General safety information
The eSlider is a pre-assembled component that comes ready to install.
It was designed and built in line with carefully chosen harmonised standards that
must be observed, as well as further technical specications. Consequently, it
is a state-of-the-art product and provides the best possible level of safety while
in operation.
The eSlider left the factory in a awless condition in terms of technical safety.
However, safety can only be achieved in practice if all the required actions have
been taken. The persons responsible for installation and operation have a duty
to plan these actions and monitor their implementation.
Observe the following in particular during operation:
• Please read these installation and operating instructions carefully before
using the eSlider.
• Only accessories obtained from the manufacturer may be used with the eSlider.
• Structural modications to the eSlider may only be performed following con-
sultation with the manufacturer.
• Comply with the operating instructions when using and operating the eSlider.
• Observe the applicable accident prevention and safety provisions when op-
erating the eSlider.
• The eSlider may only be operated if it is in a awless, functional condition.
Arrange for functional faults to be remedied immediately.
• The complete operating and installation instructions must always be carried
in the vehicle.
• This eSlider is only suitable for use in the named vehicle types; it may only be
installed in these vehicle types.
• The eSlider replaces an original seat without a lateral airbag.
• The lateral airbag on the vehicle seat must be deactivated.
• The swivel functions are only intended to make vehicle entry and exit easier
for people up to a maximum body weight of 170 kg.
Intended use
If this information is not observed, this will void the warranty, the manu-
facturer’s liability and, in certain situations, the type approval. As a con-
sequence, no claims can then be made against us.

• The red markings indicate the risk of injury when moving the eSlider.
• It is not permitted to operate the eSlider while driving.
• On the whole, private individuals are not permitted to store airbags.

Product description
The Veigel eSlider o󰀨ers ideal support for wheelchair users who access their
vehicle in their wheelchair and then transfer themselves onto the driver's seat
when inside the vehicle.
The Veigel eSlider is a fully-electric transfer seat console. Besides the 6 main dir-
ections (forwards-backwards, up-down, right turn-left turn), the 6+2-way version
also o󰀨ers a tilt seat adjustment function. This o󰀨ers a great advantage when
sitting in the vehicle to improve lateral support, avoid bruising and lift the feet o󰀨
the oor when transferring from the vehicle seat to the wheelchair and vice versa.
All the di󰀨erent directions of the eSlider can be programmed and operated with
just one lever. This facilitates the daily routine and can be easily operated even
by users with limited hand and nger functions.
The Veigel eSlider is crash-tested and complies with the strict standards of the
automotive industry.
