Remove the Hex Head Bolts from the bottom hose reel’s
Locking Mechanism and set aside.

Set the Stacking Brackets on top of the hose reel frame,
open side down over the frame’s Mounting Holes.
Place the Locking Mechanism above the bottom tab of
the Stacking Bracket over its original location.
Insert Hex Head Bolts through the 8 Mounting Holes,
secure with Flat Washers and Nylock Hex Nuts as shown
above, and tighten with 9/16” Wrenches.

Place the top Hose Reel on the Stacking Brackets
and secure to the frame’s bottom 4 mounting holes
with Hex Head Bolts, Flat Washers and Nylock Hex
Nuts as shown above.
Tighten with 9/16” Wrenches.

HOSE REEL STACKING KIT ASSEMBLY
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Stacking kits manufactured by Valley Industries are
warrantied for 1-year from date of shipment when
properly installed, maintained and operated.
The Warranty will cover parts replacement on
manufacturer and workmanship defects.
