operate your scooter safely and correctly. Failure to follow these instructions or misuse of the
scooter could result in severe consequences including death, serious injury to yourself or others
and/or damage to the product. Failure to follow these instructions will also void warranty.
It is recommended that when you start your rst VICI experience you have someone with you to
supervise.
Following these instructions will maximise your VICI Scooter’s lifespan and create a great riding
experience.

you to ride a scooter. It is advised that pregnant women do not ride a scooter.
• If you have poor balance do not ride a scooter.
• Do not carry passengers or perform stunts.
• Do not loan your scooter to others.

• Do not hang bags or other objects on the handlebars.
• Always check the entire scooter before every use to ensure it is safe to ride. Assess
all parts including (but not limited to): Tyres, Brakes, Lights, Controls, Handlebar
Folding Mechanism and Handlebar Grips. Pay extra attention to wear and tear parts
that will need replacing over time.
• Do not drive scooter if any parts develop a fault, are damaged or need replacing.
If replacement parts, battery or charger are necessary always use genuine VICI parts
purchased from Net World Sports.
• Do not modify your VICI scooter as this will void your warranty.
• Donotexceedthemaximumweightlimitofthescooter(seeSpecicationspagefor
maximum weight).
• Avoid riding scooter in mud or bad weather such as rain, snow or high winds.
• Do not ride in thunderstorms.
• Scooter can only be operated in temperatures between 14°F - 104°F (-10°C - 40°C).
• We do not recommend operating scooter in temperatures below 32°F (0°C). The
riding surface will be icy/slippery/hazardous, and it is not good for long term battery
health.
• Keepscooterandchargerawayfromreandheatingappliances.
• Do not submerge scooter base under water.
• Always switch scooter off when not in use.

ASSEMBLY
1.Fix the stem tube and open the kickstand 2.Install the handlebar into the stem tube.
3.Use the hexagon wrench in the box to
tighten the screws on both sides and the
back of the handlebars.
Tips: When installing the screws, please install all
the 6 screws on 1/2 of the pole, and then tighten them
separately to prevent the front part from warping.
4.After the installation is complete,
detect by switching on and off.

DASHBOARD OPERATION
1. Power Switch: S1-C(without NFC): Long press to power on; S1-C Pro(with NFC):
short press to power on, then the scooter information will be displayed on the
dashboard. Drive after unlocking the scooter by using NFC card, otherwise you
cannot drive the scooter. Long press to power off.
2. Mode Selection: 3 driving modes are available, which respectively are ECO mode
(enegry-saving), D mode (Standard), and S mode (Sports). Single click to switch
the mode.
3. Speedometer: Indicates the current speed. Also displays error codes when faults
are detected.
4. LED Lighting: Double-click to turn on.
5. Bluetooth: A solid Bluetooth icon indicates that the vehicle is connected to a mobile
device. You can view the vehicle status after connecting to the APP via Bluetooth.
6. NFC (optional function): When the NFC card is close to the display panel, the NFC
logo on the panel will light up, and the buzzer will beep to indicate successful
unlocking.
7. Over-temperature Display: If the internal temperature of the controller and motor
is too high during the operation of the vehicle, the panel will promptly display an
over-temperature alarm.
8. Failure Alarm: When the controller fails, the alarm symbol will light up to warn.
9. Left and right turn signals: the left turn signal lights up when turning left, and so is
the right side.*All S1-C Pro models
10. Power display: when the power is more than 85%, the display is full, and it will
gradually go out as the power drops.

• Beforerstuse(brandnew),scooterwillrequireafullchargeto100%.
• Before charging please ensure that the scooter is turned off. Never charge scooter with scooter
power on.
• Only use VICI battery charger provided.
• VICI chargers are supplied with a UK plug adaptors. Please ensure correct VICI plug adaptor is
usedforthecountry’spowersupplysocketyouareusing.Forexample,UKVICIplugadaptor
goes into UK power socket.
• Do not use travel adaptors plugs.
• Keepscooterandchargerawayfromreandheatingappliances.
• Charge scooter in a clean, cool and dry area indoors.
• Only charge scooter in temperatures between 41°F - 113°F (5°C - 45 °C). For optimum
performance charge in temperatures between 68°F - 77°F (20°C - 25 °C).
• Do not leave scooter unattended while charging.
• Do not overcharge scooter battery. When charge is complete the light will turn green on the
charger.Chargingtimeisonthespecicationofthismanual.
• If riding regularly, always fully charge scooter to 100% after every use. Best practice is to recharge
between 30 minutes – 1 hour after riding scooter.
• If you plan to store scooter away and not use for a prolonged amount of time, then we
recommend keeping battery level at around 40-50% (not 100%). You also need to charge battery
once a month to prevent irreversible battery damage.
• Avoid running scooter down to 0% battery charge, we advise 10% as the recharge point.
• If charger is not working, please contact our Customer Service team for help (details on Contact
Us page).
Before charging your scooter, it is essential to follow the below safety instructions and correct
usage guidelines.
Failure to follow the safety guidelines could result in severe consequences including death,
serious injury to yourself or others and/or damage to the product. Failure to follow these
instructions will also void warranty.
Following the correct usage advice will also ensure good long-lasting battery health and
performance.

• Do not use charger if damaged or faulty. Replacement VICI chargers can be purchased from Net
World Sports.
• Make sure battery charging jack on scooter is always covered by the rubber cap when riding. The
rubber cap prevents water, dirt and other debris getting into jack. Water getting into the jack may
short circuit scooter and will invalidate warranty.
• If charger jack becomes wet in error, you must instantly turn scooter power off (if safe) and leave
to naturally dry out 100% before charging/using scooter.
• If charging jack contains dirt and debris in error, carefully clean this with a small plastic brush that
is100%dry.Makesurebrushmaterialsdonotconductelectricity.Thisisdoneattheuser’sown
risk.
• Warranty on battery is 1 year if correctly used and maintained. Battery warranty is void for
incorrect use and poor maintenance. Replacement VICI batteries can be purchased from Net
World Sports. Only use genuine VICI batteries. For battery disposal see End Of Life Disposal
page.
Follow these steps to correctly and safely charge your VICI E-Scooter:
1. Make sure scooter and nominated mains power supply socket is turned off.
2. Connect correct plug adaptor into VICI charger. We supply 2 plug adaptors (UK and Euro)
3. Plug VICI charger into mains power supply socket and charging jack of scooter.
4. Turn mains power supply socket on to start charging.
5. When turned on the charger light will come on. The light will turn red to indicate battery is now
charging.
6. When light goes green the battery charge is complete at 100%. The correct charging times can be
foundontheSpecicationpage.

Charging issues and resolutions:
• Battery Light Does Not Light Up:
Is main power supply on and correctly working?
Are the plug, adaptor and charging jack all correctly plugged in and secure?
Is there any debris in the charging jack blocking the power supply (make sure power is off
when checking this)?
If the above 3 points are not the cause of issue, then there could be a fault with the
battery or charging adaptor, please contact our Customer Service team for further advice.
• Battery Light Stays Green But Scooter Is Not Charged
Isthechargeadaptorcorrectlysetupandttedintochargingjacksecurely?
Is there any debris in the charging jack blocking the power supply (make sure power is off
when checking this)?
If the above 2 points are not the cause of issue, then there could be a fault with the
battery or charging jack, please contact our Customer Service team for further advice.

• Always check the entire scooter and test main parts before every use to ensure it is safe to
ride; assess all parts including (but not limited to): Tyres, Brakes, Lights, Controls, Handlebar
Folding Mechanism and Handlebar Grips. Pay extra attention to wear and tear parts that will need
replacing over time.
• Always check tyre pressures are correct and add air via a pump (not included) when needed.

wishtoaddsuitablepuncturepreventionuid(soldatmostbikestoresoronline)insidetyres.
• Do not drive scooter if any parts develop a fault, are damaged or need replacing. If replacement
parts,batteryorchargerarerequiredalwayspurchasegenuineVICIscooterpartsfromNetWorld
Sports.
• Always clean your scooter with a soft damp non-abrasive cloth, do not use a water hose or any
types of spray to wash your scooter and do no immerse scooter in water. Water can short circuit
the scooter which will void your warranty. When cleaning double check that charging jack is
covered by the rubber cap to prevent electric shock.
• Donotusealcohol,petrol,keroseneorothercorrosive/ammablesolutionstocleanyourscooter.
• When not in use store your scooter in a clean, cool and dry area. Also avoid areas prone to long
periods of sunlight exposure.
• Storage temperature must be between -4°F - 113°F (-20°C - 45°C). For best long battery health,
we advise optimum storage temperature of 59°F - 77°F (15°C - 25°C).
• Keepscooterandchargerawayfromreandheatingappliances.

Before riding:
• Make sure you have read the E-Scooter Manual and fully understand the scooter controls/
functions.
• Wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear/clothing/shoes.
• Identify a safe and legal area/route to ride your scooter and make sure weather condition are
suitable.
• Inspect all parts of scooter before use to ensure it is safe to ride. Do not ride scooter if any parts
are faulty or damaged.
• Alwaysbeawareofunevensurfaces,potholes,pedestrians,trafcorotherobstacleswhenriding
a scooter.
• Make sure scooter and handles are securely folded out ready for riding.
Riding your scooter:
1. Turn on your scooter and select the lowest/slowest speed setting. Do not start in medium or fast
speed mode as scooter wheel will skid starting off in either of these faster settings.
2. Turn on lights if visibility is low.
3. Place yourself to kickstand side of scooter, grab both handles and release kickstand with your
foot.
4. Place one foot onto the scooter deck ensuring you are well balanced. Gently push off with the
other foot, pressing the accelerator for a smooth start and once there is enough speed for balance
and control place foot on scooter deck. This scooter has very powerful acceleration so take extra
care when applying more speed, it is essential to slowly build up speed.
5. Toslow/stopthescooter,squeezetheFrontandRearBrakeLeversatthesametimeto
simultaneously slow both the front and back wheels. If you slow down to a full stop, be prepared
to safely apply one foot to ground at about 1-2kph to avoid falling off.
6. Whenyouhavenishedriding,applythekickstandandturnthescooterpoweroff.Makesureyou
store the scooter inside and charge to full. Although not essential, best practice is to charge
between 30 minutes - 1 hour after riding if this is feasible.

Riding advice:
• The VICI Off Road E-Scooter is for advanced riders with plenty of driving experience; it is not
suitableforbeginnersorriderswholackridingcondence.
• Makesureyouhaveplentyofpractice/trainingandarecondentbeforeridingthisscooterforthe
rsttime.
• Always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet on the foot deck of scooter when riding.
• This scooter has very powerful acceleration and high speeds compared to standard models.
Always start off in slowest speed setting and gradually build up speed gently if safe to do so.
• Try to always gradually apply the brakes. Be aware that full emergency braking may cause
skidding or loss of balance. Always try to apply both front and rear brakes at the same time to
avoid skidding.
• Do not turn sharply on your scooter, especially at speed.
• Avoid accelerating fast down hills and when turning.
• Be aware of braking distances; faster speeds and slippery riding surfaces will increase braking
distances.
• Before a long ride we strongly recommend testing braking distances in a safe riding area with no
trafc,peopleorobstacles.
• Alwaysbeawareofunevensurfaces,potholes,pedestrians,trafcorotherobstacleswhenriding
a scooter.
• Always pay attention to the environment you are in and be aware of other people, places, property
and objects. Do not ride your scooter in crowded places. Respect pedestrians and particularly
children and pass with caution.
• Do not ride your scooter in poorly lit areas.
• Avoid riding scooter in mud or bad weather such as rain, snow or high winds. Do not ride in
thunderstorms.
• Do not submerge scooter base in water.
• If you encounter rough and bumpy riding surfaces along your journey, slightly bend your knees to
adapt and lower your riding speed.
• Prolonged vibrations and hard impacts can be damaging to human joints, if journey becomes too
rough and bumpy to ride then stop riding. Do not ride scooter down steps or off drops.

Beginners:
1 Power on the scooter and check the
indicator lamp power level. Charge the
scooter if the battery level is low.
When you are learning,please wear helmets
and protective gear during your rides.
2 After turning on and unlocking the scooter ,
stand on the footrest with one foot and push
off with your other foot to start gliding.
3 Put your other foot on the footrest to keep both feet
stable. Press the throttle on right hand to speed up
when you are balanced.Note, for your safety
, the motor
will not engage until the scooter reachs 5km/h
4 Slow down by releasing the throttle, hold the brake
lever in order to make a brake, please note that the rear
fender is not a mechanical braking and do not stamp
it with foot while riding.
5 To turn, shift your body weight and turn the
handle slightly.
3 Put your other foot on the footrest to keep both feet
stable. Press the throttle on right hand to speed up
when you are balanced. Note, for your safety, the motor
will not engage until the scooter reaches 5km/h
When you are learning, please wear helmets and
protective gear during your rides.

Do not Recommend Using
when Raining or Freezing
DO NOT ride over speed bumps, thresholds, or other
bumps at HIGH SPEED.
Watch your head when passing
through doorways. Watch your speed when traveling downhill.
DO NOT press the throttle when walking
with the scooter.
DO NOT carry heavy objects on the
handlebar.
DO NOT ride the scooter with
only one foot.
Avoid contacting obstacles with the
tire/wheel.

DO NOT ride on public roads,
motorways, or highways.
DO NOT ride the scooter in the rain
or on the road with water in excess
of 2cm depth.
The scooter is for one rider only.
Do not ride double or carry any
passengers. Do not carry a child.
DO NOT rotate the handle
violently while driving at high speed.

Warranty will be voided for the following reasons:
• Failure to provide proof of purchase.
• Damage or fault cause by not following the instructions set out in this manual.
• Damage or fault caused as a result of an accident, erratic riding or improper use.

• Impact damage where the scooter has been dropped or has struck an object.

Please note the mobile APP and connection is excluded from warranty. We cannot guarantee pairing
between your mobile device and scooter.
Do not ride you scooter if it becomes damaged or develops a fault.
Replacement parts for your VICI Scooter can be purchased from Net World Sports Ltd to get your scooter
back up and riding again safely.
