1. Beschreibung
Das Aqua-Quick Gerät wurde eigens für die rationelle Ver-
arbeitung der wasseraktivierbaren Gewebe- oder Vliestypen
entwickelt. Das Gerät eignet sich nicht für den Auftrag von
Dispersionsklebern. Das Gerät beinhaltet eine Abrollvorrich-
tung für Gewebe- oder Vliesrollen mit analogem Meterzähler
und eine Tauchwanne zur Benetzung der kleberbeschichte-
ten Gewebe- und Vliesbahnen. Ein Abstreifsystem gewähr-
leistet die definierte Benetzung der wasser-aktivierbaren
Glasfasertapeten und -vliese. Im Vergleich zu herkömmli-
chen Kleistermaschinen ergibt sich eine deutliche Arbeits-
erleichterung, da die aufwändige Gerätereinigung entfällt:
Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten einfach Wasser ablassen.

2. Lieferzustand
Das Aqua Quick Gerät ist ausschließlich als Standgerät lieferbar. Das Gerät umfasst folgende Komponenten:
- Abrollvorrichtung mit analogem Meterzähler (= Gerätedeckel)
- Tauchwanne
- Rohrgestelle für die optimale Arbeitshöhe
Gerät in Arbeitsstellung:
Deckel (= Abrollvorrichtung) aufgeklappt
Gerät in Transportstellung:
- Deckel geschlossen
- Rohre des Gestells werden zum Transport
in die Tauchwanne eingelegt
- Arbeitstisch als Zubehör lieferbar

3. Inbetriebnahme / Handhabung des Gerätes
3.1 Gerät aufstellen
Das Rohrgestell besteht aus zwei unterschiedlichen Typen:
- vordere Gestellbeine = Einzelrohre
- hinteres Gestellbein = Doppelrohr
(am unteren Ende des Gestellbeins ist die Deckelstütze befestigt)
Gestellbeine in seitliche Aufnahmen bis
Anschlag einschieben. Der Deckel soll dabei
geschlossen sein.
Verschlusshaken öffnen, Deckel aufklappen.
Oberes Ende der Deckelstütze wird mit dem
Stopfen am Deckel verbunden.
Gerät auf sicheren Stand überprüfen.

3.4 Einziehen der Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn in die Abrollvorrichtung
Die Gewebe- oder Vliesrolle wird auf die Abrollwalzen gelegt. Bei korrektem Einzug verläuft die Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn unter der
vorderen Umlenkwalze und der Halteachse des Meterzählers hindurch. Die Kleberseite (= Rolleninnenseite) weist nach oben! Falls
erforderlich, Stellring auf Gewebebreite einstellen.
Rolle per Hand rück-
wärts drehen, bis das
Rollenende zwischen den
beiden Abrollwalzen zum
Liegen kommt. Wird die
Rolle nun in Abzugsrichtung gedreht,
fädelt sich das Rollenende automatisch
in die Abrollvorrichtung ein!
3.3 Montage des analogen Meterzählers
Der analoge Meterzähler
ist nicht wasserresistent!
Seine Befestigung am Ge-
rät ist so konzipiert, dass
er beim Schließen des Deckels in die
Tauchwanne abklappt. Lassen Sie des-
halb das Wasser vor dem Schließen des
Gerätedeckels immer ab, oder entfernen
Sie den analogen Meterzähler!
Der analoge Meterzähler hat rückseitig zwei
Federclipse, die in die vordere Haltestange
der Abrollvorrichtung eingeklinkt werden.
Durch Betätigung des Hebels nach oben wird
das Zählwerk auf „Null“ gestellt.
Da die Wassertemperatur Einfluss auf die Aktivierungsgeschwindigkeit der Kleberschicht hat, soll die
Wassertemperatur im Idealfall zwischen 10° und 25 °C liegen.
- Niedrigere Temperaturen führen zu einem verzögerten Aktivierungsverhalten der Kleberbeschichtung =
unnötige Wartezeiten.
- Höhere Temperaturen verkürzen die Lager- / Verarbeitungsfähigkeit der benetzten Gewebebahnen.
Vor der Befüllung bitte
überprüfen, ob die
Ablassschraube fest
angezogen ist. Eventuell
Eimer unterstellen,
anschließend Wasser einfüllen.
Minimalstand: Tauchwalzen müssen
bis zur Oberkante mit Wasser bedeckt
sein = ca. 15 Liter.

3.5 Einfädeln der Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn in die Tauchwanne
Durch die Formgebung der Tauchwanne lässt sich das Gewebe/Vlies problemlos unter den beiden Tauchwalzen hindurchschieben. Das
Gerät ist mit einem Abstreifsystem ausgestattet. Zum Einfädeln der Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn wird die Wasserabstreifklappe nach unten
geklappt (= Transportstellung). Mithilfe der Stellschrauben kann die Klappe etwas höher oder niedriger eingestellt werden, je nachdem
wie viel Wasser der rückseitig aufgebrachte Kleber erhalten soll.
Nachdem die Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn einge-
fädelt ist, wird die Wasserabstreifklappe nach
oben geschwenkt.
In Betriebsstellung liegt die Wasserabstreif-
klappe auf der Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn auf.
Nun kann mithilfe der Stellschraube eine
individuelle Einstellung erzielt werden.
z.B. hilfreich bei:
- extremen Temperaturen
- persönlichen Anforderungen
(z.B. schwereres Öffnen)
Nach unten geklappte Wasserabstreifklappe.
Fest montierte Wasserabstreifleiste zum
Abstreifen des überschüssigen Klebers.
Durch das Abstreifsystem wird überschüssiges Wasser entfernt:
- definierter Wasserauftrag zur vollständigen Aktivierung des Klebers
- Tropfenbildung am Fußboden wird verhindert
3.6 Ablängen mithilfe des analogen Meterzählers
Das Abschneiden der Bahn erfolgt an der
Schneidekante am vorderen Teil der Tauchwanne.
Nur bei der letzten Bahn schneiden Sie an der
Schneidekante direkt vor dem Meterzähler.
Die Bahnen werden in der gewünschten
Länge durch die Maschine gezogen und
in Schlaufen zusammengelegt.
Zwecks korrekter
Abmessung der Bahn
bitte den Meterzähler
nach jedem Schnitt
wieder auf „Null“ stellen.
„Letzte Bahn“:
Ziehen Sie die letzte Bahn 50 cm kürzer durch das Gerät und schneiden Sie diese vor dem Wasserbad ab.
So vermeiden Sie Verschnitt.

4. Service
4.1 Wartung
Bei bestimmungsgemäßem Betrieb und sorgfältiger Reinigung ist das Gerät weitgehend wartungsfrei.
4.2 Kennzeichnung des Gerätes
4.3 Garantiebedingungen
Soweit in der Bestellung keine anderen Vereinbarungen getroffen worden sind, beträgt unsere Gewährleistung 24 Monate nach
Auslieferung. Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich nicht auf Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßen Gebrauch des Gerätes zurückzuführen sind.
4.4 Vorgehensweise im Schadensfall
Um einen eventuellen Schadensfall bearbeiten zu können, benötigen wir von Ihnen folgende Angaben:
- Geräte-Nummer von Geräteplakette
- Kopie des Lieferscheins / der Rechnung
- Fehlerart / benötigtes Ersatzteil laut Ersatzteil-Liste

- Rote Ablassschraube an der Stirnseite

- Zur restlosen Entleerung wird die Tauch-
wanne an der gegenüberliegenden Seite
leicht angehoben.
Beim Abbau des Gerätes werden die Gestell-
beine aus den seitlichen Halterungen
herausgezogen. Zum Transport werden die
Gestellbeine in die Tauchwanne eingelegt.
Der zugeklappte Deckel wird mittels Ver-
schlusshaken arretiert.
Gerät nach jedem Gebrauch gründlich
reinigen: Dazu gröberen Schmutz mit
handelsüblichem Haushaltsreiniger
entfernen und mit klarem Wasser mehrfach
ausspülen.
Wichtig: Das Abstreifsystem nach jedem
Gebrauch sorgfältig mit klarem Wasser
reinigen.

1. Description
The Aqua-Quick device was specially developed for the ef-
fective processing of water-activatable tissue or fleece types.
The device is not suitable for the application of dispersion
adhesives. The device includes a roller device for tissue or
fleece rolls with analog meter counters and a steep bath to
wet the adhesive-coated tissue - and fleece webs. A stripping
system ensures the defined wetting of the water-activatable
glass fibre wallpapers and fleeces. In comparison to conven-
tional pasting machines, significantly less work is needed,
since the extensive cleaning of the device is not necessary:
After the work is finished, simply drain the water.

The Aqua Quick device is only available as a floor-mounted model. The device comprises the following components:

3. Commissioning / handling of the device
3.1 Setting up the device
The tubular frame consists of two different types:
- front legs = individual tubes
- rear leg = double tube
(the lid prop is attached to the lower end of the leg)
Slide legs into lateral receptacles until it
reaches the stop. The lid must be closed
during this.
Open locking hook, open lid. The upper end of
the lid is connected to the stopper on the lid.
Make sure the device is in a stable position.

3.3 Assembly of the analog meter counter
The analog meter counter
is not water-resistant!
Its attachment to the
device is designed in such
a way that it folds down into the steep
bath when the lid is closed. That is why
you should always drain the water before
closing the device lid or remove the
analog meter counter!
The analog meter counter has two spring
clips on the rear that are latched into the
front holding rod of the roller device.
The counter is set to zero by moving the
„lever“ upwards.
Since the water temperature has an influence on the activation speed of the adhesive layer, the water temperature
should ideally lie between 10° and 25 °C.
- Lower temperatures lead to delayed activation behaviour of the adhesive coating = unnecessary waiting times.
- Higher temperatures reduce the storage/processing ability of the wet tissue webs.
Before filling, please
check that the drain
plug is firmly closed.
Put a bucket in place if
necessary, then fill the
steep bath with water.
Minimum level: Steep rollers must be
covered with water up to the upper
edge = approx. 15 litres.

3.4 Pulling the tissue or fleece web into the roller device
The tissue or fleece roll is placed on the roll-off rollers. When drawn in correctly, the tissue or fleece web will run under the front guide
roller and the holding axle of the meter counter. The adhesive side (= inside of the roller) points upwards! If required, set the adjusting
ring to the width of the tissue.
Turn roll backwards by
hand until the roll lies
between the two roll-off
rollers. If the roll is now
rotated in the roll-off
direction, the roll will automatically
thread itself into the roller device!

3.5 Threading the tissue or fleece web into the steep bath
Due to the shape of the steep bath, the tissue/fleece can be moved under both steep baths without a problem. The device is equipped
with a stripper system. To thread in the tissue or fleece web, the water skimming flap is folded down (= transport position). With the
help of the adjusting screws, the flap can be moved higher or lower, depending on how much water the adhesive applied to the rear
should receive.
Once the tissue or fleece web is threaded
in place, the water skimming flap is flipped
upwards.
In operation mode, the water skimming flap
lies on the tissue or fleece web. Now the
adjusting screw can be used to make
individual settings. This can, for example, be
helpful in the following cases:
- extreme temperatures
- personal requirements
(e.g. difficulties in opening)
Water skimming flap folded down. Water

excess adhesive.
Due to the stripping system, excess water is removed:
- defined water application for the complete activation of the adhesive
- formation of drops on the floor is prevented
3.6 Cutting to length with the help of the analog meter counter
The web is cut off on the cutting edge on the front
of the steep bath. Only once the last web is run
through it is cut off directly in front of the meter
counter.
The webs are drawn through the machine in
the required lengths and are placed together
in loops.
To correctly measure the
section, please set the
meter counter back to
zero after every cut.
„Last section“:
Pull the last section through the device 50 cm shorter and cut it off before the steep bath.
This prevents waste.

- Unscrew red drain plug on the front face.
- Drain water into a previously provided
bucket.
- To completely drain the container, the
steep bath needs to be lifted slightly on the
opposite side.
When disassembling the device, the legs are
pulled out of the lateral holders. The tubes
of the frame are placed in the steep bath for
transport. The folded lid is fixed in place using
locking hooks.
Clean device thoroughly after each use: Also,
coarse debris needs to be removed using
common household cleaning products and
flushed multiple times with clear water.
Important: The stripper needs to be cleaned
carefully with clear water after each use.
3.7 After the work

If the device is used as intended and cleaned carefully, it will be largely maintenance-free.

Unless there are agreements to the contrary in the order, we extend a warranty for 24 months after delivery. The warranty does not
include damages resulting from any improper use of the device.
4.4 Procedure in case of damage
To be able to process any potential cases in which a damage occurred, we need the following information from you:

- Copy of delivery docket / invoice
- Type of fault / required spare part according to spare parts list

1. Description
L’appareil Aqua-Quick a été spécialement développé pour la
mise en œuvre efficace des tissus et de non-tissés activab-
les à l’eau. L’appareil n’est pas approprié pour l’application
de colles à dispersion. L’appareil comprend un dispositif
dérouleur pour les rouleaux de tissu et de non-tissé avec
compteur analogique et un bac d’immersion pour humidi-
fier les bandes de tissu et de non-tissé revêtues de colle.
Un système racleur permet de définir l’humidification des
papiers peints et des non-tissés en fibre de verre activables
à l’eau. Par rapport aux encolleuses classiques, le travail est
considérablement facilité étant donné que le long nettoyage
de l’appareil n’est plus nécessaire. Une fois le travail est
terminé, il suffit de vider l’eau.

2. Etat à la livraison
L’appareil Aqua-Quick est disponible exclusivement en tant qu’appareil posé au sol. Il se compose des éléments suivants :

- bac d’immersion
- structures tubulaires pour une hauteur de travail optimale

Enfoncez les pieds de structure dans les
entrées latérales jusqu’à la butée.
Le couvercle doit être fermé.
Ouvrez le crochet de verrouillage, ouvrez le
couvercle. L’extrémité supérieure du support
du couvercle est reliée au bouchon de purge
sur le couvercle.
Vérifiez que l’appareil est sur un support
stable.
3. Mise en service / Utilisation de l’appareil
3.1 Installation de l’appareil
Les structures tubulaires sont de deux types :
- pieds de structure à l’avant = tubes simples

3.3 Montage du compteur analogique
Le compteur analogique
n’est pas résistant à l’eau !
Sa fixation sur l’appareil
est conçue de manière à ce
qu’il se rabatte dans le bac d’immersion
lors de la fermeture du couvercle. Par
conséquent, videz toujours l’eau avant
de fermer le couvercle de l’appareil ou
retirez le compteur analogique !
Le compteur analogique dispose à l’arrière de
deux clips à ressort qui sont encliquetés dans
la barre de maintien à l’avant du dispositif
dérouleur.
Pour remettre le compteur à zéro, il faut
actionner le levier vers le haut.
Etant donné que la température de l’eau influe sur la vitesse d’activation de la couche de colle, elle doit
idéalement se situer entre 10° et 25°.
- des températures plus basses conduisent à une activation retardée de la couche de colle = temps d’attente inutiles.
- des températures plus élevées diminuent la capacité de stockage / mise en œuvre des bandes de tissu humidifiées.
Avant le remplissage,
vérifiez si la vis de purge
est bien serrée. Placez
éventuellement un seau
en dessous, ensuite
versez l’eau. Niveau minimum : les
rouleaux plongeurs doivent être
recouverts d’eau jusqu’au bord supéri-
eur = env. 15 litres.

3.4 Introduction de la bande de tissu ou de non-tissé dans le dispositif dérouleur
Le rouleau de tissu ou de non-tissé est posé sur les rouleaux dérouleurs. Quand l’introduction est effectuée correctement, la bande de
tissu ou de non-tissé passe sous le rouleau déflecteur à l’avant et par l’axe de maintien du compteur. Le côté colle (= face intérieure du
rouleau) est tourné vers le haut ! Si nécessaire, la bague de réglage sur la largeur du tissu doit être réglée.
Tournez le rouleau
manuellement en
arrière jusqu’à ce que
l’extrémité du rouleau se
pose entre les deux rou-
leaux dérouleurs. Si le rouleau est tour-
né dans le sens d’extraction, l’extrémité
du rouleau s’enfile automatiquement
dans le dispositif dérouleur !
