MAINTENANCE
This product has been meticulously engineered to produce luxurious shower experiences at reduced flow rates as required by the
Water Efficient Labelling Standards of Australia (WELS).
If a noticeable reduction of flow is experienced, please check the FLOW REGULATORS for foreign matter.
PRODUCT CARE
1. WATER SAVING Shower WELS 3 Star –9 Litres per minute
2. Shower is fitted with flow regulator
3. Shower nozzles to be rubbed, on a regular basis, by hand or with a cloth to prevent calcium build up.
4. Clean with warm soapy water and soft cloth
5. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS WITH THIS PRODUCT.
WARRANTY
Warranty becomes void if:
•Products exposed to pressures that exceed 500 Kpa and or temperatures that exceed 75oC
within a building –Refer AS/NZS 3500.1:2003 (Clause 3.34)
•Flow Regulators are removed
•Product not installed in accordance with installation instructions –see over
•Inadequate flushing of system prior to usage, causing damage and/or obstructions to the
product.

Diagram #1 After tiling, push 5MM PLASTIC SPACER over 19BP Elbow (5mm PLASTIC SPACER
included) –use NIPPLE CUTTER to reduce length of 19BP Elbow to a 5MM
PROTRUSION FROM THE TILE FACE
(Recommended NIPPLE CUTTER –Reliance Worldwide Product Code A60-001)
Diagram #2 Fully remove grub screw in TOP POST and carefully remove WALL CONNECTOR - remove 5MM
PLASTIC SPACER and screw WALL CONNECTOR onto the 19BP Elbow to contact with tile
Diagram #3 Drill lower 8mm hole at 620mm max –note LOWER POST is moveable up / down –assemble flanges
Diagram #4 Push on RAIL ASSEMBLY
Diagram #5 Reassemble grub screws –top and bottom
Diagram #6 Assembly now ready for accessories –Handset / Shower Hose
