GETTING STARTED
The Pro AF™ ANC is a wired headset that offers several advanced technological features for gaming.
These added features require the headset’s ILC (in-line controller) to be powered by two (2) AA batteries.
Your ILC is tuned specifically to your headset. Do not swap it with another Pro AF. To ensure the longest
battery life operation of your Pro AF™ ANC, always remember to switch off the ILC when it’s not in use.
Forgetting to turn off the ILC will cause the batteries to run down when not in use.
However, if your batteries do fully deplete, the headset remains operational and you will still hear
your game audio through the earcup speaker drivers and your microphone will continue to operate.
Without battery power, the headset retains all of its core functions needed to play, but you will not
have access to the additional features such as ANC (active noise cancellation) or custom gain
adjustments until you replace the batteries.
Plug the microphone connector on the ILC into the left earcup of the headset. You will hear a click
when it has been fully inserted. To unplug the microphone connector from the headset, press the
two release buttons on either side of the connector and pull the connector away from the headset.
Remember to turn off your headset after use.
Plug the 3.5mm audio connector into your source. The Pro AF™ ANC can be used with any source
that accepts a 3.5mm audio output such as a PS4 controller, Xbox One controller, Audio Mixers, or
your PC using the included PC splitter cable if necessary.
Pro AF ANC will continue to perform its main functions (speakers
and voice mic will work) when turned off or out of power.
Some PCs have separate jacks for game audio output and mic input.
Use the included splitter.
Cable length is optimized for a player sitting 2-3 feet away from a
monitor. Use the extension cable if you need more cable slack.
The ILC has a round belt clip and cable adjuster attached to it. The belt clip is designed for the ILC
to be clipped onto your pocket or belt and allows the ILC to rest easily on your leg and out of the way
when not in use. You can slide the cables up or down on the belt clip to find the optimal length for
you to comfortably place the ILC.
The microphone should be placed directly in front of your mouth for optimal voice quality and perfor-
mance. (Similar to how pilots use their headset microphones) Every 1/2” (~12mm) the microphone
moves away from your mouth your voice will lower by 6dB to the players you are talking to.

Active Noise Cancellation
A loosely used term for gaming headsets, but
never executed properly in our opinion.
Victrix Pro AF™ is the first hybrid active noise
canceling (ANC) headset in gaming.
Four dedicated microphones actively listen and
eliminate noise in the surrounding environment –
canceling out crowd noise and helping to deliver
precision audio to the operator.

Cooling Mechanism
This one is for the grinders, the 24hr streamers, the tournament pros, and the
coaches. It’s not just the increasing temperatures that mess with your head
during a long stretch, but also the humidity buildup around the ears.
During design research, we observed pro athletes shifting their earcups between
rounds; seeking relief while they still had to use the headsets to discuss next
round’s strategy.
Our solution provides instant relief: patented mechanical levers open the earcup
vents to release humidity and heat without losing team communications or
interrupting your stream.
Flipping the lever down will automatically activate the ANC.

In Line Controller (ILC)
A feature inspired by aviation headsets but
optimized for the esports pro. There are first
time in gaming features packed into this box.
We also tuned the sound of the headset in two
characteristics. Both warm, one is very well
balanced with a flat response, while the other
delivers thundering lows and crisp mids
and highs.

Microphone
A gaming headset is only as good as its microphone. This microphone’s
development was based on military applications.
If you try to listen to everything and then kill the noise after it is in the
signal, you will have to do a lot of digital signal processing, which requires
time and results in lag. Lag is the enemy.
The elegant method is to stop the noise before it gets in the signal. Our
mechanical mic filter design was originally created for the Cobra Attack
Helicopter and its violent 120dB loud unpressurized cockpit.
Combined with a set of adjustments in the controller, this boom mic will
deliver results.

Frequently Asked Questions
& Troubleshooting
My ANC is not turning on when I press the ANC button.
Make sure the ILC microphone connector is fully plugged into the headset and ensure the
cooling levers are fully closed on the back of the earcups. ANC will not activate if either,
or both, of the cooling vents are open.
My ILC is not turning on when I flip the power switch up.
Please replace the two (2) AA batteries in your ILC unit. The ILC may have been left on
while not in use, causing the batteries to drain sooner than anticipated.
My ear cushion came off.
Align and insert the purple plastic tab on the back of the ear cushion with the slot opening
on the headset earcup. The purple plastic tab on the ear cushions are labeled with an “L”
or “R”, indicating the Left or Right ear cushion.
Why doesn’t my headset charge and why doesn’t my computer recognize the headset
when plugged into the micro-USB port on the ILC?
The micro-USB port on the back of the ILC is to be used only for service and firmware
updates. The headset cannot be charged or connected to the computer via the micro-USB
connection.
How do I change the black mic badge to the customized mic badge that was included?
To change your mic badge, firmly hold the top and bottom of the microphone tip, and use
your finger nail to unclip and pull off the mic badge from the mic tip. Snap the customized
mic badge back onto the mic tip.
