ATTENTION!
The following instructions and recommendations must be observed, as failure to observe them may
failure to observe these instructions may result in fire or death due to electric shock. Installation /
Replacement / Repair of the EV charging cable should be done by a qualified person. Warranty and
post-warranty service is provided by the manufacturer.
Before using the EV charging cable, please check its condition - it is forbidden to use it if any part is
damaged - DANGER OF ELECTRICITY / FIRE.
The technical data of the EV charging cable - in particular the permissible rated current and the
maximum permissible load - can be found on a sticker attached to the plug of the EV charging cable.
Do not allow the EV charging cable to overheat.
Do not cover the EV charging cable with any objects, trample it, throw it or expose it to mechanical
damage.
NOTE: Mechanical, electrical and thermal defects are not subject to the warranty conditions.
Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, alter or repair EV charging cable or its components. If repairs
are necessary, please contact a qualified service technician / electrician..
The installation of the EV charging cable in the EVSE charging station should be done according to the

Storage instructions
It is recommended to store the cable in a place not exposed to water. If the cable is used outdoors,
the cable should be stored in a position that prevents water from penetrating inside the plug.
Warranty conditions
 The warranty covers products manufactured by V-Tech Tuning Sp. z o.o. for a period of 36
months.
 This guarantee covers product defects caused by manufacturing defects.
 The manufacturer shall ensure free removal of any defect in the equipment revealed during
the guarantee period, within 30 days from the date of recognition of the defect.
 Guarantee is valid with proof of purchase.
 The product showing defects or faults should be delivered by the Customer to the Producer's
registered office together with the proof of purchase and a description of the damage
(description of the defect).
 The manufacturer is obliged to respond to the Customer's request and inform him about the
acceptance or refusal of the defect within 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint
to the manufacturer. The warranty period will be extended by the repair time counting from
the date of notification to the date of repair. In case of replacing the goods with a new one,
the warranty period is calculated from the beginning.
 The scope and method of warranty repair is determined by the Manufacturer.
 If it is not feasible to replace the product with a new one that meets all the functional
features, the Manufacturer is obliged to replace it with a similar product whose functional
features are comparable to those of the product being replaced.
 All defective products that have been replaced become the property of the Manufacturer.
 The guarantee granted for the goods sold does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer's
rights arising from non-compliance of the goods with the contract.

 The guarantee does not cover:
- damage or defects caused by improper or non-compliant use of the product, improper
maintenance or storage.
- mechanical damage to products and defects caused by them
- damages and defects caused by repairs, modifications or changes in the product made by
persons not authorized by V-Tech Tuning Sp. z o.o.
- damage or defects caused by fire, flood, lightning, electrical surges or other external
factors.
 In matters not covered by the terms of this warranty, the relevant provisions of the Civil
Code apply.
Environmental protection
Do not dispose of your old device with your normal household waste. Take it to a
collection point for the recycling of electrical equipment. By doing so, you will help to
protect the environment.
