3 - E
To carry out a full battery recharge, follow these instructions:
Connect the power supply cable to the dedicated socket on the left light;
Connect the cable to the cigar lighter socket or to the 230Vac outlet;
The left tail light will be ON indicating that the charge is in progress;
The left tail light will turn OFF when the charge is completed (after about 6
hours);
When the charge is complete, disconnect the charging cable.
When the light set is turned ON (position RADIO or ON) a test of all the lights will be
carried out in sequence to verify that they are working, then the STOP lights will blink
if the available battery charge is between 100% and 60%, the DIRECTION
INDICATORS will blink if the charge is between 60% and 30%, the TAIL lights will
blink if the charge is less than 30%, if only the left TAIL light blinks shortly every 4
seconds then the battery is totally run down and it is best to recharge it.
LIGHTS
External appearance
The lights pair have a magnetic base (with a rubber pad) or a pump suction cup
and a tilt bracket allowing a better directional control. Labels indicate the
installation position and function of each element.
RIGHT LIGHT (RIGHT): in addition to the label, a waterproof 3-position
switch on the back and the connection cable for the left light, characterize the
right light.
LEFT LIGHT (LEFT): has no switch and no cable. A 5-pin connector for the
connection with the right light is present on the back and the magnetic self-
centering charging connector.

ENGLISH
4 - E
Installation
The lights are equipped with a rubber padded magnetic base for the installation on the
vehicle body or a suction cup: for the best performance we recommend to locate it on a
plain and clean surface, especially for the suction cup version.
Each light is provided with a tilt bracket allowing better directional control of the
optical set and a better visibility of the light signals.
WARNING: to remove the lights we suggest that you directly grasp the magnetic base
or the bracket.
Connections
In order to connect the two lights, a cable with an automotive grade, water tight
connector is provided.
To recharge the battery there is a classic plug connector.
Functionality
According to the label next to the switch, the set can work in two different modes
depending on your needs:
8. RADIO Mode: the set repeats the controls that are received from the
paired transmitter. The received functions are: TAIL LIGHTS,
DIRECTION INDICATORS and STOP. After 30 minutes of no
activity the receiver will enter a battery save mode and any command
transmitted will resume normal operation; after 4 hour of no activity
the receiver will enter a sleep mode with a negligible battery drain: it
will be necessary to turn OFF and then turn ON again to resume the
normal operation.
9. ON mode: only the tail lights are ON and the radio link is ignored, the
transmitter can remain connected to the towing vehicle.
Every set includes a paired transmitter, if you need to cancel the receiver’s memory or
pair a new transmitter, please consult the “Transmitter pairing” section in this guide.
WARNING: it is important to switch OFFthe set (switch in the OFF position) when
not in use, this helps to preserve the battery life.

Receiver
The receiver (located in the right light) is a category 2 GFSK PLL receiver in SMT
technology, in compliance with the EN 300 220 European standard. The receiver can
operate on 2 channels to avoid RF disturbances present on the used channel. To allow
the channel change it is necessary to leave ON the vehicle tail lights (in RADIO mode)
to let the receiver and the transmitter to carry on the communication on the alternate
channel.
Lamps indications
The left tail light is also a low battery indicator, when the lights are turned ON, after the
lamp test, if the tail light blinks shortly every 4 seconds then the battery is run down and
must be recharged. If, after the lamp test, the right tail light blinks continuously ON for
2 seconds and OFF for 2 seconds, then there is no paired transmitter in memory. The
only usable mode will be the ON mode. Please, pair a transmitter before using the
RADIO mode (see the “Transmitter pairing” section).

Leuchte anschließen;
Steckdose an;
durchgeführt wird;
(nach etwa 6 Stunden);
