MODEL VP-1124
24VDC/1 AMP SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY
The 24 Vdc 1 Amp Power Supply, Model VP-1124, shall be a wall or shelf mount, regulated and filtered, "A" battery type
power supply with a 1 Amp output. The unit shall be solid state and provide over voltage protection. The unit shall provide a
three conductor grounded power cord with IEC-320 AC input plug and shall include an AC input cord. Output connections
shall be a 2 wire pigtail. The input shall be fuse protected. The unit shall be UL and cUL listed and shall meet FCC Class
B specifications and VDE.
Alternate power supplies (VP-1124-EC and VP-1124-UK) suitable for use in some international markets, shall also be
available, and shall be CE approved and meet VDE regulations.
The power supply shall provide a floating 24 Vdc output. Output voltage shall be -24 Vdc +10%. Output current shall be 1
Amp. Maximum ripple at rated output shall be 10 mV RMS. Input voltage shall be 100 - 240 Vac, 50/60 Hz, 55 watts
maximum. The unit shall include an internal input fuse. Operating temperature shall be +32 to 122 °F (0 to 50 °C). Operating
humidity shall be 10 to 90% non-condensing.
The power supply shall be housed in a black, high impact ABS plastic case. The case shall be sealed.
Maximum dimensions shall be 4.2 “ (10.64 cm) H x 2.60“ (6.60 cm) W x 1.2“ (3.05 cm) D. Shipping Weight shall be 2.0
lbs (.90 kg).
Limited Warranty
Valcom, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of
normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to
the replacement, repair or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:
1. inspection by Valcom, Inc. indicates the validity of the claim,
2. the defect is not the result of damage, misuse, or negligence after the original shipment,
3. the product has not been in any way repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened.
(A service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged).
4. freight charges for the return of products to Valcom, Inc. are prepaid,
5. all units “out of warranty” are subject to a service charge. The service charge will cover minor repairs
(major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).
This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties expressed or implied, and in no event shall
Valcom, Inc. be liable for any anticipated profits, consequential damages, loss of time or other losses incurred by the buyer in
connection with the purchase, operation or use of the product.
This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment. In the event a product is received in damaged condition,
the carrier should be notified immediately. Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier involved in accordance with the
F.O.B. point.
