Read these instructions carefully before rst-time set up and use. Only then will you be able to
operate your scooter safely and correctly. Failure to follow these instructions or misuse of the
scooter could result in severe consequences including death, serious injury to yourself or others
and/or damage to the product. Failure to follow these instructions will also void warranty.
It is recommended that when you start your rst VICI experience you have someone with you to
supervise.
Following these instructions will maximise your VICI Scooter’s lifespan and create a great riding
experience.
Disclaimer: E-Scooters are used at the user’s own risk, please drive safely and always comply
to country, local, state and federal laws. The user assumes all liability and risk associated with
the use of electric scooter products and holds Net World Sports Ltd and its owners free from any
liability caused by their use.
• For adult use only.
• Always comply to country, local, state and federal laws when using scooter.
• Fully read and understand this E-Scooter Manual before setting up, driving and charging scooter
 forthersttime.
• Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear.
• Wearat,closedtoeshoesandclose-ttingclotheswhichwillnotapaboutorgetcaughtinthe
wheels of the scooter.
• Make sure you have appropriate training, insurance and fully understand controls before use.
• Do not ride the scooter if you have consumed drugs or alcohol.
• Do not use a mobile phone when operating scooter.
• If you have a medical condition or previous injury, please check with your doctor that it is safe for
you to ride a scooter. It is advised that pregnant women do not ride a scooter.
• If you have poor balance do not ride a scooter.
• Do not carry passengers or perform stunts.
• Do not loan your scooter to others.

• Do not hang bags or other objects on the handlebars.
• Always check the entire scooter before every use to ensure it is safe to ride. Assess
all parts including (but not limited to): Tyres, Brakes, Lights, Controls, Handlebar
Folding Mechanism and Handlebar Grips. Pay extra attention to wear and tear parts
that will need replacing over time.
• Do not drive scooter if any parts develop a fault, are damaged or need replacing.
If replacement parts, battery or charger are necessary always use genuine VICI parts
purchased from Net World Sports.
• Do not modify your VICI scooter as this will void your warranty.
• Donotexceedthemaximumweightlimitofthescooter(seeSpecicationspagefor
maximum weight).
• Avoid riding scooter in mud or bad weather such as rain, snow or high winds.
• Do not ride in thunderstorms.
• Scooter can only be operated in temperatures between 14°F - 104°F (-10°C - 40°C).
• We do not recommend operating scooter in temperatures below 32°F (0°C). The
riding surface will be icy/slippery/hazardous, and it is not good for long term battery
health.
• Keepscooterandchargerawayfromreandheatingappliances.
• Do not submerge scooter base under water.
• Always switch scooter off when not in use.

ASSEMBLY
1.Fix the stem tube and open the kickstand 2.Install the handlebar into the stem tube.
3.Use the hexagon wrench in the box to
tighten the screws on both sides and the
back of the handlebars.
Tips: When installing the screws, please install all
the 6 screws on 1/2 of the pole, and then tighten them
separately to prevent the front part from warping.
4.After the installation is complete,
detect by switching on and off.

DASHBOARD OPERATION
1. Power Switch: S1-C(without NFC): Long press to power on; S1-C Pro(with NFC):
short press to power on, then the scooter information will be displayed on the
dashboard. Drive after unlocking the scooter by using NFC card, otherwise you
cannot drive the scooter. Long press to power off.
2. Mode Selection: 3 driving modes are available, which respectively are ECO mode
(enegry-saving), D mode (Standard), and S mode (Sports). Single click to switch
the mode.
3. Speedometer: Indicates the current speed. Also displays error codes when faults
are detected.
4. LED Lighting: Double-click to turn on.
5. Bluetooth: A solid Bluetooth icon indicates that the vehicle is connected to a mobile
device. You can view the vehicle status after connecting to the APP via Bluetooth.
6. NFC (optional function): When the NFC card is close to the display panel, the NFC
logo on the panel will light up, and the buzzer will beep to indicate successful
unlocking.
7. Over-temperature Display: If the internal temperature of the controller and motor
is too high during the operation of the vehicle, the panel will promptly display an
over-temperature alarm.
8. Failure Alarm: When the controller fails, the alarm symbol will light up to warn.
9. Left and right turn signals: the left turn signal lights up when turning left, and so is
the right side.*All S1-C Pro models
10. Power display: when the power is more than 85%, the display is full, and it will
gradually go out as the power drops.

• Beforerstuse(brandnew),scooterwillrequireafullchargeto100%.
• Before charging please ensure that the scooter is turned off. Never charge scooter with scooter
power on.
• Only use VICI battery charger provided.
• VICI chargers are supplied with a UK plug adaptors. Please ensure correct VICI plug adaptor is
 usedforthecountry’spowersupplysocketyouareusing.Forexample,UKVICIplugadaptor
goes into UK power socket.
• Do not use travel adaptors plugs.
• Keepscooterandchargerawayfromreandheatingappliances.
• Charge scooter in a clean, cool and dry area indoors.
• Only charge scooter in temperatures between 41°F - 113°F (5°C - 45 °C). For optimum
performance charge in temperatures between 68°F - 77°F (20°C - 25 °C).
• Do not leave scooter unattended while charging.
• Do not overcharge scooter battery. When charge is complete the light will turn green on the
 charger.Chargingtimeisonthespecicationofthismanual.
• If riding regularly, always fully charge scooter to 100% after every use. Best practice is to recharge
between 30 minutes – 1 hour after riding scooter.
• If you plan to store scooter away and not use for a prolonged amount of time, then we
recommend keeping battery level at around 40-50% (not 100%). You also need to charge battery
once a month to prevent irreversible battery damage.
• Avoid running scooter down to 0% battery charge, we advise 10% as the recharge point.

Before charging your scooter, it is essential to follow the below safety instructions and correct
usage guidelines.
Failure to follow the safety guidelines could result in severe consequences including death,
serious injury to yourself or others and/or damage to the product. Failure to follow these
instructions will also void warranty.
Following the correct usage advice will also ensure good long-lasting battery health and
performance.

• Do not use charger if damaged or faulty. Replacement VICI chargers can be purchased from Net
World Sports.
• Make sure battery charging jack on scooter is always covered by the rubber cap when riding. The
rubber cap prevents water, dirt and other debris getting into jack. Water getting into the jack may
short circuit scooter and will invalidate warranty.
• If charger jack becomes wet in error, you must instantly turn scooter power off (if safe) and leave
to naturally dry out 100% before charging/using scooter.
• If charging jack contains dirt and debris in error, carefully clean this with a small plastic brush that
 is100%dry.Makesurebrushmaterialsdonotconductelectricity.Thisisdoneattheuser’sown
risk.
• Warranty on battery is 1 year if correctly used and maintained. Battery warranty is void for
incorrect use and poor maintenance. Replacement VICI batteries can be purchased from Net
World Sports. Only use genuine VICI batteries. For battery disposal see End Of Life Disposal
page.
Follow these steps to correctly and safely charge your VICI E-Scooter:
1. Make sure scooter and nominated mains power supply socket is turned off.
2. Connect correct plug adaptor into VICI charger. We supply 2 plug adaptors (UK and Euro)
3. Plug VICI charger into mains power supply socket and charging jack of scooter.
4. Turn mains power supply socket on to start charging.
5. When turned on the charger light will come on. The light will turn red to indicate battery is now
charging.
6. When light goes green the battery charge is complete at 100%. The correct charging times can be
 foundontheSpecicationpage.

Charging issues and resolutions:
• Battery Light Does Not Light Up:
Is main power supply on and correctly working?
Are the plug, adaptor and charging jack all correctly plugged in and secure?
Is there any debris in the charging jack blocking the power supply (make sure power is off
when checking this)?
If the above 3 points are not the cause of issue, then there could be a fault with the
battery or charging adaptor, please contact our Customer Service team for further advice.
• Battery Light Stays Green But Scooter Is Not Charged
  Isthechargeadaptorcorrectlysetupandttedintochargingjacksecurely?
Is there any debris in the charging jack blocking the power supply (make sure power is off
when checking this)?
If the above 2 points are not the cause of issue, then there could be a fault with the
battery or charging jack, please contact our Customer Service team for further advice.

The charger indicator shows red for charging status and
green for fully charged status.
