3.1 Preparing ForUse

pleaseusetheVSMN1 to in an open spaceand watchout forobstructionsand bumpyterrains.
3.2 Operating instructions:
1.TurnonthetheVSMN1bymomentarilypressingthepowerswitch,viewthebatteryindicatorand
ensuretheVSMN1 has enough power.Ifthechargelevelis lowpleasechargetheunitpriortouse.
2.When youturn onthetheVSMN1,you will heara"beep",and it will enterstandbymode.WhenOne
foot is onthepedal,thelight islit.Thesystemnowentersself-balancingmode.Keepingstable,placethe
otherfoot alsoontheotherpedal, and starttooperate.
3.Inastandingpositionkeepyourbalanceusinggentleforwardand backwardbodymovementsby
graduallyleaningto controlthescooterforwardand backward.
4.Whentheleftfootis forward,thescooterwillturnright.Whentheright isfootforward,thescooterwill
turn left.
5.Todismountstaystationary,liftleftfootandstepbackwardsandoff theleftpedal,thenstepoff right
pedalquickly.

3.3 ImportantNotes
Warnings
1.All beginnersand inexperiencedridersshouldhavea trainingpartner’tohelpwithsafetyand balance
initially.
2.Checkthepowerleveland tyre conditionbeforeriding.

4.3 SpeedControl
In theinterestsof safetytheVSMN1is settoamaximumspeedof10km/h.Whenthespeed exceeds
10km/h,thepedalwill graduallylevelcausingtheVSMN1toslow down.
NOTE:
Inordertoprevent injurydonotlean further forwardto acceleratewhen approachingthe maximum
speed.
4.4 Charging
Pointsforattention:
1.Beforecharging,theVSMN1mustbeturnedoffbythepowerswitch
2.When charging,firstconnectthemainsAC3 plug(thechargerstatusled is green)and then connectthe
powerplugintotheVSMN1 forcharging.
3.Duringcharging,thered light indicatescharging,whenthelight isgreenthechargeis complete.
4.Whenthechargingis complete,disconnectthechargeplugto prevent theVSMN1batteryfrom
overcharging.

4.5 Rain/WaterResistance
TheVSMN1is lP56water-proof ratedequipment,which operatessafelyin up to10 cmofwater.The
VSMN1can beridden and operatedinlight rain and drizzle,howeveravoid sinkingitindeep waterorriding
in heavyrain forextended periods.
5. Maintenance
