IT AVVERTENZE E SICUREZZE
Il costruttore ha ragionevolmente previsto ogni sicurezza possibile
onde garantire l’incolumità degli utilizzatori, ma le svariate condizioni
di installazione e/o movimentazione possono creare situazioni incon-
trollabili o non prevedibili; per cui è necessario valutare sempre even-
tuali rischi residui e tenere in considerazione i seguenti suggerimenti.
In caso di limitazioni d’uso della macchina da parte del Costruttore, a
meno di quanto descritto, questo sarà chiaramente indicato nel pre-
sente libretto di istruzioni.
• Porre attenzione nella movimentazione della macchina, perché sus-
sistono rischi di caduta.
• Gli elementi di imballo (cartone, cellophane, punti metallici, polisti-
rolo, ecc..) possono tagliare, ferire o divenire pericolosi se non ma-
neggiati con cura o usati impropriamente; non lasciare alla portata
di bambini o persone non responsabili.
• Questo simbolo sul prodotto o sulla confezione indica che
il prodotto non deve essere considerato come un norma-
le rifiuto domestico ma deve invece essere consegnato ad
un punto di raccolta appropriata per il riciclo di apparecchi
elettrici ed elettronici. Assicurandovi che questo prodot-
to sia smaltito correttamente, voi contribuirete a preveni-
re potenziali conseguenze negative per l’ambiente e per la salute
che potrebbero altrimenti essere causate dal suo smaltimento ina-
deguato. Il riciclaggio dei materiali aiuta a conservare le risorse na-
turali. Per informazioni più dettagliate circa il riciclaggio di questo

• Il cavo di alimentazione di questo apparecchio non deve essere so-
stituito dall’utente. In caso di danneggiamento, spegnere l’apparec-
chio e per la sua sostituzione rivolgersi esclusivamente a personale
professionalmente qualificato.
• Allorché si decida di non utilizzare più un apparecchio di questo tipo
si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante, dopo aver staccato la spina
dalla presa di corrente, tagliare il cavo di alimentazione.
• Qualunque anomalia o difetto va tempestivamente segnalato al
personale autorizzato e qualificato per effettuare l’installazione e la
manutenzione.

• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa siano
rispondenti a quelli della rete di distribuzione elettrica.
• In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina dell’apparecchio fare
sostituire la presa con altra di tipo adatto da personale professional-
mente qualificato.
• Quest’ultimo, in particolare, dovrà anche accertare che la sezione dei
cavi della presa sia idonea alla potenza assorbita dall’apparecchio.
• È sconsigliabile l’uso di adattatori prese multiple e/o prolunghe.
• È obbligatorio il collegamento di messa a terra, nonché la risponden-
za dell’impianto con le normative vigenti nel paese di installazione.
• L’installazione della macchina deve essere effettuata esclusivamen-
te da personale autorizzato e qualificato.
• Verificare l’integrità dei componenti e, qualora si verifichino difetti o
anomalie, sospendere l’installazione e chiederne la sostituzione.
• Non ostruire mai le griglie dei ventilatori.
• Non inserire mai oggetti all’interno delle griglie dei ventilatori.
ATTENZIONE
Non toccare la resistenza o il portamacine superiore durante
il funzionamento della macchina, in quanto possono raggiun-
gere temperature elevate.
CAMPO D’IMPIEGO E USO PREVISTO
• La macchina è concepita per un uso commerciale e professiona-
le, da personale specializzato, in luoghi come cucine dei ristoranti,
mense, ospedali o esercizi commerciali come panetterie, macellerie,
ecc., ma non per la produzione di massa continuativa di cibo.
ATTENZIONE
Nel caso di installazione in cucine collegare il conduttore
equipotenziale al morsetto presente sulla macchina indicato
dal simbolo .
• La macchina dovrà essere destinato al solo uso per il quale è espres-
samente concepito, e cioè macinazione di caffè in grani tostato, ogni
altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso.
• Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali
danni derivanti da usi impropri, erronei ed irragionevoli.
• L’apparecchio non può essere utilizzato in condizioni ambientali
estreme e comunque non al di fuori dell’intervallo di temperature
(5° C ÷ 30° C).
• L’utilizzatore deve attenersi alle norme di sicurezza vigenti nel pae-
se d’installazione, oltre alle regole dettate dal comune buonsenso e

assicurarsi che vengano effettuate correttamente le periodiche ope-
razioni di manutenzione.
• L’installatore, l’utilizzatore o il manutentore hanno l’obbligo di se-
gnalare al costruttore eventuali difetti o deterioramenti che possano
compromettere l’originale sicurezza dell’impianto.
• L’installatore ha l’obbligo di verificare le corrette condizioni ambien-
tali, in modo che garantiscano la sicurezza e l’igiene degli operatori
e degli utenti.
• La responsabilità del personale autorizzato all’uso della macchina è
esclusivamente del Cliente finale. Non può essere ritenuto respon-
sabile il Costruttore per un uso improprio della macchina.
• L’apparecchio è utilizzabile quotidianamente con servizio intermit-
tente, con un periodo massimo di lavoro di 30 secondi al quale deve
seguire un periodo di riposo minimo di 180 secondi.
• I componenti della macchina sono stati progettati e realizzati per
una durata di almeno 1000 ore di funzionamento. Tale durata è con-
dizionata da una opportuna pulizia e manutenzione.
AVVERTENZE FONDAMENTALI
• Non toccare l’apparecchio con mani umide o bagnate.
• Non usare l’apparecchio a piedi nudi.
• Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per stacca-
re la spina dalla presa.
• Non esporre la macchina agli agenti atmosferici (sole, pioggia, ecc..).
• Durante l’utilizzo posizionare l’apparecchio su di un piano orizzonta-
le, stabile ed in grado di sopportare il peso della macchina.
• Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di manuten-
zione, disinserire l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione elettrica
staccando la spina.
• Per la pulizia della macchina non utilizzare getti d’acqua o vapore.
• In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento dell’apparecchio, spe-
gnerlo e non manometterlo.
• Per l’eventuale riparazione rivolgersi solamente ad un centro di assi-
stenza tecnica autorizzato e richiedere l’utilizzo di ricambi originali.
• Il mancato rispetto di quanto sopra può compromettere la sicurezza
dell’apparecchio.
• Non lasciare l’apparecchio inutilmente inserito. Staccare la spina
della rete di alimentazione quando l’apparecchio non è utilizzato.
• Non ostruire le aperture o fessure di ventilazione o di smaltimento
calore né tanto meno introdurvi acqua o liquidi di alcun genere.
• In caso di danneggiamento del cavo, far provvedere tempestiva-
mente alla sua sostituzione presso il rivenditore autorizzato in modo
da evitare pericoli.

• Mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione non introdurre mai nel beccuc-
cio 6o nel contenitore del caffè in grani 2cucchiai, forchette o altri
utensili per effettuare prelievi o interventi.
• Per estrarre eventuali otturazioni dal beccuccio erogatore, spegnere
sempre prima l’apparecchio.
• Non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o altri liquidi.
• Per spostare o movimentare la macchina non prenderla mai dal
contenitore caffè in grani.
• Nel caso un corpo estraneo blocchi il motore, spegnere immedia-
tamente la macchina e contattare un centro assistenza autorizzato.
• Durante il funzionamento della macchina, il portamacine superiore
più raggiungere temperature elevate; non toccare per nessun moti-
vo questa parte durante il funzionamento.
ATTENZIONE
Se il termico di protezione motore entra in funzione non ten-
tare alcuna manovra, ma staccare la macchina dalla rete di
alimentazione e accertarsi prima di riavviare la macchina che
ogni anomalia sia stata risolta.
IMPORTANZA DEL MANUALE
Il manuale è destinato all’utilizzatore e/o manutentore della macchina
ed è considerato parte integrante della stessa.
II presente manuale ha la funzione di fornire informazioni per uso cor-
retto della macchina ed un’appropriata manutenzione, nonché di tu-
telare la sicurezza dell’operatore.
II manuale deve essere conservato per tutta la vita della macchina e
deve essere passato a qualsiasi altro utente o successivo proprietario.
Le indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale non sostituiscono le di-
sposizioni di sicurezza ed i dati tecnici per l’installazione ed il funzio-
namento applicati direttamente sulla macchina e sugli imballi.
II presente manuale rispecchia lo stato della tecnica al momento at-
tuale e non potrà essere considerato inadeguato solo perché succes-
sivamente aggiornato in base a nuove esperienze.
Le immagini riportate nel presente manuale sono puramente indica-
tive.
II costruttore si riserva altresì il diritto di modificare il manuale senza
l’obbligo di aggiornare le edizioni precedenti, salvo casi eccezionali.
Un uso improprio della macchina o difforme da quanto descritto nel
presente manuale preclude ogni condizione di garanzia o responsa-
bilità del costruttore; l’utilizzo deve essere effettuato da parte di una
persona adulta e responsabile.
È necessario conservare con cura il presente manuale, poiché il co-
struttore non risponde di danni arrecati a persone o cose, o subiti dalla

o nel caso non vengano rispettate le prescrizioni di manutenzione e

CONSERVAZIONE DEL MANUALE
II presente manuale deve essere sempre a disposizione dell’utilizza-
tore e/o manutentore, il quale deve essere informato sull’uso corretto
della macchina e su eventuali rischi residui. Deve essere conservato in
luogo asciutto, pulito e protetto dal calore.
Impiegare il manuale in modo tale da non danneggiarne tutto o in
parte il contenuto.
Non asportare, strappare o riscrivere per alcun motivo parti del ma-
nuale.
In caso di smarrimento del manuale o di richiesta di ulteriori informa-
zioni, contattare il rivenditore di zona oppure il costruttore.
EN PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY FEATURES
Machine design has taken into account all reasonable user safety
precautions; nevertheless, particular conditions of installation and/
or handling may create unforeseen situations beyond the installer’s
control which will require case-by-case evaluation of residual risks. We
recommend keeping the following in mind.
If the manufacturer restricts the use of the machine, except as de-
scribed, this will be clearly indicated in this instruction manual.
• Always handle the machine with care to avoid the danger of its falling.
• The packing materials (carton, cellophane, staples, polystyrene, etc..)
can cut, wound or create hazards if used improperly or handled care-
lessly. Store such materials out of reach of children and irresponsible
persons.
• This symbol on the appliance or package means that the
appliance must not be considered as normal household re-
fuse but that it must instead be delivered to an appropriate
collection centre for the recycling of electric and electron-
ic appliances. Make sure that this appliance is disposed of
correctly and you too will be making your contribution to
the prevention of negative effects on health and the environment,
which could otherwise be caused by inadequate disposal. Recycling
materials helps to preserve our natural resources. For more informa-
tion about how to recycle this product, you can contact your local

council office, local refuse disposal service or the retailer from whom
you purchased the appliance.
• Before carrying out any installation or adjustment process, be
sure to have read and thoroughly understood the warnings in this
manual.
• The company cannot be held liable for any damage to people or
property resulting from failure to respect the instructions concern-
ing safety, installation and maintenance contained in this manual.
• The power cord of this appliance must never be replaced by the user.
In the event of damage, switch off the appliance and only contact
professionally qualified technicians for its replacement.
• Should you decide to no longer use this type of appliance, we rec-
ommend that you make it inoperative: unplug the appliance from
the mains socket and cut off the power cord.
• All defects and/or anomalous machine behaviour should be report-
ed immediately to authorized installation and/or maintenance per-
sonnel.
• Before connecting the machine, check that electrical power supply
corresponds to the specifications on the data plate.
• Should the machine plug not be compatible with your socket, have
the plug replaced with a suitable type by a qualified technician, who
should also check that the section of the wires supplying the power
outlet is suitable for the machine power requirements.
• Avoid use of multiple-plug adapters and extension cords.
• The ground wire must be connected; the electrical system must
meet the standards set by local safety laws and regulations.
• The machine must be installed only by authorized, qualified person-
nel.
• Check that the machine components have suffered no damage dur-
ing shipping; in the case defects or anomalies are found, interrupt
installation and request replacement.
• Never obstruct the fan grids.
• Never insert objects into the fan grids.
ATTENTION
Do not touch the heating element or the upper grinder holder
during machine functioning, as they might reach high tem-
peratures.
APPLICATIONS AND USE
• The machine is designed for commercial and professional use, by
specialised personnel, in places such as restaurant kitchens, can-

teens, hospitals or commercial enterprises such as bakeries, butch-
ers, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
ATTENTION
In case of installation in kitchens, connect the equipotential
conductor to the terminal on the machine indicated by the
symbol .
• The machine must be used only for the application for which it was
designed; that is, grinding roasted coffee beans. Any other use must
be considered improper and therefore dangerous.
• The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damages deriv-
ing from improper, erroneous or unreasonable use of the machine.
• The machine is not designed for use in extreme environmental
conditions and in any case at temperatures outside the 5°C to 30°C
range.
• The user must respect the general safety regulations in force in the
country in which the machine is installed as well as the rules of com-
mon sense, and shall be responsible for ensuring that periodic ma-
chine maintenance is correctly performed.
• The persons installing and using the machine and performing ma-
chine maintenance shall inform the manufacturer of any defects or
damages due to wear that might jeopardize the original safety fea-
tures of the machine.
• The installer shall be responsible for checking that the machine is
installed in tolerable environmental conditions such as to not to cre-
ate health or safety hazards for those using the machine.
• The responsibility of the personnel authorised to operate the ma-
chine lies exclusively with the customer. The manufacturer cannot
be considered responsible for improper use of the machine.
• The appliance can be used daily with intermittent operation, with a
maximum work period of 30 seconds followed by a minimum rest
period of 180 seconds.
• The machine’s components have been designed and manufactured
for a service life of at least 1000 hours. This lifetime is conditioned by
proper cleaning and maintenance.
BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Never touch the machine with damp or wet hands.
• Never use the machine when barefoot.
• Never attempt to unplug the machine by pulling the power cord or
the machine itself.
• Do not expose the machine to atmospheric agents (sun rain, etc..).

• Never allow the machine to be used by children or by irresponsible
persons.
• Always use the appliance on a flat, steady surface that is able to sup-
port its weight.
• Always unplug the machine from the power supply before perform-
ing any cleaning or maintenance operations.
• The machine must not be cleaned with water jets or steam.
• In the case of machine breakdown or malfunction switch the ma-
chine off and do not tamper with it.
• For repairs contact only an authorized service center and request
use of original spare parts.
• Non-observance of the above precautions may make the machine
unsafe for future use.
• Do not leave the machine switched on when not in use. Unplug the
machine when not in use.
• Do not obstruct the ventilation and/or heat dissipation openings
and/or slits nor introduce water or any other liquids into same.
• If the power cable is damaged, have it replaced by an authorised
dealer as soon as possible in order to avoid hazards.
• Never insert spoons, forks or other utensils into the pouring lip 6, or
into the coffee grain container 2for any reason whatsoever while the
appliance is operating.
• Always switch off the appliance before removing blockages from
the pouring lip.
• Never place the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Should a foreign body stop the motor, switch the machine off im-
mediately and contact an authorized service center.
• While machine is operating, the upper grinder holder may reach
high temperatures; do not touch such part during functioning for
any reason.
ATTENTION
If the thermal breaker to protect the motor is triggered, do
not attempt any other manoeuvre. Unplug the machine from
the power mains and make sure that any problems have been
solved before switching the machine on again.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This manual is designed for use by the user of the machine and/or by
those performing maintenance on the machine and must be consid-
ered an integral part of the machine itself.
This manual provides information concerning correct use and appro-

priate maintenance of the machine, as well as useful indications for
ensuring user safety.
This manual must be preserved for the entire working life of the ma-
chine and must be transferred, together with the machine, to future
users or owners. The information contained in this manual must not
be construed as substituting the safety prescriptions and the techni-
cal data regarding installation and operation carried on the machine
itself and on the packing materials.
This manual reflects the current state of machine technology and
shall not be considered obsolete solely because updated at a later
date on the basis of acquired experience. The images shown in this
manual are for information only.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications to this
manual with no obligation to update previous versions except in ex-
ceptional cases.
Improper use of the machine or use in manners other than those de-
scribed in this manual shall invalidate the guarantee conditions and
shall release the manufacturer from all responsibility, the machine
must be used only by adult, responsible persons.
This manual must be preserved with care: the manufacturer declines
all responsibility for damages to persons or things or to the machine
itself deriving from improper use or use in manners other than those
described herein or in the case the maintenance and safety precau-
tions described herein are not respected.

or the persons performing maintenance on the machine, who must
be provided with full information regarding correct machine use and
residual risks.
This manual must be preserved in a clean, dry place away from sourc-
es of heat. This manual must be used in a manner such as not to dam-
age any part of its contents.
Do not remove, tear out or re-write any part of this manual for any
reason.
In case of loss of this manual or for further information, please contact
your area retailer or the manufacturer.

saire d’évaluer les risques résiduels et prendre en considération les
suggestions suivantes.
En cas de limitations d’utilisation de la machine par le Fabricant, sauf
telles que décrites, cela sera clairement indiqué dans ce mode d’em-
ploi.
• Faire attention aux déplacements de la machine, car il y a risque de
chute.
• Les éléments d’emballage (cartons, cellophane, pointes métalliques,
polystyrole, etc..) peuvent couper,blesser ou être dangereux s’ils ne
sont pas utilisés soigneusement ou de façon non appropriée; ne pas
laisser à portée de main des enfants ou de personnes irresponsables.
• Ce symbole sur le produit ou sur la confection indique que
le produit ne doit pas être considéré comme un déchet
normal, mais doit être livré à une décharge appropriée
pour le recyclage d’appareils électriques et électroniques.
En vous assurant que ce produit a été éliminé correcte-
ment, vous contribuerez à prévenir d’éventuels dom-

et s’adresser exclusivement aux techniciens qualifiés.
• Si on décide de ne plus utiliser l’appareil, il est vivement recomman-
dé d’en rendre son utilisation impossible en coupant, seulement
après avoir débranché la prise, le câble d’alimentation.
• Si une anomalie ou un défaut se manifestent, ils doivent être immé-
diatement signalés aux techniciens autorisés et qualifiés pour effec-
tuer la manutention.
• Avant de brancher l’appareil vérifier que les informations reportées

sur la plaque de l’appareil soient égales à celles de la distribution
d’électricité.
• En cas d’incompatibilité entre la prise et l’appareil faire changer la
prise par un technicien qualifié, lequel doit s’assurer que la section
des câbles de la prise soit conforme à la puissance absorbée par l’ap-
pareil.
• L’utilisation d’adaptateur, prises multiples et/ou allonges est décon-
seillée.
• La prise de terre est obligatoire ainsi que la conformité de l’installa-
tion électrique avec les lois en vigueur du pays.
• L’installation de la machine doit être effectuée seulement par un
technicien autorisé et qualifié.
• Vérifier l’intégrité des composants de la machine et suspendre l’ins-
tallation si des anomalies ou défauts apparaissent.
• Ne bouchez jamais les grilles des ventilateurs.
• N’introduisez jamais d’objets à l’intérieur des grilles des ventilateurs.
ATTENTION
Ne touchez pas la résistance ou le porte-meules supérieur
durant le fonctionnement de la machine, car ils peuvent at-
teindre des températures élevées.
DOMAINE D’UTILISATION
• La machine est conçue pour un usage commercial et professionnel,
par du personnel spécialisé, dans des lieux tels que les cuisines de
restaurants, les cantines, les hôpitaux ou les établissements com-
merciaux tels que les boulangeries, les boucheries, etc., mais pas
pour la production de masse continue d’aliments.
ATTENTION
En cas d’installation en cuisine, raccorder le conducteur équi-
potentiel à la borne de la machine indiquée par le symbole .
• L’appareil doit être destiné exclusivement à la moulure de café en
grains torréfiés.
• Tout autre usage doit être considéré impropre et donc dangereux.
• Le constructeur ne peut être considéré responsable pour d’éven-
tuels dommages dérivants d’utilisation impropres, non conformes
et irraisonables.
• L’appareil ne peut être utilisé dans des conditions climatiques ex-
trêmes et en tous cas compris entre un intervalle de température

• L’utilisateur doit se conformer aux normes de sécurité en vigueur
dans le pays d’installation en plus des réglés dictées par le bon sens
commun et s’assurer que la machine soit périodiquement révisée.
• L’installateur, l’utilisateur ou le manutentionnaire doivent signaler
au constructeur d’éventuels défauts ou détériorations qui peuvent
compromettre la sécurité d’origine de l’appareil.
• L’installateur a l’obligation de vérifier les correctes conditions clima-
tiques de façon quelles garantissent la sécurité et l’hygiène des uti-
lisateurs.
• La responsabilité du personnel autorisé à utiliser la machine in-
combe exclusivement au client final. Le Fabricant ne peut être tenu
responsable d’une mauvaise utilisation de la machine.
• L’appareil peut être utilisé quotidiennement avec un service inter-
mittent, avec une période de travail maximale de 30 secondes qui
doit être suivie d’une période de repos minimale de 180 secondes.
• Les composants de la machine ont été conçus et fabriqués pour une
durée d’au moins 1000 heures de fonctionnement. Cette durée est
conditionnée par un nettoyage et un entretien appropriés.
AVERTISSEMENTS FONDAMENTAUX
• Ne pas toucher l’appareil avec les mains humides ou mouillées.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil ayant les pieds nus.
• Ne pas tirer le câble d’alimentation ou l’appareil pour débrancher la

brancher la prise d’alimentation.
• N’utilisez pas de jets d’eau ou de vapeur pour nettoyer la machine.
• En cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement de l’appareil,
l’éteindre immédiatement.
• Pour une éventuelle réparation s’adresser exclusivement à un centre
d’assistance technique autorisée et demander l’utilisation de pièces
originales.
• Le non respect de cette dernière règle peut compromettre la sécu-
rité de l’appareil.
• Ne pas laisser l’appareil branché inutilement. Débrancher la prise si
l’appareil n’est pas utilisé.

• Ne pas boucher les ouvertures ou fentes de ventilation, et ne pas y
introduire eau ou liquide d’aucune sorte.
• Si le câble est endommagé, faites-le remplacer rapidement par votre
revendeur agréé afin d’éviter tout danger.
• Pendant que l’appareil fonctionne, ne jamais introduire dans le bec
de distribution 6 ou dans de conteneur du café en grains 2 cuillères,
fourchettes ou quelque autre objet.
• Pour extraire d’éventuels objets qui boucheraient le versoir, éteindre
toujours d’abord l’appareil.
• Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans l’eau ou autres liquides.
• Pour déplacer l’appareil ne jamais le prendre par le conteneur du
café en grains.
• Dans le cas ou un corps étranger bloque le moteur, éteindre immé-
diatement la machine et contacter un centre assistance autorisé.
• Pendant le fonctionnement de la machine, le porte-meules peut
atteindre des températures très élevées; ne touchez pour aucune
raison cette partie pendant le fonctionnement.
ATTENTION
Si le relais thermique de protection moteur entre en fonction,
ne tentez aucune manœuvre mais débranchez la machine du
réseau d’alimentation et vérifiez avant de faire redémarrer la
machine que toutes les anomalies aient été résolues.

ou propriétaires suivants. Les indications de ce livret ne remplacent
pas les dispositions de sécurité et les caractéristiques techniques
pour l’installation et le fonctionnement appliqués directement sur la
machine et sur l’emballage. Ce livret se réfère à l’état actuel de la tech-
nique et ne pourra à l’avenir être considéré inappropriée Parce qu’il
aura été ajourné sur la base de nouvelles expériences.

triebsfähig gemacht werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist nach Abziehen
des Steckers aus der Steckdose das Versorgungskabel durchzu-

• Bevor das Gerät angeschlossen wird, muss überprüft werden, dass
dessen Kenndaten mit denen des Stromnetzes übereinstimmen.
• Sollte die Steckdose nicht mit dem Gerätestecker kompatibel sein,
lassen Sie die Steckdose von qualifiziertem Personal durch eine ge-
eignete Ausführung ersetzen. Das beauftragte Personal muss ins-
besondere sicher stellen, dass der Kabelquerschnitt der Steckdose
für die Leistungsaufnahme des Geräts ausreichend ist.
• Von der Verwendung von Adaptern, Mehrfachsteckdosen und/oder
Kabelverlängerungen wird abgeraten.
• Das Vorhandensein eines Erdleiters ist zwingend vorgeschrieben,
ebenso wie die Übereinstimmung der Elektroanlage mit den ein-
schlägigen Vorschriften des Installationslands.
• Die Installation der Maschine darf ausschließlich durch zugelasse-
nes und qualifiziertes Personal vorgenommen werden.
• Überprüfen Sie die Unversehrtheit der Bauteile. Sollten Fehler oder
Anomalien festgestellt werden, die Installation abbrechen und Er-
satz anfordern.
• Die Abdeckgitter der Lüfter keinesfalls verschließen.
• Keinerlei Gegenstände in die Öffnungen Lüftergitter stecken.
ACHTUNG
Der Widerstand bzw. der obere Halter der Mühle darf wäh-
rend des Betriebs der Maschine nicht berührt werden, da die-
se sehr heiß werden können.
EINSATZBEREICH UND BESTIMMUNGSZWECK
• Die Maschine ist für den gewerblichen und professionellen Einsatz
durch Fachpersonal in Gastronomieküchen, Kantinen, Kranken-
häusern oder gewerblichen Betrieben wie Bäckereien, Metzgereien
usw. bestimmt, jedoch nicht für die kontinuierliche Massenproduk-
tion von Lebensmitteln.
ACHTUNG
Schließen Sie bei der Installation in Küchen den Potentialaus-
gleichsleiter an die Klemme der Maschine an, die durch das
Symbol gekennzeichnet ist.
• Die Dosiermühle darf nur für den Zweck verwendet werden, für den
sie ausdrücklich bestimmt ist, d.h. zum Mahlen gerösteter Kaffee-
bohnen. Jede andere Verwendung ist als unsachgemäß zu betrach-
ten und ist daher gefährlich.

• Der Hersteller kann nicht für eventuelle Schäden verantwortlich ge-
macht werden, die durch unsachgemäßen, falschen und vernunft-
widrigen Gebrauch des Geräts entstehen sollten.
• Das Gerät darf nicht unter extremen Umweltbedingungen und kei-
nesfalls außerhalb des angegebenen Temperaturbereichs (5°C ÷ 30°C)
eingesetzt werden.
• Der Benutzer hat sich neben den Regeln des gesunden Menschen-
verstands an die im Installationsland geltenden Sicherheitsvor-
schriften zu halten und sicher zu stellen, dass die regelmäßigen
Wartungsarbeiten ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt werden.
• Installationstechniker, Benutzer und Wartungstechniker sind ver-
pflichtet, dem Hersteller eventuelle Defekte oder Schäden zu melden,
die ursprüngliche Sicherheit der Anlage beeinträchtigen könnten.
• Der Installationstechniker ist verpflichtet, die korrekten Umge-
bungsbedingungen zu überprüfen, um die Sicherheit und Hygiene
der Bediener und der Kunden zu gewährleisten.
• Die Verantwortung des zur Bedienung der Maschine berechtigten
Personals liegt ausschließlich beim Endkunden. Der Hersteller haf-
tet nicht für den unsachgemäßen Gebrauch der Maschine.
• Das Gerät kann täglich im intermittierenden Betrieb mit einer maxi-
malen Arbeitszeit von 30 Sekunden verwendet werden, gefolgt von
einer minimalen Ruhezeit von 180 Sekunden.
• Die Maschinenkomponenten sind für eine Betriebsdauer von min-
destens 1000 Stunden ausgelegt und gefertigt. Diese Dauer wird
durch die richtige Reinigung und Wartung bedingt.
WICHTIGE WARNHINWEISE
