1. Allgemeine Hinweise / General Information
1.1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung / Intended use
Die Kragen- und Manschettenpresse 8905 bügelt Kragen und
Manschetten von Hemden und Blusen durch Einwirkung von
Hitze und Druck.
Dieses Gerät wurde ausschließlich für den industriellen,
gewerblichen Gebrauch entwickelt, konstruiert und gebaut.
The collar and cuff press 8905 serves to press collars and cuffs
of shirts and blouses using heat and pressure.
This unit has been developed, designed and built for industrial
and commercial use only.
Hinweis
Note
Die Maschine ist ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung von
Textilien vorgesehen. Für Modifikationen und
Änderungen, die nicht in der Konformitätserklärung
aufgeführt sind, übernimmt der Hersteller keine
Verantwortung.
Sollte der Aufstellort anders als wie üblich aus der
bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung hervorgehen,
muss durch bauliche Maßnahmen eine höhere
Schutzklasse erzielt werden (siehe Kapitel 1.4
Technische Daten).
The machine is intended for the working of textiles
only. The manufacturer shall not assume any
responsibility for modifications and changes which
are not stated in the declaration of conformity.
If the place of installation does not comply with the
intended use, rebuilding measures must be taken to
obtain a higher level of protection (see chapter 1.4
Technical data).
Diese Maschine wurde ausschließlich zum oben
aufgeführten Zweck bestimmt. Eine andere, darüber
hinausgehende Benutzung, ein Umbau oder eine
Nachrüstung der Maschine ohne schriftliche
Absprache mit dem Hersteller, gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus resultierende
Schäden haftet der Hersteller nicht. Das Risiko trägt
allein der Betreiber.
Dies gilt auch für den Einbau und die Einstellung von
Sicherheitseinrichtungen und –ventilen, sowie
Veränderungen an tragenden Teilen der Maschine.
This machine serves the above-mentioned purpose
only. Any other or further use as well as any
rebuilding or retrofitting of the machine without the
written consent of the manufacturer will be
considered as non-compliance with the intended use.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for damages
caused by such use. The user alone bears the risk.
This also applies to the installation and setting-up of
safety equipment and valves as well as to any
changes in the supporting parts of the machine.
Zum bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch gehören auch die
Beachtung der Betriebsanleitung sowie die Einhaltung der von
VEIT vorgeschriebenen Inspektions- und Wartungsintervalle.
The intended use also comprises the observance of operating
instructions and compliance with the inspection and maintenance
intervals prescribed by VEIT..

1.2. Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise / Warnings and Safety Instructions
Das Gerät darf nur mit der Spannung und
Stromart betrieben werden, die auf dem
Typenschild angegeben sind.
Der Netzanschluss muss bauseitig
abgesichert sein. Vorschriften örtlicher
Elektrizitätsgesellschaften sind zu beachten.
Störungen an der elektrischen Anlage
dürfen nur durch Elektrofachkräfte behoben
werden.
Vor Öffnen des Gerätes Netzstecker ziehen.
Im Gefahrenfall das Gerät durch Ziehen des
Netzsteckers oder durch Betätigen des
Netzschalters stillsetzen.
Only use the voltage and type of current
shown on the machine-plate.
The mains supply is the responsibility of the
customer. Take note of the regulations of
the local electric suppliers.
Electrical faults must only be repaired by
authorized personnel.
Disconnect the power supply before
opening the machine.
In an emergency, the machine can be
stopped by pulling out the mains plug or by
operating the mains switch.
Dampfanschluss und Kondensatleitung
müssen mit einem Absperrventil versehen
sein.
Grundsätzlich besteht an diesem Gerät
Verbrennungsgefahr.

stop valve.
