For the best fit and finish, use the proper size
bottom tap to prethread the screw holes on hard
plastic parts. Pre threading the holes will help
prevent cross threading and striping the parts.

This spacer properly aligns
the front and rear sprockets.
Make sure the front sprocket
is flush with the spacer and
that the spacer is flush with
the bearing, then tighten
VEN-0265.
Tighten the set screw on the
flat of the main shaft.

VEN-0213 Motor Mount is designed to
accomodate many motor options.
Use a washer when using 2.5mm
screws.
Too Tight Perfect Mesh Too Loose
Proper Gear Mesh
When the gear mesh is set properly,
there should be a small amount of
free movment. If the mesh is too
tight the gears will wear rapidly and
the increased drag will cause a
decrease in performance. If it is too
loose, the gears will strip easily.

down SLOWLY to remove bubbles.
Always wear eye protection to
avoid accidents. Too much oil will
prevent the piston from moving.
Allow some oil to leak out.
A properly built shock will
rebound slowly when
compressed without a spring.
Do not over tighten VEN-0263!
The shock must be free
enough to pivot.
