Storage instructions
It is recommended to store the cable in a place not exposed to water. If the cable is used outdoors,
the cable should be stored in a position that prevents water from penetrating inside the plug.
Warranty conditions
The warranty covers products manufactured by V-Tech Tuning Sp. z o.o. for a period of 36
months.
This guarantee covers product defects caused by manufacturing defects.
The manufacturer shall ensure free removal of any defect in the equipment revealed during
the guarantee period, within 30 days from the date of recognition of the defect.
Guarantee is valid with proof of purchase.
The product showing defects or faults should be delivered by the Customer to the Producer's
registered office together with the proof of purchase and a description of the damage
(description of the defect).
The manufacturer is obliged to respond to the Customer's request and inform him about the
acceptance or refusal of the defect within 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint
to the manufacturer. The warranty period will be extended by the repair time counting from
the date of notification to the date of repair. In case of replacing the goods with a new one,
the warranty period is calculated from the beginning.
The scope and method of warranty repair is determined by the Manufacturer.
If it is not feasible to replace the product with a new one that meets all the functional
features, the Manufacturer is obliged to replace it with a similar product whose functional
features are comparable to those of the product being replaced.
All defective products that have been replaced become the property of the Manufacturer.
The guarantee granted for the goods sold does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer's
rights arising from non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
