6. At Device field, you can introduce any name for the DVR, at Vendor please select NVSIP,
Then at Connection type select CloudSSE_port, then introduce the NVSIP ID of the DVR (to
find this ID number please do right click on the main screen of your DVR and select system
setup from the pop up menu then find the system sub menu and please select

7. At the left top of the main screen you will find your created group, please do right click on
the DVR you just added and then click on connect all, all channels of the DVR will be
displayed.
Troubleshooting
The DVR does not turn on and the indicators are not lit.
• Check if the DVR power adapter is properly connected.
• Plug the power adapter to another power outlet, the current outlet may be damaged.
Channels have no video signal.
• Check if the cameras are properly connected.
• Check if the cameras are supplied with power.
• Set the correct video format used in your country (NTSC/PAL).
The remote control is not working
• Make sure nothing is blocking the remote control and the DVR. Aim the remote control at a proper
distance.
• Check the remote-control batteries.
Motion detection function does not work
• Check if the motion detection is enabled, and motion area is marked for the channel
• Check motion detection sensibility and adjust it as your needs
I cannot access the web client
• Check if the network cable is properly connected to the DVR.
• Check if the UPnP function is enabled in router and DVR or if the router does not support UPnP,
then make sure the port forwarding is completed.
• Check if the network settings are properly configured. DHCP recommended.
