port is a Lightning port, for example iPhone 14, you will
need to buy a Ligjtning to HDMI cable as shown below. In order to improve
our customer experience, you can contact us and we will send it to you for
free.

Extend Mode /Duplicate Mode/Display Mode
Way1: Set on the device’Display Settings
A: Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
B: Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display settings to open the Display page.
C: Scroll down to Multiple displays, then select an option from the drop-down list to determine
how your desktop will display across your screens. For the largest work area, select Extend
desktop.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click Detect. If does
not work, try restarting your computer and do steps again.
Way2: Set via Windows key + Pkeyboard shortcut
A: Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
B: Enter the“Windows”key and“P”keyboard at the same time.
C: select an option from the drop-down list to determine how your desktop will display across
your screens. For the largest work area, select Extend desktop.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click Detect. If does
not work, try restarting your computer and do steps again.

not work, try restarting your computer and do steps again.
1: Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
2: Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display settings to open the Display page.
3: Under the "Select and rearrange displays" section, select the monitor that you want to adjust.

Steps ：Slide up to show the brightness interface > Adjust the
brightness with the "+" and "-" signs > Press the exit button to
exit the interface.
Steps ：Slide down to show the volume interface > Adjust the
volume with the "+" and "-" signs > Press the exit button to exit
the interface.

Pulley Button - Setting Parameters
After turning on the power, press the pulley button to enter the menu setting, image
adjustment, brightness, color setting, OSD setting, reset, etc. at your own convenience
For example:
Backlight (brightness) setting
①Press the menu button to start installing the monitor.
②Scroll the menu button up and down to move to the image installation.
③Press the menu button again to enter the image settings.
④Scroll the menu button up and down to move to the backlight.
⑤Press the menu button again to enter the backlight setting.
⑥You can adjust the brightness by scrolling the menu button up and down.
You can set up other installations in the same way.
ECO: You can select the appropriate mode according to your usage
environment. Select RTS, FPS, Text, Movie, Game Mode
brightness/BLACK LEVEL/contrast can be set.
DCR: You can select OFF or ON.
HDR MODE: Includes AUTO/2084/OFF.
Note: when set to AUTO and 2084
Contrast/Brightness cannot be set.
LOW BLUE LIGHT: Reduces the eects of blue light.
(adjustment range: 0/25/50/75/100)
FREESYNC: You can select OFF or ON.

How to save all the settings of the monitor?
1.If it is an HDMI signal source, the monitor settings can be directly
2.If it is a TYPE C signal source, the monitor need to connected to an external power supply rst, then
you can save the settings.

powersupplyisrequired.
2.Q: The LED on the monitor turned green but the screen turned black
A:
1.Thissituationisgenerallycausedbyinsucientvoltage;Pleasecheckwhetherthe
factory-packedcablesareused,andthencheckwhetheranexternalPDpowersupply
isused.Thepowerconsumptionof4Kmonitorisrelativelylarger,andanexternalPD
powersupplyisrequired.
2.Iftheresolutionsabovedonotwork,pleasetryanothercomputerdevice.Ifit
failed,pleasecontactusforthereplacementofthecable.
3.Q: Use a C-C cable to connect the monitor to the device, the monitor will
icker
A: This is caused by insucient power supply. The display needs a larger current because
the monitor is 4K. Please use the C-C cable connect the PD port on the monitor to the
power head and plug it into a power outlet, make sure the monitor get enough power
supply to work correctly.
4.Q: When connected to my Surface laptop, the monitor "NO SINGAL" and
"POWER SAVING"
A:
1)If your Surface laptop is mini DP port , you need a mini DP to HD adapter . If you need,
please contact us via [email protected].
2)If your Surface laptop is Type-c port but doesn’t support the Thunderbolt 3, you need a
Type-c to HD adapter. If you need, please contact us via
[email protected]
5.Q:MyphoneisaGooglebrand,butIcannotconnectitdirectlytothe
display?
A: SomeGooglephonescannotbeconnecteddirectlytothedisplay.
ThemobilephoneinterfaceneedstosupportUSB3.1inordertoconnectdirectlyto
thedisplay.
Pleaseconrmifyourmobilephonesupportsit.Ifnot,youneedtopurchasethe"IOS/
AndriodtoHDTV"cable.Ifyouneed,youcantellusandwewillsendittoyou.
6.Q:Why can't the settings be saved when the monitor is turned on again?
A:This is caused by insucient power supply,need large current to make the display
work properly, please use C-C cable connect the PD port on the monitor to power
charger and plug it into outlet.
7.Q:The monitor is constantly restarting.
A:
1. It is caused by an insucient power supply. Monitor required large power
support. Please use the attached genuine cable provided to power the
monitor.
2. If use the mobile power bank to power the monitor, please conrm whether
the mobile power bank is a PD power bank that has reached 30W or more.
Please contact us if you need a power bank.
3. If the resolutions above do not work, please try another computer device. If
it failed, please contact us for the replacement of the cable
