Remove sharp furniture or other objects like vases etc. in a circle area of
ca. 1,5m (5ft) around the position of the ball.
Individuaks with physical challenges or psychical problems are not
supposed to use the product.
Elderly and seniors should not use the ball without support from a
suitable person.
The maximum total load of the ball is 150kg or 330lb including external
weights etc.
Please keep the room temperature under control. Ideal temperature is
ca. 19-23 degrees Celsius or 68-73.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Deviations of
more than 2-3 degrees can change the pressure of the ball.
Please always check the pressure of the ball before usage.
Please inflate the VLUV at room temperature ONLY! Don’t inflate the ball
in cold conditions! Please let the ball adapt to the room temperature
before inflation.

GENERAL SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the fabric cover flat on a table or on the clean floor. Zipper is facing to the ceiling.
Open the zipper. Take the folded PVC inner ball and unfold it. Fold it back as before to a roll.
Lift the fabric cover on the zipper and insert the PVC ball. Insert the bottom side without valve
hole first until 10 cm (4 inches) are sticking out only.

2. (This point applies only if you use our VLUV air pump)
Remove the valve plug, if still inserted. Insert the pump adaptor snug into the valve hole. To
fix the pump adaptor to the pump head, insert the thread part into the pump head. Take care
that the pump head lever is in open position. After inserting the adaptor close the lever and
start inflation. You can also use other types of fitting adaptors and pumps.
Stick adaptor into the pump head

3. Guide the valve opening steadily centered between the zipper opening. Try to hold the
inner ball outside during inflation as long as possible. Alsways push and move the inner ball
during the inflation and guide it centered.
Keep the valve hole outside if possible
Guide the inner ball centered
Close zipper partially
IMPORTANT: THE MAIN GOAL IS THAT THE INNER BALL IS CENTERED WITHIN THE ZIPPER
OPENING. FURTHERMORE; IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PLACE THE VALVE HOLE TOWARDS THE
SIDE OF THE ZIPPER CLOSING: THIS ALLOWS THE ZIPPER TO BE CLOSED PARTIALLY BEFORE
FULL INFLATION.

If the ball is inflated already 80-90% you can close the zipper partially which eases the closure
later. NOTE: If using an air pressure compressor the ball cover and the zipper can tear apart.
We do not overtake any responsibility in this case.
The correct pressure is reached if the ball shows only slight wrinkles on a few places. We
recommend to let the ball rest for ca. 2-3 hours with a closed valve. The ball must adjust to
the shape and to the room temperature. You can try to remove the wrinkles by stroking the
fabric in all directions. If the wrinkles don’t flatten, please add more air pressure till the
wrinkles vanish. The pressure is correct if you can still squeeze the ball with your fist ca. 5cm
(2 inches). The pressure is too high if the zipper cannot be closed anymore. NOTE: Too high
pressure will invalidate the warranty.
If the valve hole moves too far under the cover during inflation, simply deflate the ball until
you can move the inner ball into the correct position.
To seal the air in the ball, finally insert the valve plug deeply into the hole.

Please guide the zipper pull to the outside, otherwise it will be pinched from the inner ball.
To close the zipper please push the inner ball down under the zipper pull, it will ease the
closure.
Please guide the zipper pull into the cover to prevent floor damage.

To remove the valve plug, please use a screw driver or a stable coffee spoon. Guide the edge
under the valve top and slightly lever the plug tot he outside. NOTE: The plug can suddenly
pop out of the valve hole. To prevent this please put a finger onto the valve plug.
