INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Leggere e conservare le presenti istruzioni.
Fare attenzione alle informazioni di sicurezza e seguire le indicazioni.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in prossimità di liquidi, gas ed elementi
corrosivi.
Non installare in vicinanza di fonti di calore quali radiatori, fornelli, stufe o
fonti di calore in genere.
Scollegare l'apparecchio durante i temporali o quando non viene utilizzato
per lunghi periodi di tempo.
In caso di guasto rivolgersi al centro assistenza Vivaldi.
La garanzia decade qualora il guasto dipenda da imperizia o negligenza,
manomissioni, da casi fortuiti o da cause di forza maggiore

CARATTERISTICHE / FEATURES:
Il dispositivo DA8 è un distributore audio dotato di due ingressi audio
bilanciati e otto uscite bilanciate. Tramite appositi dip-switch può essere
configurato in modalità “stereo”2x4, oppure in modalità “mono”1x8.
Quando impostato in modalità “mono”esegue in automatico la somma dei
due canali in ingresso, rendendo un segnale stereo monofonico.
L’ampia gamma di tensione di alimentazione permette di poter utilizzare il
dispositivo con altri dispositivi alimentati da 12Vdc a 36Vdc.
DA8 device is an audio distributor, equipped with two balanced audio
inputs and eight balanced outputs. By means of special dipswitches it can
be configured in 2x4 "stereo" mode, or in 1x8 "mono" mode.
When set in “mono” mode, it automatically adds the two input channels,
making a stereo signal a mono signal.
The wide range of supply voltage allows you to use the device with other
devices powered from 12Vdc to 36Vdc.

DESCRIZIONE DELLE PARTI / PART DESCRIPTIONS:
1: Morsetto di alimentazione: collegare una sorgente di alimentazione
rispettando la polarità. Il range di tensione di alimentazione va da 12Vdc a
36Vdc.
Supply socket: connect a power supply being careful about polarity. Voltage
could be between 12Vdc and 36Vdc.
2: LED di accensione: indica lo stato di alimentazione dell’unità.
Power LED: it indicates the power status.

3: Fusibile. Fusibile di alimentazione che interviene in caso di anomalia
dell’unità. Se si rende necessario sostituirlo, sostituirlo con uno dello stesso
tipo e portata (5x20mm –F1A).
Fuse. Supply fuse that melts due to unit failure. If it is necessary to change
it, change it with another with same type and value. (5x20mm –F1A).
4: Selettore modalità. Dip-switch per l’impostazione della modalità STEREO
2in 4 out, oppure MONO 1in 8out. Se entrambi i DIP-Switch sono impostati
in OFF gli ingressi sono indipendenti e il segnale dell’ingresso “A”verrà
instradato sulle uscite “A1, A2, A3, A4”, mentre il segnale dell’ingresso “B”
alle uscite “B1, B2, B3, B4”. Impostando i DIP-Switch in posizione ON,
l’audio degli ingressi “A”e “B”saranno miscelati e a tutte le uscite sarà
presente il segnale dato dalla somma dei due ingressi.
Mode selector. Dipswitch for setting the STEREO 2in 4 out, or MONO 1in
8out mode. If both DIP-Switches are set to OFF, the inputs are independent
and the signal from input "A" will be routed to outputs "A1, A2, A3, A4",
while the signal from input "B" to outputs "B1, B2, B3, B4 ". By setting the
DIP-Switches to the ON position, the audio of inputs "A" and "B" will be
mixed, and the signal given by the sum of the two inputs will be present at
all outputs.

5: Ingressi audio: morsetto per il collegamento dei segnali audio da
distribuire. Il dispositivo è provvisto di due ingressi bilanciati che accettano
segnali audio analogici anche di elevata ampiezza.
H: punto caldo del segnale
C: punto freddo del segnale bilanciato
GND: schermatura del cavo e riferimento di massa.

È possibile collegare sorgenti audio con uscita sbilanciata,
collegando il segnale al punto caldo del morsetto e la schermatura al
morsetto GND.
Audio inputs: terminal for connecting the audio signals to be
distributed. The device is equipped with two balanced inputs that
accept even high amplitude analog audio signals.
H: hot pin of the signal
C: cold pin of the balanced signal
GND: cable shield and ground reference.
It is possible to connect audio sources with unbalanced output,
connecting the signal to the terminal hot pin and the shield to the
GND terminal.
6: Disaccoppiatore massa ingresso: tramite questo DIP-Switch è
possibile inserire un filtro di disaccoppiamento e scollegare la massa
della sorgente dalla massa del dispositivo. In posizione “ON”le
masse sono collegate direttamente tra loro, in posizione “OFF”le
masse sono collegate tramite un filtro di disaccoppiamento.
Input ground lift: via this DIP-Switch it is possible to insert a
decoupling filter and disconnect the ground of the audio source from
the ground of the device. In "ON" position the masses are connected
directly to each other, in "OFF" position the masses are connected
by means of a decoupling filter.
7: Regolazione volume d’uscita. Tramite la regolazione dei trimmer
è possibile impostare il livello di ogni singola uscita. Il rapporto di
segnale ingresso uscita è 1:1 con i trimmer a fondo scala.
Output volume adjustment. By adjusting the trimmers, it is possible
to set the level of each individual output. The ratio of signal input to
output is 1: 1 with the trimmers at full scale.

8: Disaccoppiatore massa uscite: tramite questo DIP-Switch è
possibile inserire un filtro di disaccoppiamento e scollegare la massa
del dispositivo dalla massa dell’apparecchio collegato. In posizione
“ON” le masse sono collegate direttamente tra loro, in posizione
“OFF” le masse sono collegate tramite un filtro di disaccoppiamento.

connected directly to each other, in the "OFF" position the masses

9: Uscite bilanciate: il dispositivo possiede 8 uscite bilanciate con
livello d’uscita in rapporto 1:1 rispetto al segnale d’ingresso (con
trimmer a fondo scala). Il segnale d’uscita risulterà bilanciato anche
collegando una sorgente con uscita sbilanciata.
H: punto caldo del segnale
C: punto freddo del segnale bilanciato
GND: schermatura del cavo e riferimento di massa.
Balanced outputs: the device has 8 balanced outputs with output
level in 1: 1 ratio with respect to the input signal (with full scale
trimmer). The output signal will be balanced even by connecting a
source with an unbalanced output.
H: hot pin of the signal
C: cold pin of the balanced signal
GND: cable shield and ground reference.

dal CENTRO ASSISTENZA VIVALDI. Il periodo di garanzia avrà la durata di 12 mesi, dalla data di consegna merce. I prodotti e l’imballo
al momento della riconsegna non dovranno risultare manomessi. La VIVALDI SRL si impegnerà alla sostituzione o riparazione delle parti
componenti la fornitura, che risultassero difettose, sempre che ciò non dipenda da imperizia o negligenza, manomissioni, da casi fortuiti
o di forza maggiore. I lavori inerenti alle riparazioni o sostituzioni in garanzia saranno eseguiti dal VIVALDI CUSTOMER SERVICE
(0421.307825 int. 4) in fabbrica, oppure sul posto senzache ciò comporti nessuna responsabilità a carico della Vivaldi srl per danni diretti
o indiretti subiti dal cliente a causa di ciò. Laddove ragioni di esercizio imponessero di riparare le apparecchiature sul posto, restano a
carico del cliente le spese di trasferimento e di permanenza fuori sede del personale tecnico, che verranno addebitate con regolare fattura.
In caso di inosservanza di una o più norme sopra elencate la garanzia decade.
Note: le richieste di autorizzazione al reso per riparazione devono essere inviate tramite compilazione del seguente form

Il CUSTOMER SERVICE ([e-mail] o 0421.307825 int. 4) invierà via mail, dopo valutazione tecnica del guasto, il numero di
autorizzazione al reso e la procedura da seguire.
ALTRE NAZIONI: termini di garanzia di 12 mesi. Il termine e la garanzia possono variare a seconda del Paese e potrebbero non essere
gli stessi per tutti i prodotti. Termini e condizioni di garanzia per un determinato prodotto possono essere determinati innanzitutto
localizzando il paese appropriato in cui è stato acquistato il prodotto, quindi individuando il tipo di prodotto.
Vivaldi nel costante impegno di migliorare i propri prodotti si riserva il diritto di apportare modiche tecniche ed estetiche senza
alcun obbligo di preavviso.

Where operational reasons require the equipment to be repaired on site, the customer is responsible for the transfer and off-site expenses
of the technical staff, which will be charged with a regular invoice. In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the rules listed
above, the warranty will be void.
Notes: requests for authorization to return for repairs must be sent by completing the following form https://vivaldigroup.it/it/rma.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE (tecni[email protected]t or 0421.307825 int. 4) will send via email, after technical evaluation of the fault, the
return authorization number, and the procedure to follow.
OTHER COUNTRIES: 12-month warranty terms. The term and warranty may vary by country and may not be the same for all products.
Warranty terms and conditions for a particular product can be determined by first locating the appropriate country where the product was
purchased, then identifying the product type.
Vivaldi in the constant effort to improve its products reserves the right to make technical and aesthetic changes without any
prior notice.
