ENGLISH
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the
appliance, and always follow the safety and operating
instructions.
Important : This appliance can be used by children over 8 years
old and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of
the appliance and the risks involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
Never leave the appliance and its cord unsupervised and within
reach of children less than 8 years old or irresponsible persons
when it is plugged into the wall or when it is cooling down.
❑Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on
the appliance.
❑Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
❑From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never
use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of
damage. In that case, repairs should be made by a competent
qualified electrician (*) in order to avoid all danger.
❑Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way
indicated in these instructions.
❑Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for
any reason whatsoever. Never place it into the dishwasher.
❑Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
❑The speed switch has to be in off-position "0" and the
appliance has to be unplugged before cleaning the appliance,
changing the accessories or when not in use.
❑Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
❑Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry
environment.

❑Never use not recommended accessories.
❑Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the
cord cannot get caught in any way.
❑Only use this appliance for cooking purposes.
❑This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a
professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make
temporary stops. Check the section "Important information" in
the instruction manual.
❑It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times, as it comes into direct contact with food. Check the
section "Cleaning" in the instruction manual.
❑Never let children use the appliance, even when they are
supervised.
❑Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly tightened at
the motor block before starting the appliance.
❑Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil stay clear of
the receptacle when the appliance is in use in order to avoid
serious injuries. Never touch the accessories when the
appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the
movement of the accessories in any way whatsoever. Use the
function OFF ("0") of the switch or unplug the appliance.
❑The appliance is designed for the preparation of small
quantities of food that have to be consumed rather quickly. It
is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.
❑The meat grinder must be used only to grind meat. Avoid
grinding pasty foods, e.g. food containing breadcrumbs, as
this could damage the appliance.
❑To push the meat to the worm, always make use of the
pusher only. Never use your fingers or other accessories.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the
producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved
and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all
danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this
electrician.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not intended for professional use. The maximum continuous use time
should not exceed 7 minutes. After that, a break of at least 30 minutes is necessary.
Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor.

OPERATING POSITIONS
Warning! Operate the appliance only when the accessory/tool is attached according to
this table and is in the operating position.

Set up the kneading hook, flat beater and whisk,
according to the recipes you wish to create。
A. The kneading hook is used for heavy dough,
minced meat or other demanding kneading jobs.
B. The flat beater is used to mix lighter types of dough.
C. The whisk is used for whisking cream, egg whites,
etc.

Caution : There is a risk of injury from the rotating tools! While the appliance is operating,
keep fingers clear of the mixing bowl. Do not change tools until the appliance is at a
standstill and has been unplugged. When switched off, the motor spindle continues to run
briefly.

HOW TO USE THE KNEADING HOOK, FLAT BEATER & WHISK
1.
Turn the release button (1) clockwise, while
lifting the swivel arm (12) with one hand so
that it locks into place with a ‚click‘.
2.
Fit the anti-splash lid (6) onto the swivel
arm(12) and turn it slightly clockwise, so that
it locks into position securely.
3.
Place the food into the mixing bowl(10).
Fit the mixing bowl(10) into the housing.
Turn the mixing bowl(10) slightly
clockwise, so it locks into position.
4.
Ensure the splash-guard (6) is well fixed.
Fit the required accessory (7, 8 or 9) onto the
motor spindle (5) on the underside of the
swivel arm(12).
Turn the accessory, so the pins on the
spindle are aligned with the hook inlets on
the accessory top edge. Press the accessory
against the swivel arm and turn it anti-
clockwise at the same time until the pins
engage and the accessory locks into
position securely.
The accessory must not be loose, nor should
you be able to pull it free.

5.
Lower the swivel arm(12) so that it locks into
place with a ‚click‘. The lid must fit tightly
with the mixing bowl(10), otherwise it is fitted
incorrectly. The appliance is now ready for
use.
Plug the power cord into the main power
outlet and switch it ‚ON‘. Turn the speed
control knob to the appropriate speed
setting. Speed button 1 is the slowest and
speed button 6 is the fastest speed. The
indicator light on the control panel will turn
on.
Recommended speeds, time and capacity
are shown in the table above.
If you need to scrape down the sides of the
mixing bowl, wait until the accessory has
stopped completely. Use the spatula, never
your fingers.
6.
Switch off the appliance by turning the knob
to ‚O‘when you have finished mixing.
Switch off the appliance and unplug it
before you change the accessories, take
the appliance apart or when not in use.
Turn the swivel arm release button (1)
clockwise, while lifting the swivel arm with
the other hand so that it locks into place
with a ‚click‘.
7.
Detach the accessory by turning it
clockwise.
Remove the mixing bowl with the prepared
food, turning it anti-clockwise.

HOW TO USE THE MEAT GRINDER
1.
1. Place the appliance on a flat surface,
e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure it
is standing firmly.
2. Ensure that the protective cover (11) is
fitted to the accessory socket (12)
3. Place the blender protective cover (14)
into the swivel arm(13).

1. Fit the scroll(7) into the meat grinder
body(8).
2. Fit the silicon coupling (6) onto the scroll
connection (see illustration).
3. Fit the cutter(5) onto the scroll
connection (see illustration). The sharp
edges of the cutter should point
towards the mincing disk.
4. Fit one of the three mincing disk(2,3,4)
on top of the cutter (see illustration).
Turn the mincing disk so that two
indentations are aligned with the pins
on the meat grinder body. Select the
mincing disk for the required
consistency. You can choose fine,
medium and coarse.
5. Fit the ring nut (1) over the mincing disk
on the meat grinder body (see
illustration). Turn clockwise to lock. The
ring nut must hold the mincing disk
securely in place, but do not over
tighten.

2.2
1. Fit the scroll(7) in the meat grinder
body(8) with the thin metal connection
outwards, and press firmly into place.
2. Fit the meat spreader(34) and the
meatball canister(33) onto the scroll
connection (see illustration). Turn it, so
the two indentations are aligned with
the pins on the meat grinder body.
3. Fit the ring nut(1) over the meatball
canister on the meat grinder body (see
illustration). Turn clockwise to lock. The
ring nut must hold the meatball canister
securely in place, but do not over
tighten.

1. Fit the scroll(7) in the meat grinder
body(8) with the thin metal connection
outwards, and press firmly into place.
2. Fit the dough spreader(36) and the
sausage canister (35) onto the scroll
connection (see illustration). Turn it so
the two indentations are aligned with
the pins on the meat grinder body.
3. Fit the ring nut (1) over the round meat
holder on the meat grinder body (see
illustration). Turn clockwise to lock. The
ring nut must hold the sausage canister
securely in place, but do not over
tighten.

Fit the meat grinder body(8) in the
accessory socket(12) so that the arrow is
aligned with the circle. Turn it to the vertical
position, so the arrow is aligned with the
arrow.

4.
1. Fit the meat tray (9) onto the meat
grinder body(8) so that the wide part is
positioned over the motor house of the
appliance.
2. Place the mixing bowl (26) or similar
under the meat grinder body opening.
3. The appliance is now ready for use.
5.
1. Plug the power cord into the main
power outlet and switch it ON.
2. Turn the speed control knob to speed
1(or any speed setting). The indicator
light on the control panel will now be
on.
3. Cut your meat into smaller pieces, so
they fit into the feeding tube. Dice or
cut into strips approx. 2.5 cm wide.
4. Put the pieces onto the tray(9).
5. Select the desired speed using the four
speed buttons. Recommended speeds
are shown in the table above.
The meat pieces travel down the feeding
tube. Push down carefully with the tamper
(10). Do not press too hard, otherwise you
may damage the appliance.
6.
1. Stop the appliance by turning the knob
to O when you have finished grinding
the meat. Switch off the appliance
using the switch and unplug it before
you change the accessories, take the
appliance apart or when not in use.
2. Remove the pusher and the meat tray.
7.
To detach the meat grinder, turn the body
so the arrow is aligned with the circle and
then remove it.

8.
Fit the protective cover over the accessory
socket again.
Important information
•Always remove bone, gristle, tendons, and rind before grinding the meat.
•Frozen food must be thoroughly defrosted before grinding.
•The meat grinder must only be used to grind meat. Avoid grinding pasty foods, e.g.
food containing breadcrumbs, as this could damage the appliance.
•Never run the meat grinder continuously for more than 7 minutes. Running the meat
grinder continuously for too long without a break may reduce the lifespan of the
appliance. After 7 minutes, take a break and wait at least 30 minutes before using it
again.
HOW TO USE THE BLENDER
1.
1. Place the motor section on a flat
surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and
make sure it is standing firmly.
2. Ensure that the protective cover (11) is
fitted to the accessory socket (12).
3. Remove the blender protective
cover(14) from the swivel arm(see
illustration).

1. Place the food you wish to process into
the jar (31).
2. Put the blender lid (30) onto the jar and
ensure it covers well.
3. Place the middle cap(29) into the hole
in the blender lid.
3.
1. Place the jar assembly in the motor
house, so that the arrow is aligned with
the circle. Turn it clockwise, so the arrow
is aligned with the arrow.
2. Plug the power cord into the main
power outlet and switch on the
appliance.
3. Turn the Speed control knob to speed
1(or any speed setting). The indicator
light on the control panel will now be
illuminated.
4. Select the speed you want using the
four speed buttons. Recommended
speeds are shown in the table above.

1. Stop the appliance by pressing the OFF
button after use. Switch off the
appliance using the switch and unplug
it before you change the accessories,
take the appliance apart or when not
in use.
2. To detach the jar assembly, turn the jar
so the arrow is aligned with the circle
and then remove it.
3. Remove the blender lid. You may now
take out the processed food.
5.
Fit the blender protective cover to the swivel
arm again.

Important information
•To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small portions into
the jar one by one instead of placing a large quantity all at once.
•If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm) first.
•When mixing solid ingredients, start off first with a small amount of liquid. Gradually
add more and more liquid through the opening in the lid.
•Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device.
•For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients we recommend that you use the
blender in pulse mode to prevent the blades from being stuck.
•Operate the motor for a maximum of 1 minute to prevent overheating or
consequent damage.
•It is advisable to wash the appliance before using it for the first time.
•Clean the appliance after each use, thereby avoiding liquid incrustations.
•The switch does not permanently engage in the ‘P’ setting. You have to hold the
switch in the ‘P’ setting
CLEANING
Remove the plug and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
•Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure no water
enters the appliance.
•Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be
added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
•Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they may damage the outside surfaces
of the appliance.
•Take the appliance apart and clean all of the accessories separately.
•Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again.
•After washing and drying, immediately place the accessories into the protective
sleeve for storage.
INFORMATION
Capacity of the bowl : max. 1kg of flour and 600ml water.
Capacity of the blender: max 1.5L.
➔Do not overfill the appliance.
Adding water during the mixing process : ensure it’s 40+/-5 °C.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES
Whisking egg whites
8 egg-white in the mixing bowl with the WHISK at speed 6.
Whisking cream
600g cream with the FLAT BEATER in the mixing bowl at speed 4.
Kneading bread dough
450g bread flour, ½ teaspoon salt, 15 g active yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, app.300ml water
(lukewarm) with the KNEADING HOOK in the mixing bowl for 8 min at speed 2 or 1.
Emulsion
2 eggs, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 250g oil.
Adjust the blender to speed 5 and slowly pour the oil through the MIDDLE CAP. Blend as
long as the mayonnaise emulates.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT –DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on
the rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance
with the directive.
ERP DECLARATION –REGULATION 1275/2008/EC
We, TKG Sprl/Bvba, hereby confirm that our product meets the requirements of regulation
1275/2008/EC. Admittedly, our product does not dispose of a function to minimize the
power consumption, which should according to regulation 1275/2008/EC put the product
in off or standby mode after finishing the main function, but this is practically impossible, as
it would compromise the main function of the product so strongly, that using the product
would no longer be possible!
For this reason we always tell the customer in our instruction manual to unplug the
appliance immediately after use.
The user manual is by simple request also available in electronic format from the after-sales
service (see warranty card).
