there are any defective components and
keep it out of use until you have replaced

as the saddle height, ensure this is done

Assembly Instructions
Attention: Please follow these assembly instructions step by
step to assemble this bike:
Step One.
01 Assemble the front stabiliser (F) and
rear stabiliser (G) onto the main frame
(D) by using the square neck bolt
(N-1), the curved washer (N-4), the spring
washer (N-3), and the cup nut (N-2)
02 Adjust the leg leveller height by turning
the wheel on the rear foot cap

Step Two.
01 Fix the seat (U) onto seat post (V)
02 Insert the seat post (V) into the main

01 Connect the upper computer cable
(C-3) to the lower computer (D-7), then
insert the handlebar post (C) into the
main frame
02 Assemble the pedal axle cover (N-16)
onto the pedal axle
03 Fix the pedal axle onto main frame
using bolt (N-17)

01 Connect the movable handlebar
support (E) to the handlebar support
washer (N-3) and the waved washer (N-4)
02 Attach the moving handlebar (E) to
the front post (C) through the swing
axle (S) by using the waved washer
(N-13), the spring washer (N-3) and the
bolt cover (N-11)

01 Fix the pedal (H) onto the pedal sup-
port tube (P) using the bolt (N-9), the
(Fig A)
02 Cap the bolt cover (N-14) and (N-15)
03 Insert the handlebar post into the
support of the main frame by using
the bolt (N-5), the spring washer (N-3),
the curved washer (N-4) and the coned
washer (N-6) (Fig B)

02 Plug the power cord (R) into a suitable mains socket and insert the 9V cable into the
hole in the frame at the rear of the bike

UP To adjust data values upward or increase resistance.
DOWN To adjust data values downward or decrease resistance.
MODE To set function value for TIME, DIST, CAL, PULSE in sleep mode
START/STOP To start or stop workout.
RESET To return to the main menu when in STOP mode and clear all pre-
set values to zero.
RECOVERY
status. After exercising for a period of time, keep holding the
handgrips and press the “RECOVERY” button. All function displays
will stop except “TIME” which will start counting down from 00:60
to 00:00. The screen will display your heart rate recovery status
with the F1, F2... to F6. A recovery status of F1 indicates excellent
results. F2 is the next best result, descending to F6 which is the
poorest result. Continue your exercise program to improve your
heart rate recovery status. (Press the RECOVERY button again to
return to the main display.)
BODY FAT Press to start body fat measurement.

TIME
Count up – with no pre-set target: Time will count up from 00:00
to a maximum of 99:59.
Count down - If training with a pre-set target time: Time will
count down from your pre-set level to 00:00. Target time can be
set in increments of 1 minute from 01:00 to 99:00.
SPEED Displays the current training speed. Maximum speed is 99.9 KM/H
or ML/H.
RPM Displays the Rotation Per Minute. Display range is 0~15~999
DISTANCE
Shows your total distance from 00:00 up to 99.99 KM or ML.
The user may preset a target distance by pressing the UP/DOWN
button. Each increment is 0.1KM or ML.
CALORIES
Shows your calorie consumption during training from 0 to a
maximum of 9999 calories.

PULSE
User may set up a target pulse from 0-30 to 230. The computer
buzzer will beep when actual heart rate is over the target value
during the workout.
WATTS Displays current workout watts. Display range is 0~999.

Operation
Personalising the Units
01 Connect the power supply and the LCD will power on, showing the full screen display
for 2 seconds with a long beep sound (FIGURE 1). The display wheel diameter
(FIGURE 2) will show and then it will enter calendar setting mode.
The display can show units in imperial or metric, with distance in kilometres and
temperature in Celsius or in miles and Fahrenheit. There is a button on the back of the
setting using the switch, and then turn the power back on.
02 Press MODE and use the UP/DOWN buttons to set the year / month / day / clock (FIGURE 3).

01 In MANUAL mode, press the UP and DOWN buttons to select the load level from 1 to
16. The pre-set level is 1. (FIGURE 13).

The amount of power you produce whilst you train can be measured in Watts. The higher

seconds, you will see the BODY FAT result in percent and BMI. After BODY FAT testing,
press the BODY FAT button to reset the computer back to the previous mode.
