To prevent the machine damage, the following situations should be avoided:
1. Please turn o the monitor when you leave for a long time please;
2. Do not allow Children to throw or insert objects into the monitor;
3. Do not install spare parts that are not specifically designed for this device;
4. Please Unplug the power cord when the device is unattended for a long time.
5. Do not touch the power cord or signal cable when lightning strikes, otherwise it may cause
electric shock;
6. Do not let any object compress or wrap the power cord;
7. Do not place the monitor where the power cord can be easily damaged.

Do not rub the screen with a hard object as it will scratch or permanently damage the screen.
Do not use your fingers to press the screen for a long time, otherwise it will produce screen smear, and even a
screen damage.
Red, green, and blue pixel defects may appear on the screen, but it does not aect the display function.
The power cord is the main isolation device and must be put in an Easy-to-operate place.
If possible, try to use the recommended resolution for best results. Because if you use other resolution other
than the recommended resolution, a screen abnormality may occur. But this is a feature of a LCD panel with
the fixed resolution.
A still picture on the screen for a long time will cause damage to the screen and produce afterimages. Please
make sure to use the screen saver, the afterimage and related issues are not covered in the scope of product
repairing warranty.

Function introduction
When One Type-C to Type-C cable connect computer, the monitor automatically adjusts the
contrast, brightness and volume to enter the energy saving mode. In order to stabilize the
voltage and increase the contrast, brightness and volume, please use the packaged power
adapter to supply power.
After click power menu,you can go into the first OSD,you can
choose Volume, Brightness, Contrast,Adjust direction (90°,180°),
Fixed direction, Silent, Gravity Rotation.
In the second OSD,you can choose HDR,LANGUAGE (Chinese,
English, German, French, Korean, Japanese), Freesync.
In the third OSD,you can choose ECO (Standard, Movie, Game, Photo, FPS, RTS) and 6500,9300,USER.2
For computers that support Thunderbolt3, the monitor and
computer can be connected via a Type-C to Type-C cable. The
power saving mode is activated according to the dierent
output power of the device, and the display automatically
adjusts the contrast, brightness and volume to work. Because
each brand of computer requires dierent power output, 4K
touch display also requires more stable voltage. In order to get
more stable voltage, it is highly recommended to use an
additional PD power supply. Please refer to the right picture.
The monitor in the energy-saving mode automatically adjusts
the contrast, brightness and volume to achieve the computer
connection with Thunderbolt3. If the monitor is abnormal after
connecting, please use the included power adapter to power
the monitor to increase the contrast, brightness and volume.
At this point, the display will also reverse charge the computer.

Operation Notes:
1. Please operate the display by using the original accessories in the package.
2. When an external HDMI cable is connected, please connect the power
supply firstly, and then connect HDMI to ensure the signal transmitted smoothly.
3. When the single-line connection to the Type-C interface, the screen will flash, and under voltage will result in Black screen, so please
make sure to connect the PD power supply.
4. When connected with a Windows 10 system computer, if the screen displays abnormally, please turn o HDR in the computer system
settings or open HDR in the monitor menu.

Q：No touch
1. For mobile phone,there are two cases.
①There is no touch when connecting to a mobile phone supporting USB3.1. Please contact us to upgrade the
display program. This is rare.
②There is correct and usual case that the monitor can't touch when phone doesn't support USB3.1.
Please check the phone model to ensure if the phone support USB3.1.
2. For game devices (Nintendo, XBOX, PS4, etc.),the monitor can't touch.
3. For computer equipment / micro-host. In this case,you need to check whether the connection method is correct.
Please use the original cable provided.
Most of the cases that the monitor cannot touch are caused by the wrong connection method.
The following picture is an example.

4. If the connection method is correct and you still can't touch it, please try another computer device.

Q：The display is started, showing "NO SINGAL" or "POWE SAVING".
1. If the monitor is connected to the mobile phone with TYPE-C to TYPE-C cable, please check if the
mobile phone supports USB3.1.If the mobile phone doesn't support USB3.1, it cannot be directly
connected to the monitor and requires the HDMI adapter to tranfer signal.
2. If using TYPE-C to TYPE-C cable to connect with the computer, please check whether the computer
interface supports Thunderbolt 3. If it does not support Thunderbolt 3, please use an HDMI cable to
tranfer signal and the TYPE C cable to supply power.
3. Please check whether the connection method is correct firstly, and reconnect the cables. Please use
the original cable provided. If you use the adapter you purchased, please troubleshoot the problem yourself.
4. Please try another computer device. It doesn't work with other computer devices still,please connect
us to replace the touch cable for free to solve the problem.
Q：The monitor is constantly restarting the switch during the operation.
1. This phenomenon is caused by insucient power supply of the display, because the display is 4K + touch,
which requires large power support. In this case, you only need to use the original cable attached to power
the display with an additional PD power supply. .
2. If use the mobile power bank to power the display, please confirm whether the mobile power bank is a
PD power bank that has reached 30W or more. If you need a suitable power bank, you can contact us.
3. If can't solve the problem above, please try another computer device. It doesn't work with other

Q：During the operation of the display, there are abnormal conditions,
like the splash screen or spots.
