1 INFORMAZIONI GENERALI

Il presente documento descrive come installare e utilizzare il modello di Monitor A LED Full HD URMET S.p.A.
Sch.3000/322.
Prima di usare l’apparecchiatura, leggere il presente manuale che ne descrive l’uso corretto e sicuro.
Conservare questo manuale con attenzione e in un luogo facilmente reperibile per poterlo consultare prontamente
quando necessario.
1.1 DESCRIZIONE PRODOTTO E TIPO DI IMPIEGO
Il monitor a colori “A LED” Sch.3000/322 ha una struttura molto solida ed è progettato per funzionare in modo
continuativo, per cui può essere impiegato in impianti a TV a circuito chiuso senza rischi di sovra-affaticamento.
Il monitor a schermo piatto dispone di uno schermo a cristalli liquidi (liquid crystal display, LCD) con illuminazione a LED.
NOTA BENE
Il prodotto URMET S.p.A. Sch.3000/322 è destinato ad impianti TVCC.

1.2 APERTURA DELLA CONFEZIONE
Verificare che l’imballo ed il contenuto non presentino danni visibili. Se alcune parti non sono presenti o risultano
danneggiate, contattare immediatamente il rivenditore. In questi casi non tentare di utilizzare il dispositivo. Se il prodotto
dovesse essere rimandato al fornitore, assicurarsi di spedirlo con il suo imballo originale.

1.3 AVVERTENZE
1.3.1 PRECAUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA
➢Per prevenire il rischio di incendio e folgorazione evitare di esporre il dispositivo alla pioggia o all'umidità e di
introdurre al suo interno qualsiasi oggetto solido o liquido. Se ciò dovesse avvenire scollegare il dispositivo dalla
rete di alimentazione e farlo controllare da personale qualificato.
➢In nessun caso il dispositivo deve essere aperto. Per qualsiasi intervento di riparazione rivolgersi a personale
qualificato oppure contattare il centro assistenza tecnico autorizzato.
➢Conservare questa apparecchiatura lontano dalla portata dei bambini; in caso contrario questi potrebbero
danneggiarla, o danneggiarla accidentalmente.
➢Non toccare questa apparecchiatura con le mani bagnate per evitare scosse elettriche o danni meccanici.
➢Se l’apparecchiatura dovesse cadere o il contenitore esterno dovesse risultare danneggiato, cessarne l’utilizzo.
Se si continuasse ad utilizzarla in queste condizioni, potrebbe essere provocata una scossa elettrica. In questo
caso contattare il rivenditore, o l’installatore autorizzato.
➢Si consiglia di scollegare il cavo di alimentazione qualora il monitor non dovesse essere utilizzato per parecchio
tempo.
1.3.2 PRECAUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
➢Per prevenire il surriscaldamento del dispositivo, collocarlo in una posizione che permetta il passaggio dell'aria
attraverso i fori previsti sullo chassis. Nel caso di installazione all’interno di un rack, assicurarsi che vi siano
almeno 5 cm di spazio libero. Per lo stesso motivo non deve essere installato vicino a fonti di calore come
radiatori o condotti d'aria calda o in posizioni dove sia esposto direttamente all’irradiazione solare, così come
non deve essere installato in locali soggetti a eccessiva polvere, vibrazioni meccaniche o urti.
➢Non posizionare questa apparecchiatura su alcuna superficie instabile come un tavolo traballante o inclinato. In
caso contrario l’apparecchiatura potrebbe cadere con conseguenti lesioni o guasti meccanici.
➢Non installare questa apparecchiatura in alcun luogo dove possa essere esposta a umidità o acqua. Non
bagnarla con un getto d’acqua diretto per evitare la possibilità di incendio, scosse elettriche o guasto
meccanico.
➢Se all’interno dell’apparecchiatura dovesse penetrare acqua o qualche altro materiale estraneo cessarne
l’utilizzo al fine di evitare la possibilità di incendio e scosse elettriche. In questo caso contattare il rivenditore, o
l’installatore autorizzato.
➢Non posare sul dispositivo oggetti pesanti o che generino calore, dato che ciò può danneggiare il mobile o far
aumentare la temperatura interna, causando anomalie di funzionamento.
➢Le feritoie e le aperture del monitor servono per la ventilazione e non devono essere ostruite o coperte.
➢Non usare questa apparecchiatura in ambienti con presenza di fumo, vapore, umidità, polvere, o vibrazioni
intense.
➢Non mettere in funzione il dispositivo immediatamente dopo il trasporto da un luogo freddo ad un luogo caldo e
viceversa. Attendere mediamente tre ore: questo intervallo di tempo è necessario al dispositivo per adattarsi al
nuovo ambiente (temperatura, umidità, ecc..).
➢Il monitor è dotato di una base in plastica con piedini in gomma e può essere posizionato su una superficie
orizzontale come una scrivania o un tavolo. Accertarsi che l’apparecchio sia fissato in maniera solida ed
affidabile e non poggi su supporti o superfici instabili; un’eventuale caduta potrebbe causare seri danni a
persone e all’apparecchiatura stessa.
➢Ricordarsi di regolare i comandi di luminosità e contrasto per ottenere la migliore immagine.
➢Il monitor può essere anche installato a parete mediante una staffa (non fornita a corredo).
1.3.3 PULIZIA DEL DISPOSITIVO
➢Usare un panno asciutto e strofinare leggermente per eliminare polvere e sporcizia.
➢Nel caso in cui la sporcizia non fosse eliminabile con un panno asciutto, compiere l’operazione con un panno
inumidito con detergente neutro.
➢Non usare liquidi volatili come benzina, alcool, solventi ecc. o panni trattati chimicamente per pulire il dispositivo
al fine di evitare deformazioni, deterioramenti o graffi della finitura della vernice.
1.3.4 PRIVACY E COPYRIGHT
➢Il monitor LCD Sch.3000/322 è un dispositivo per sistemi TVCC. La registrazione delle immagini è subordinata
alle leggi vigenti nel paese di utilizzo. È inoltre vietata la registrazione di immagini protette da Copyright.
➢Gli utenti del prodotto sono responsabili per il controllo ed il rispetto di tutte le norme e gli statuti locali relativi al
monitoraggio e alla registrazione di segnali video. Il produttore NON potrà essere ritenuto responsabile per un
utilizzo di questo prodotto che non sia in conformità con le norme in vigore. Per maggiori informazioni

2 COMANDI E REGOLAZIONI
2.1 CONTROLLI DIRETTI
CONNETTORE D’ALIMENTAZIONE
Connettere il cavo d’alimentazione in dotazione nel rispettivo connettore.
Pulsanti di comando (posizionati a destra sotto il pannello)
A. Pulsante “Sorgente”
Premere il pulsante per visualizzare tutti i canali di segnale.
Premere il pulsante per modificare il parametro selezionato della voce del menu OSD.
B. Pulsante “Verso il basso”
Premere il pulsante per spostare il cursore sulla funzione desiderata.
Premere il pulsante per modificare la funzione selezionata nella voce del menu OSD.
C. Pulsante “Verso l’alto”
Premere il pulsante per spostare il cursore sulla funzione desiderata.
Premere il pulsante per cambiare la funzione selezionata nella voce di menu OSD.
D. Pulsante "Menu”
Premere il pulsante per visualizzare il menu principale OSD.
Premere il pulsante per uscire dal menu OSD o dalla voce del menu OSD.
E. Pulsante "Accensione/Spegnimento”
Premere il pulsante per accendere o spegnere il display.
LED verde (posizionato a destra sotto il pannello)
Acceso fisso: monitor acceso / Spento: monitor spento
INGRESSO HDMI
Questo connettore consente il collegamento di un dispositivo video HDMI.

2.2 CONTROLLI CON MENU TVCC OSD
Tramite la pressione del tasto MENU è possibile accedere ai menù e sottomenù d’impostazione, definendo le funzioni di
controllo.
Procedure d’uso
Selezione ingresso video
➢Per visualizzare gli ingressi video disponibili utilizzare il tasto sorgente A
➢Per selezionare l’ingresso video utilizzare i tasti B/C.
➢Per confermare la selezione utilizzare il tasto D
Selezione dei menu
➢Per visualizzare il menu principale utilizzare il tasto D.
➢Per spostarsi tra i diversi menù d’impostazione della barra verticale utilizzare i tasti B/C.
➢Per selezionare le voci di menu utilizzare il tasto A.
➢Per effettuare una variazione (dopo aver selezionato la voce) utilizzare i tasti B/C
➢Per confermare la selezione premere il tasto A
➢Per uscire dal menù o dai sottomenù premere il tasto D.
Regolazione del volume
➢Per variare il volume senza entrare nel menu utilizzare il tasto C per accedere alla funzione e i tasti B/C per la
regolazione
Regolazione del formato
➢Per variare il formato video (scala) senza entrare nel menu utilizzare il tasto B per accedere alla funzione e i tasti
B/C per scegliere tra completa (16:9) e 4:3.
2.2.1 IMMAGINE
Selezionando l’icona apparirà la seguente schermata:

CONTRASTO
Consente di modificare il contrasto tra le parti bianche e quelle nere dell'immagine. Regolando correttamente il contrasto
è possibile ottenere una chiara risoluzione delle gradazioni bianche, nere e grigie. Premere il tasto “B” per diminuire ed il
tasto “C” per aumentare il valore del parametro.
LUMINOSITÀ
Consente di variare la luminosità dell’immagine in funzione della luce ambientale. Premere il tasto “B” per diminuire ed il
tasto “C” per aumentare il valore del parametro.
BACKLIGHT
Consente di modificare la retroilluminazione del display. Premere il tasto “B” per diminuire ed il tasto “C” per aumentare il
valore del parametro.
TONALITA’
Consente di regolare la tonalità del colore. Premere il tasto “B” per diminuire ed il tasto “C” per aumentare il valore del
parametro.
SATURAZIONE COLORE
Consente di variare l’intensità del colore. Premere il tasto “B” per diminuire ed il tasto “C” per aumentare il valore del
parametro.
NITIDEZZA
Consente di regolare la nitidezza dei dettagli dell’immagine. Premere il tasto “B”per diminuire ed il tasto “C” per
aumentare il valore del parametro.
TEMPERATURA COLORE
Consente di variare le impostazioni dei colori. Le impostazioni selezionabili sono:”Normale-Calda-Fredda-Utente-SRGB”.
Premere i tasti “B”e “C” per selezionare l’impostazione preferita.
SCALA
Consente di modificare il formato video di visualizzazione delle immagini. Le impostazioni selezionabili sono: “Completa
(16:9)-4:3”.
LOW BLUELIGHT
Consente di ridurre la componente di luce blu emessa dal display. Le impostazioni selezionabili sono: ”Acceso-Spento”.
Premere i tasti B/C per selezionare l’impostazione preferita.
2.2.2 AUDIO
Selezionando l’icona apparirà la seguente schermata.

VOLUME
Consente di impostare il valore del volume.
SILENZIOSO
Consente di abilitare/disabilitare l’audio del monitor.
NOTA BENE
E’ possibile variare il volume utilizzando i tasti [B-C] senza dover attivare la finestra di menu.
2.2.3 OSD
Selezionando l’icona apparirà la seguente schermata con le impostazioni relative alla selezione della lingua, alla
posizione dell’immagine sullo schermo e allo spegnimento temporizzato.
TEMPORIZZATORE (SLEEP TIMER)
Consente di impostare lo spegnimento temporizzato del monitor. E’possibile scegliere tra un tempo di spegnimento
espresso in minuti di 15-30-45-60 oppure spento (Funzione disattiva).
AUTO SLEEP
Consente di scegliere di attivare o disattivare la funzione di auto spegnimento. Le opzioni selezionabili sono: ”Acceso e
Spento”
LINGUA OSD
Consente di scegliere la lingua di visualizzazione. Le lingue selezionabili sono: “Italiano-Inglese-Tedesco-Francese-
Spagnolo-Cinese”.
POSIZIONE OSD ORIZZONTALE
Consente di definire la posizione orizzontale del menu OSD
POSIZIONE OSD VERTICALE

DURATA OSD
Consente di selezionare il tempo di visualizzazione a video del menu OSD.
Premere i tasti “B e C” per selezionare l’impostazione preferita.
TRASPARENZA OSD
Consente di variare la trasparenza della finestra relativa al menu OSD.
Premere i tasti “B e C” per selezionare l’impostazione preferita.
RIRISTINO (RESET AI PARAMETRI DI FABBRICA)
Consente di riportare il monitor alle impostazioni iniziali di fabbrica.
Le impostazioni selezionate dall’utente verranno perse.
2.2.4 FUNZIONE
Selezionando l’icona apparirà la seguente schermata:
GAMMA
Consente di impostare la gamma del display. Si può scegliere tra 1.8-2.0-2.2-2.4 e spento.
SOLO PER VGA
POSIZIONE ORIZZONTALE (H)
Consente di variare la posizione orizzontale dell’immagine ripresa sullo schermo. Premere il tasto “B” per spostare
l’immagine verso sinistra ed il tasto “C” per spostare l’immagine verso destra.
POSIZIONE VERTICALE (V)
Consente di variare la posizione verticale dell’immagine ripresa sullo schermo. Premere il tasto “B” per spostare
l’immagine verso l’alto ed il tasto “C” per spostare l’immagine verso il basso.
CLOCK
Consente di minimizzare le componenti di barre o strisce verticali presenti a video.
FASE
Consente di minimizzare le componenti di distorsione e instabilità del video.
AUTO AGGIUSTA
Consente di ottimizzare la visione delle immagini a monitor in modo automatico.

1 GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for having purchased this Urmet product.
This document describes how to install and use the URMET S.p.A. Full HD colour monitor ref. 3000/322.
Read this manual which contains information for correct, safe use carefully.
Keep this manual at hand so that you can refer to it when needed.
1.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND TYPE OF USE
The LCD colour monitor 3000/322 presents a very rugged structure. It is designed for continuous operation and can be
used in closed circuit TV systems without risks of excessive fatigue.
The Flat Panel Display has an active matrix, thin-film transistor (TFT), liquid crystal display (LCD).
IMPORTANT NOTE
URMET Domus Ref.3000/322 is a product intended for use in CCTV systems.

1.2 OPENING THE BOX
Check that the packing and the contents are not visibly damaged. Contact the retailer immediately if parts are either
missing or damaged. Do not attempt to use the device in this case. Send the product back in its original packing if it is
damaged.

1.3 WARNINGS
1.3.1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
➢Keep the device away from rain and humidity to prevent risk of fire and electrocution. Do not introduce material
(solid or liquid) inside. If this should accidentally occur, disconnect the device from the mains and have it
inspected by qualified personnel.
➢Never open the device. In all cases, contact a qualified personnel or authorised service centre for repairs.
➢Keep the device away from children, to prevent accidental damage.
➢Do not touch the device with wet hands to prevent electrical shock or mechanical damage.
➢Do not use the device if it should fall or the external casing is damaged. Risk of electrocution if the device is
used in such conditions. Contact the retailer or authorised installer.
➢It is advisable to disconnect the power wire if the monitor is not used for a certain time.
1.3.2 INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
➢To prevent overheating the device, arrange it in a position allowing the flow of air through the slots in the casing.
Ensure at least 5 cm of free space when installing inside a rack. For the same reason, do not install sources of
heat, such as radiators or hot air ducts. Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not install in areas subject to
excessive dust, mechanical vibrations or shocks.
➢Do not arrange this device on an unstable surface, such as a tottering or slanted table. The device could fall
causing injury or mechanical failures.
➢Do not install the device in a place where it could be exposed to humidity or water. Do not direct a jet of water
onto the device: risk of fire, electrocution or mechanical failure.
➢Stop using the device if water or other material should penetrate inside: risk of fire and electrocution. Contact
the retailer or authorised installer.
➢Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided for ventilation. These openings must not be blocked or covered.
➢Do not place heavy or heat generating objects on top of the device: this could damage the casing and/or
increase internal temperature causing faults.
➢Do not cover the device with a cloth while it is running to prevent deforming the external casing and overheating
the internal parts: risk of fire, electrocution and mechanical failure.
➢Keep magnets and magnetised objects away from the device to prevent faults.
➢Do not use the device in presence of smoke, vapour, humidity, dust or intense vibrations.
➢Wait for a while before operating a device immediately after transporting it from a cold place to a warm place
and vice versa. Wait on average for three hours: this will allow the device to adapt to the new ambient
(temperature, humidity, etc.).
➢The monitor is provided with a plastic base and rubber feet. It can be positioned on a horizontal surface, such
as a desk or a table. Make sure that the device is fastened firmly and that it is not resting on unstable supports
or surfaces. Dropping could cause severe injury and damage the device.
➢Remember to adjust the brightness and contrast to obtain a perfect image.
➢The monitor can also be installed on the wall by means of a bracket (not provided).
1.3.3 CLEANING THE DEVICE
➢Rub delicately with a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
➢Dip the cloth in neutral detergent if dirt cannot be eliminated with a dry cloth alone.
➢Do not use volatile liquids (such a petrol, alcohol, solvents, etc.) or chemically treated clothes to clean the
device to prevent deformation, deterioration or scratches to the paint finish.
1.3.4 PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT
➢The 3000/322 LCD monitor is a device for CCTV systems. Recording of images is subject to the laws in force in
your country. Recording of images protected by copyright is forbidden.
➢Product users shall be responsible for checking and respecting all local rules and regulations concerning
monitoring and recording video signals. The manufacturing SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for use of this product not
in compliance with the laws in force.

2 CONTROLS AND SETTINGS
2.1 DIRECT CONTROLS
POWER CONNECTOR
Connect the supplied power cable to the mains connector.
Control buttons (located to the right below the panel)
A. “Source” button
Press the button to display all the signal channel menus.
Press the button to change the selected parameter of the OSD menu item
B. “Downward” button
Press the button to move the cursor to the needed function.
Press the button to change the selected function in OSD menu item.
C. “Upward” button
Press the button to move the cursor to the needed function.
Press the button to change the selected function in OSD menu item.
D. “Menu” button
Press the button to display the OSD main menu.
Press the button to exit the OSD menu or OSD menu item.
E. “Power” button
Press the button to turn on or turn off the display.

2.2 OSD CCTV MENU CONTROLS
Select the menu using the MENU button in order to access into functions
Use of the buttons
Selection of the video input
➢In order to show the possible video inputs, press the A button
➢In order to select the inputs, use B/C buttons
➢In order to confirm the selection press the D button.
Selection of the Menus
➢In order to show the main Menu, press the D button.
➢In order to select the Menus of the horizontal bar, press the B/C buttons.
➢In order to select each single Menu, press the A button.
➢In order to change a value (once the option is selected), press the B/C buttons.
➢In order to confirm the selection, press the A button.
➢In order to exit from Menus and Submenus, press the D button.
Volume adjustment
➢In order to vary the volume without entering the OSD Menu, use C button to select the function and B/C buttons for
adjustment.
Format adjustment
➢In order to vary the format without entering the OSD Menu, use B button to select the function and B/C button to
choose between Full (16:9) and 4:3.
2.2.1 PICTURE
Selecting the icon, the following screen will appear:

CONTRAST
It allows to change contrast between white and black areas of the image. A clear resolution of good white, black and grey
gradation is achieved by a proper setting of contrast. Press “B” and “C” buttons to change the values of this parameter.
BRIGHTNESS
It allows to change image brightness, according to ambient light. Press “B” and “C” buttons to change the values of this
parameter
BACKLIGHT
It allows you to change the backlighting of the display. Press the 'B' key to decrease and the 'C' key to increase the
parameter value.
HUE
It allows to change colors of the image. Press “B” and “C” buttons to change the values of this parameter.
SATURATION
It allows to to change the intensity of the colour. Press “B” and “C” buttons to change the values of this parameter.
SHARPNESS
Allows the sharpness of image details to be adjusted. Press the "B" button to decrease and the "C" button to increase the
value of the parameter.
COLOR TEMPERATURE
It allows to change the color settings among the following: ”Normal –Warm - Cool –User - SRGB”. Press “B and C”
buttons to select the desired option
SCALE (VIDEO FORMAT)
It allows to change the video format of the images among: “Full screen (16:9), 4:3”.
LOW BLUELIGHT
Reduces the blue light component emitted by the display. The selectable settings are: 'On-Off'.
Press the B/C buttons to select the preferred setting.
2.2.2 AUDIO
Selecting the icon, the following screen will appear:

VOLUME
To set the volume value
MUTE
Enable/disable the monitor audio.
NOTE:
It is possible to change the volume using the [B-C] keys without activating the menu window.

2.2.3 OSD
Selecting the icon, the following screen will appear, with settings for language selection, image position on the
screen and timed shutdown:
SLEEP TIMER
It allows you to set the timed shutdown of the monitor. It is possible to choose between a switch-off time in minutes of 15-
30-45-60 or off (function off).
AUTO SLEEP
Selects whether enabling or disabling this function. You can select the following options: ON and OFF.
OSD LANGUAGE
It allows to select the desired language: “Italian - English- Deutsch- French –Spanish –Chinese”.
OSD H-POSITION
It allows to define the horizontal position of the OSD menu.
OSD V-POSITION
It allows to define the vertical position of the OSD menu.
OSD DURATION
Selects the screen display time of the OSD menu.
Press the B and C buttons to select the favourite setting.
OSD TRANSPARENCY
Changes the window transparency for the OSD menu.
Press the B and C buttons to select the favourite setting.
RESET DEFAULT
It allows to load the Factory Defaults. All the user settings will be lost.
2.2.4 FUNCTION
Selecting the icon, the following screen will appear:

GAMMA
It allows to set the gamma of the display. You can choose between 1.8-2.0-2.2-2.4 and OFF.
ONLY FOR VGA
HORIZONTAL POSITION
It allows to change horizontal position of the display image. Press “B” and “C” buttons to horizontally move the image.
VERTICAL POSITION
It allows to change vertical position of the display image. Press “B” and “C” buttons to vertically move the image.
CLOCK
This can be used to minimise the vertical bar or strip components on the screen.
PHASE
This can be used to minimise the distortion and instability of the video components.
AUTO-ADJUSTMENT
This can be used to optimise the viewing of images on the monitor automatically.
