IMPORTANT: always read the
instructions before starting to use
your electrical tool.
Basic safety precautions
1. Keep work area clean. A
disordered location can cause
damage.
2. Do not use electrical tools in
wet locations. Do not expose
electrical tools to rain. Keep
workplace well illuminated. Do
not use in places with flammable
gases / liquids.
3. Does not allow children to stay
at the workplace. All people
should stay away.
4. You should keep all tools in dry,
high and closed place.
5. You will get a work with
better quality if you suit it at
the machine’s speed. Avoid
unnecessary overloads which
may cause risks to the operator
and to the electrical tool.
6. Do not force small machines
and accessories to execute the
work of bigger machines, and do
not use them for unreasonable
works.
7. Do not wear wide clothing or
jewelry, these may get stuck into
the machine. We recommend
the use of gloves and work
shoes. Long hair should also be
holded.
8. Always wear protective glasses.
If there is powder, also use
protective mask.
9. Keep always in balance.
10. Keep electric tools clean for
better and safer performance.
Follow maintenance instructions.
Keep your hands dry, clean and
oilless.
11. Keep alert, attentive to your
work and use good sense. Do
not continue to work if you are
fatiged.
12. Before starting work with any
electrical tool, you must check
that there are no damaged
parts. Please verify carefully
the assembling and setting of all
movable parts.
13. Any damaged parts must be
adequately repaired or replaced
by a qualified technician. Do not
operate the tool if the switch is
not properly operating.
14. The use of an inadequate
accessory represents a potential
risk for the user.
15. This electrical tool is in
conformity with existing safety
regulations. Its repair should
only be carried out by a
qualified technician. Otherwise,
the risk for the user is real.
16. Fire hazard: avoid short-circuit
on the metal battery’s contacts.
17. Battery liquid may be harmful.
If on skin contact, wash
immediately with water.
Neutralize with a soft acid, with
lemon juice or vinegar. In case
of eye contact, rinse abundantly
with water and consult a
physician.
STRUCTURE
The cordless drills power tools
VITO are class II with double
insulation structure.
NOTE: This cordless drill comes
equipped with two batteries.

1. To insert the battery.
2. To remove the battery,
press (1) and push.
Always disconnect the tool before
inserting or removing the battery.
During the charge, the charger /
battery assembly may be a little hot.
This is normal and does not indicate
any anomaly.
If the battery to be charged is hot,
it should be cooled before charging
it (fig. 9).

1. To open the chuck, rotate anti-
clockwise (3a).
2. To tighten accessories on the
chuck, rotate clockwise (3b).

1. To start, press switch (4a).
2. To stop, release the switch (4b).

To increase or decrease rotation,
press / release the switch.

To select speed 1 or 2.

for right or left, to invert the
direction of rotation.

1. Turn off from the main power
before charging.
2. After inserting the battery into
the charger, turn on the power.
Red LED lights up.
3. The green LED lights up when
the battery is fully charged.
4. Turn of from the main power
after full load.
5. Remove the battery from the
charger.

Do not place batteries in the trash!
Use Recycling Points.

NOTE: keep the engine in
operation when removing the drill
from a hole, this will prevent the drill
from blocking on the refered hole.
MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the charger
before cleaning it. Use a soft cloth.
Remove the battery before cleaning
the cordless drill.
Keep ventilation openings clean.

TERMS
The warranty of this machine is two
years from the date of purchase.
You should, therefore, keep your
proof of purchase during this period
of time. The warranty covers any
manufacturing defect in material or
operating, as well as parts and work
needed for their recovery.Excluded
from the warranty the misuse of the
product, any repairs carried out by
unauthorized persons (outside the
service center of the brand VITO)
as well as any damage caused by
the use of it.
