First steps

INSERT SIM AND MEMORY CARD
You can insert two nano SIM cards and one microSD memory card
into the smartphone.
Use your fingernail to grab the notch
on the lower left corner of the back
and pull up the back cover.

CREATE ACCOUNTS
You can connect and synchronize the Volla
Phone X23 with your email inboxes and their
online calendar from NextCloud, Google or
another provider.
1. Go to the System Preferences by tapping the
gear icon in the left sidebar.
2. Tap on the “Accounts” entry and select the
data source that you want to include.
3. When you have connected a data source, tap
on the corresponding entry to finally activate
the synchronization.
To include an e-mail box, first install the “Dekko 2” app from the
Ubuntu Touch App Store.

apply force when inserting the SIM
and memory card - the connector on
the phone and other parts may be
damaged.
INSERT BATTERY
If you change the
battery, insert it into
the smartphone so
that the contacts
on the upper right
side meet the contacts on the smartphone. Then
replace the cover and gently press it closed until it
clicks into place.
CHARGE BATTERY
Insert the USB Type C plug of the supplied
charging cable into the USB Type C port of the
smartphone. Connect a USB power adapter to the
USB port of the charging cable and connect to
a power outlet. The device is charged when the
charging icon in the status bar or charging mode is
completely filled.
SET UP DEVICE
When you start the device for the first time, the setup wizard appears.
If you have inserted a SIM card, in most cases you will need to enter
your SIM PIN first. Tapping “Next” or “Skip” at the bottom will take
you to the next step in each case. To accept the End User License
Agreement, scroll to the bottom of the text to move to the next step.

Settings
Open and close apps
In the system settings, you can customize the Volla Phone X23 with
Ubuntu Touch for your personal use.
TIPS FOR ADJUSTING THE CELLULAR CONNECTION:
1. Tap the entry for the “Network” in the settings.
2. Activate cellular data.
3. Select 2G/3G/4G as the connection type.
4. Call up “Network provider 8 APN” and then “Access point”.
5. Make sure that the green check mark is set next to both entries.
SIDEBAR
With a swipe gesture from the left edge to the
right, you can show the sidebar (dock) of Ubuntu
Touch at any time. It shows important and
currently open apps.
The button at the bottom of the sidebar opens
an overview of all installed apps in a grid
arrangement.
FAN VIEW
With a swipe gesture from the right edge to the
left, you call up an overview of the open apps,
which are displayed as compartments. This
allows you to switch to one of the open apps or
close an open app with a swipe gesture from the
bottom to the top.
TIPS FOR ADJUSTING FONT SIZE AND COLORS:
1. install the app “UT Tweak Tool” from the App Store.
2. After launching the app, enter your PIN or password to unlock the
device.
3. To change the font size, tap “Scale”.
4. To use a dark mode with white font on black background instead of
black font on white background, tap “System Design”.
QUICK SETTINGS
You can call up the quick settings with a swipe
gesture from the top edge downwards. For
example, you can activate or deactivate the WLAN
here and check the connection with the mobile
network.
The settings are grouped via tabs that you can
scroll through horizontally to switch between
settings.

Install and delete apps
System updates
Ubuntu Touch uses its own app store. You cannot
use Android apps under Ubuntu Touch. This
requires the additional software Waydroid, which
is currently under development.

INSTALL
1. Open the App Store from the sidebar, the Dock.
2. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the bar at the
top to search for apps or tap one of the recommended apps.
3. Tap the green Install button in an app description to install an app.
Updates with improvements and bug fixes are available for your Volla
Phone X23 approximately every 2 months.
1. To check or perform an update, go to the system settings and select
the “Updates” entry.
2. Tap on “Update” if the update of the operating system or the
preinstalled apps is available.
3. 3. after downloading a system update, you have to confirm the
execution of the update once again. Afterwards, the device restarts.
REFRESH
1. Tap on the “Installed apps” line to see the installed apps.
2. If there is a current version of one or more apps, they will be at the
top of the list. Tap on “Update all” to perform an update.
DELETE
1. Tap on an entry in the list of installed apps to get detailed
information.
2. Then tap the trash can icon in the upper right corner to delete the
app.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• For your own safety, use only approved Volla original accessories for
your cell phone. The use of non-compatible accessories may damage
the cell phone and cause dangerous situations. Original accessories
can be obtained from Volla Customer Service.

• Your smartphone oers IP68 protection (dust and waterproof).
Observe the following notes when in contact with water: Never
expose your smartphone to greater depths of water. Do not use
your smartphone under water for more than 30 minutes at a
maximum water depth of 1.5m. Keep all covers completely closed
so that no water can penetrate. Once your smartphone is out of
the water, dry it and the device openings (microphone / speaker
(earpiece) / USB Type-C port / headset jack) with a lint-free cloth
to remove any water drops that may be present.
• Approved temperature range for charging: 0-45° C.\
• Permissible temperature range for operation: -15-45° C.\
• High temperatures can reduce the life of electronic devices,
damage the battery, plastic parts may deform or melt. If your
smartphone is used or stored in freezing areas, condensate may
possibly form inside and destroy the electronic circuit.
• Switch o your smartphone in potentially explosive areas and
observe all warnings. Potentially explosive areas are also those
places where it is normally recommended to switch o vehicle
engines. In such locations, flying sparks may be the cause of
explosions or fires resulting in personal injury, and there may be
a risk to life. Such areas include: Gas stations, chemical factories,
transportation or storage facilities of hazardous chemicals,
areas under ship decks, areas where the air contains chemical
substances or fine particles (e.g. dust or metal powder particles).
• Do not short-circuit, disassemble or modify your smartphone -
there is a risk of personal injury, electric shock, fire or damage to
the charger.
• If your smartphone becomes hot, discolored, deformed or leaks
during use, charging or storage, contact Volla Customer Service
immediately.
• The apps pre-installed on your smartphone are updated
automatically. Updates may, under certain circumstances, cause
described menus, functions and displays to deviate in appearance
and function or apps to no longer function properly. If in doubt,
contact Volla customer service.
• Automatic updates of pre-installed apps, installation of additional
apps, or downloading of image, video, or audio files may incur
additional charges from your mobile service provider. Contact your
cellular service provider for a suitable cellular plan.e-installed on

BATTERY AND CHARGING
Risk of explosion if the battery is not replaced correctly.
Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions (chapter
Waste and environmental protection p. 12).
• Never burn or heat batteries and do not dispose of them in heat or
fire hazard environments to avoid battery fluid leakage,

overheating, explosion or fire. Do not disassemble, weld, and/or
modify the battery. Do not store the battery in environments with
strong mechanical impact.
• Do not use sharp objects, such as screwdrivers, to touch and
puncture the battery. There is a risk of battery fluid leaking, the
battery overheating, exploding or catching fire and burning.
Crushing, heating or burning of batteries is strictly prohibited.
• Eye contact with battery electrolyte may result in loss of eyesight.
If electrolyte gets into your eyes, please do not rub the eye with
your hand. Immediately flush the aected eye completely with
clean water and seek medical attention. In case of skin contact (or
clothing contact) with the electrolyte, there is a risk of skin burns.
Immediately rinse the skin or garment completely with soap and
clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Never use the rechargeable batteries for any purpose other than
the one specified. Never use a damaged battery. If the rechargeable
battery becomes hot, discolored, deformed or leaks during use,
charging or storage, you must immediately replace the battery with
a new one for safety reasons.
• The temperature of the battery will rise during charging. Do not
store the battery in the same compartment with flammable products
- there is a risk of fire.
• Do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours.
• Charge the device indoors only. Do not make phone calls or dial
numbers while charging.
• During charging, the power outlet must be easily accessible.
• There is a risk of electric shock during a thunderstorm.
• Do not use the charger if the power cord is damaged or if no battery
is inserted in the cell phone - in such cases there is a risk of electric
shock and fire.
HEADPHONES
High volume levels can damage hearing. Listening to music
or conversations through headphones at high volume can be
uncomfortable and permanently damage hearing. To prevent hearing
loss, avoid listening at high volume levels for long periods of time.
• When using your headphones while walking or running, please make
sure that the headphone cord does not wrap around your body or
around objects.
• Only use the headphones in dry environments. The static electricity
that charges on the headphones may result in an electric shock
to your ears. Touching the headphones with your hand or contact
with bare metal before connecting them to your cell phone may
discharge the static electricity.
USE IN HOSPITALS / MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
• The functions of medical devices in the vicinity of your product may
be impaired. Observe the technical conditions in your environment,
e.g. in medical practices.
• If you use a medical device (e.g. a pacemaker), please consult the
manufacturer of the product before use. They will inform you about
the sensitivity of the device with regard to external, high-frequency
energy sources.
• Pacemakers, implanted cardioverter defibrillators: When switching
on the cell phone, please ensure that the distance between the

cell phone and the implant is at least 152 mm. To reduce potential
interference, use the cell phone on the side opposite the implant.
In case of potential interference, please switch o the cell phone
immediately. Do not keep the cell phone in your shirt pocket.
• Hearing aids, cochlear implants: Some digital wireless devices may
interfere with hearing aids and cochlear implants. If interference
occurs, please contact the manufacturer of such products.
Other medical devices: If you and people around you use other
medical devices, please check with the appropriate manufacturer
to determine whether such devices are protected against radio
frequency signals in the environment. You can also consult your
physician in this regard.
EMERGENCY CALLS
• Make sure that the cell phone is connected to the mobile network
and switched on. If necessary, enter the emergency number and
then make your call.
• Inform the employee at the emergency call center of your location.
• Only end the call after the employee at the emergency call center
has asked you to do so.
CHILDREN AND PETS
• Keep the cell phone, chargers and accessories out of the reach of
children and pets. Children and/or pets may swallow the small parts
and there is a risk of choking and other hazards. Children may only
use the cell phone under adult supervision.
PLAY
Playing on the cell phone for a long time may lead to unhealthy
posture. Take a 15-minute break after every hour. If you feel unwell
while playing, stop playing immediately. If this condition persists, seek
medical attention immediately.
AIRCRAFT, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC SAFETY
• Switch o the cell phone in the aircraft. Please observe the
applicable restrictions and regulations. Wireless devices may
interfere with the functions of aeronautical equipment. When using
the cell phone, be sure to follow the instructions of the aircraft
personnel.
• As a driver of a vehicle, your first priority is road safety and the
safety of other road users.
• Using your cell phone while driving can distract you and thus lead
to dangerous situations. It may also violate applicable laws.
SIM CARD, MEMORY CARD AND DATA CONNECTION CABLE
• Do not remove the card from the cell phone while sending or
receiving data: there is a risk of data loss, damage to the cell phone
or memory card.
• Charges may apply when establishing Internet connections via
the SIM card.
DEFECTIVE DEVICES
• Installation or repair of the products is reserved exclusively for
qualified maintenance personnel.
• Dispose of defective devices responsibly or have them repaired
by our customer service; such devices could interfere with other
wireless services.
• Rough handling of the cell phone, such as dropping it, may break

the display and damage the electronic circuit and sensitive internal
parts.
• Do not use the device if the display is cracked or broken. Glass or
plastic fragments may injure hands and face.
• In case of malfunction of cell phone, battery or accessories, please
contact Volla customer service for inspection.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Never point the flash directly at the eyes of people or animals. If
flash light is directed too close to the human eye, there is a risk of
temporary loss of eyesight or damage to vision.
• When running energy-intensive apps or programs on the device for
an extended period of time, the device may become warm. This is
normal and does not aect the performance of the device.
• If the device becomes hot, please put it aside for some time and
interrupt a program that is running during this time. If you come
into contact with a hot device, there is a risk of slight skin irritation,
e.g. reddening of the skin.
• Do not paint the cell phone. Varnish/paint can damage the parts of
the cell phone and may cause operating faults.
The consumer (customer) is granted a durability guarantee under the
following conditions, without prejudice to his claims for defects against
the seller:
• New devices and their components that show a defect due to
manufacturing and/or material defects within 24 months from
purchase will be replaced or repaired free of charge by Hallo Welt
Systeme UG at its own discretion against a device corresponding to
the state of the art. For parts subject to wear and tear (e.g. batteries,
keyboards, housings), this durability guarantee applies for six
months from the date of purchase.
• This warranty does not apply if the defect of the equipment is due
to improper handling and/or non-observance of the manuals.
• This warranty does not cover services provided by the authorized
dealer or by the customer (e.g. installation, configuration, software
downloads). Manuals and any software supplied on a separate data
carrier are also excluded from the warranty.
• The proof of purchase, with date of purchase, is valid as proof of
warranty. Warranty claims must be made within two months after
knowledge of the warranty case.
• Replaced devices or their components, which are returned to Hallo
Welt Systeme UG within the scope of the exchange, become the
property of Hallo Welt Systeme UG.
• This warranty applies to new devices purchased in the European
Union. The guarantor for devices purchased in Germany is Hallo
Welt Systeme UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kölner Straße 102, 42897
Remscheid in Germany.
• Further or other claims arising from this manufacturer’s warranty
are excluded. Hallo Welt Systeme UG is not liable for business
interruption, loss of profit and loss of data, additional software
installed by the customer or other information. The backup of the
same is the responsibility of the customer.

• The exclusion of liability shall not apply in cases of mandatory
liability, e.g. under the Product Liability Act, in cases of intent, gross
negligence, injury to life, body or health, or breach of a condition
which goes to the root of the contract. However, the claim for
damages for breach of material contractual obligations shall be
limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless
caused by intent or gross negligence or based on liability for injury
to life, body or health or based on the Product Liability Act.
• The warranty period shall not be extended by any warranty service
rendered.
If there is no warranty case, Hallo Welt Systeme UG reserves the
right to charge the customer for the replacement or repair. Hallo
Welt Systeme UG will inform the customer about this in advance.
• A change of the burden of proof rules to the disadvantage of the
customer is not connected with the above regulations.

Each pixel consists of three sub-pixels (red, green, blue). It may happen

KONTEN ANLEGEN
Sie können das Volla Phone X23 mit Ihren
E-Mail-Postfächern und ihrem Online-Kalender

AKKU LADEN
USB Typ C-Stecker des mitgelieferten Ladekabels
in den USB Typ C-Anschluss des Smartphones
einstecken. Ein USB-Netzteil an den USB-Anschluss
des Ladekabels anschließen und mit einem
Stromanschluss verbinden. Das Gerät ist aufgeladen, wenn das
Ladesymbol in der Statusleiste oder des Lademodus vollständig
ausgefüllt ist.
GERÄT EINRICHTEN
Wenn Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal starten, erscheint der
Einrichtungsassistent. Wenn Sie eine SIM-Karte eingesteckt haben,
müssen Sie in den meisten Fällen zuerst Ihre SIM-PIN eingeben.
Durch Tippen auf “Weiter” oder “Überspringen” am unteren Rand
gelangen Sie jeweils zum nächsten Schritt. Um die Endbenutzer-
Lizenzvereinbarung zu akzeptieren, blättern Sie bis zum Ende des
Textes, um zum nächsten Schritt zu gelangen.

Apps önen & schließen
In den Systemeinstellungen können Sie das Volla Phone X23 mit
Ubuntu Touch für Ihre persönliche Verwendung anpassen.
TIPPS FÜR DIE ANPASSUNG DER MOBILFUNKVERBINDUNG:
1. Tippen Sie in den Einstellungen auf den Eintrag für das “Netz”.
2. Aktivieren Sie Mobilfunkdaten.
3. Wählen Sie als Verbindungstyp 2G/3G/4G.
4. Rufen Sie “Netzanbieter 8 APN” und anschließend “Zugangspunkt”
auf.
5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass neben beiden Einträgen das grüne Häkchen
gesetzt ist.
SEITENLEISTE
Mit einer Wischgeste vom linken Rand nach
rechts können Sie zu jeder Zeit die Seitenleiste
(Dock) von Ubuntu Touch einblenden. Sie zeigt
wichtige und derzeit geönete Apps an.
Die Schaltfläche am unteren Rand der Seitenleiste
önet eine Übersicht aller installierten Apps in
einer Gitteranordnung.
FÄCHERANSICHT
Mit einer Wischgeste vom rechten Rand nach
links rufen Sie eine Übersicht der geöneten
Apps auf, die als Fächer dargestellt werden.
Damit können Sie zu einer der geöneten Apps
wechseln oder durch eine Wischgeste von unten
nach oben eine geönete App schließen.
TIPPS FÜR DIE ANPASSUNG DER SCHRIFTGRÖSSE UND FARBEN:
1. Installieren Sie aus dem App Store die App “UT Tweak Tool”.
2. Geben Sie nach dem Start der App Ihre PIN oder Ihr Passwort zum
Entsperren des Gerätes ein.
3. Um die Schriftgröße zu verändern, tippen Sie auf “Skalieren”.
4. Um einen dunklen Modus mit weißer Schrift auf schwarzem Grund
statt schwarzer Schrift auf weißem Grund zu nutzen, tippen Sie auf
“Systemdesign”.
SCHNELLEINSTELLUNGEN
Mit einer Wischgeste vom oberen Rand nach
unten können Sie die Schnelleinstellungen
aufrufen. Zum Beispiel können Sie hier das WLAN
aktivieren oder deaktivieren und die Verbindung
mit dem Mobilfunknetz prüfen.
Die Einstellungen sind über Reiter gruppiert,
durch die Sie horizontal blättern können, um
zwischen den Einstellungen zu wechseln.

Systemaktualisierungen
Ubuntu Touch verwendet einen eigenen App
Store. Android Apps können Sie unter Ubuntu
Touch nicht verwenden. Dafür ist die zusätzliche
Software Waydroid notwendig, die sich in der
Entwicklung befindet.

INSTALLIEREN
1. Önen Sie den App Store über die Seitenleiste,
den Dock.
2. Tippen Sie auf das Lupensymbol in der Leiste
am oberen Rand, um nach Apps zu suchen oder tippen Sie auf eine
der empfohlenen Apps.
3. Tippen Sie in einer App-Beschreibung auf die grüne Schaltfläche
“Installieren”, um eine App zu installieren.
Für Ihr Volla Phone X23 sind etwa alle 2 Monate Aktualisierungen mit
Verbesserungen und Fehlerbehebungen verfügbar.
1. Um eine Aktualisierung zu prüfen oder durchzuführen, rufen Sie die
Systemeinstellungen auf und dort den Eintrag „Aktualisierungen“.
2. Tippen Sie auf “Aktualisieren”, falls die Aktualisierung des
Betriebssystems oder der vorinstallierten Apps verfügbar ist.
3. Nach dem Download einer Systemaktualisierung müssen Sie
die Durchführung der Aktualisierung noch einmal bestätigen.
Anschließend startet das Gerät neu.
AKTUALISIEREN
1. Tippen Sie auf die Zeile “Installierte Apps”, um die installierten Apps
zu sehen.
2. Wenn es eine aktuelle Version einer oder mehrerer Apps gibt, sind
diese am Anfang der Liste zu sehen. Tippen Sie auf “Alle aktualisie-
ren” um eine Aktualisierung durchzuführen.
LÖSCHEN
1. Tippen Sie auf einen Eintrag der Liste installierter Apps, um
Detailinformationen zu erhalten.
2. Tippen Sie anschließend auf das Mülleimersymbol am oberen
rechten Rand, um die App zu löschen.

ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
• Verwenden Sie zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit ausschließlich zugelasse-
nes Volla-Originalzubehör für Ihr Mobiltelefon. Die Verwendung von
nicht kompatiblem Zubehör kann das Mobiltelefon beschädigen und
gefährliche Situationen herbeiführen. Originalzubehör kann beim
Volla Kundenservice bezogen werden.
• Ihr Smartphone bietet die Schutzklasse IP68 (staub- und wasser-
dicht). Beachten Sie bei dem Kontakt mit Wasser die folgenden
Hinweise: Setzen Sie Ihr Smartphone niemals größeren Wassertiefen
aus. Benutzen Sie Ihr Smartphone nicht länger als 30 Minuten unter
Wasser bei einer maximalen Wassertiefe von 1,5 m. Halten Sie sämt-
liche Abdeckungen vollständig geschlossen, sodass kein Wasser ein-
dringen kann. Ist Ihr Smartphone nicht mehr im Wasser, trocknen Sie
es und die Geräteönungen (Mikrofon / Lautsprecher (Hörer) / USB
Typ-C-Anschluss / Headset-Buchse) mit einem fusselfreien Tuch,
um ggf. vorhandene Wassertropfen zu entfernen.
• Zugelassener Temperaturbereich zum Aufladen: 0-45° C.\
• Zugelassener Temperaturbereich zum Betrieb: -15-45° C.\
• Hohe Temperaturen können die Lebensdauer elektronischer Geräte
verringern, den Akku beschädigen, Plastikteile können sich ver-
formen oder schmelzen. Wird Ihr Smartphone in Gefrierbereichen
benutzt oder aufbewahrt, kann sich ggf. Kondensat im Inneren
bilden und die elektronische Schaltung zerstören.
• Schalten Sie Ihr Smartphone in potenziell explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen aus und beachten Sie alle Warnhinweise. Potenziell ex-
plosionsgefährdete Bereiche sind auch jene Orte, an welchen norma-
lerweise die Abschaltung von Fahrzeugmotoren empfohlen wird. An
solchen Orten kann Funkenflug die Ursache von Explosionen oder
Bränden mit der Folge von Personenschäden sein und es besteht
ggf. Lebensgefahr. Solche Bereiche sind unter anderem: Tankstellen,
chemische Fabriken, Transport- oder Lageranlagen gefährlicher
Chemikalien, Flächen unter Schisdecks, Bereiche, in welchen die
Luft chemische Substanzen oder Feinpartikel enthält (z. B. Staub-
oder Metallpulverpartikel).
• Das Kurzschließen, die Demontage oder Veränderung Ihres Smart-
phones ist untersagt – es besteht die Gefahr von Personenschäden,
elektrischen Schlägen, Feuer oder Beschädigung des Ladegeräts.
• Wenn Ihr Smartphone während der Benutzung, Aufladung oder Auf-
bewahrung heiß wird, sich verfärbt, verformt oder undicht werden
sollte, kontaktieren Sie unverzüglich den Volla Kundenservice.
• Die auf Ihrem Smartphone vorinstallierten Apps werden automatisch
aktualisiert. Aktualisierungen können unter Umständen dazu führen,
dass beschriebene Menüs, Funktionen und Anzeigen in Aussehen
und Funktion abweichen oder Apps nicht mehr

AKKU UND LADEVORGANG
Explosionsgefahr bei unsachgemäßem Austausch des Akkus.
Entsorgung gebrauchter Akkus nach Anleitung (Kapitel Abfall und
Umweltschutz S. 25).
• Verbrennen oder erhitzen Sie Akkus niemals und entsorgen Sie sie
nicht in hitze- oder brandgefährdeten Umgebungen, um das Aus-
treten von Batterieflüssigkeit, Überhitzung, Explosionen oder Feuer
zu vermeiden. Demontieren, schweißen und/oder verändern Sie den
Akku nicht. Bewahren Sie den Akku nicht in Umgebungen mit starker
mechanischer Einwirkung auf.
• Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Gegenstände, z. B. Schraubendreher,
um den Akku zu berühren und zu durchstechen. Es besteht die Ge-
fahr, dass Batterieflüssigkeit austritt, der Akku überhitzt, explodiert
oder Feuer fängt und brennt. Quetschen, Erwärmen oder Verbrennen
von Akkus ist strikt untersagt.
• Augenkontakt mit dem Elektrolyt des Akkus kann zum Verlust des
Augenlichts führen. Wenn Elektrolyt in die Augen geraten sollte, rei-
ben Sie das Auge bitte nicht mit der Hand. Spülen Sie das betroene
Auge unverzüglich vollständig mit klarem Wasser aus und suchen Sie
einen Arzt auf. Bei Hautkontakt (oder Kontakt der Kleidung) mit dem
Elektrolyten besteht die Gefahr von Hautverbrennungen. Spülen Sie
die Haut oder das Kleidungsstück unverzüglich vollständig mit Seife
und klarem Wasser ab und suchen Sie ggf. einen Arzt auf.
• Verwenden Sie die Akkus niemals für einen anderen als den an-
gegebenen Zweck. Verwenden Sie niemals einen beschädigten Akku.
Wenn der Akku während der Benutzung, Aufladung oder Aufbewah-
rung heiß wird, sich verfärbt, verformt oder undicht werden sollte,
müssen Sie den Akku aus Gründen der Sicherheit unverzüglich gegen
einen neuen Akku austauschen.
• Die Temperatur des Akkus steigt während des Ladevorgangs. Be-
wahren Sie den Akku nicht gemeinsam mit entzündlichen Produkten
in demselben Fach auf – es besteht Brandgefahr.
• Laden Sie den Akku nicht länger als 12 Stunden auf.
• Laden Sie das Gerät nur in Innenräumen auf. Führen Sie während
des Aufladens keine Telefongespräche und wählen Sie keine Ruf-
nummern.
• Während des Aufladens muss die Steckdose leicht zugänglich sein.
• Während eines Gewitters besteht Elektroschlaggefahr.
• Verwenden Sie das Ladegerät nicht, wenn das Stromkabel beschädigt
oder kein Akku in das Mobiltelefon eingelegt ist – in solchen Fällen
besteht Elektroschlag- und Brandgefahr.
KOPFHÖRER
Hohe Lautstärken können das Gehör schädigen.
Das Hören von Musik oder Gesprächen über Kopfhörer mit
hoher Lautstärke kann unangenehm sein und das Gehör nachhaltig
ordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an
den Volla Kundenservice.
• Durch automatische Aktualisierungen von vorinstallierten Apps, die
Installation von weiteren Apps oder das Herunterladen von Bild-,
Video- oder Audiodateien, können zusätzliche Kosten bei Ihrem
Mobilfunkanbieter entstehen. Wenden Sich sich für einen passenden
Mobilfunktarif an Ihren Mobilfunkanbieter.

schädigen. Um einen Verlust des Hörsinns zu verhindern, vermeiden
Sie das Hören bei großem Lautstärkepegel über lange Zeiträume.
• Wenn Sie Ihre Kopfhörer während des Gehens oder Laufens ver-
wenden, achten Sie bitte darauf, dass sich die Kopfhörerschnur nicht
um Ihren Körper oder um Gegenstände wickelt.
Verwenden Sie den Kopfhörer ausschließlich in trockenen
Umgebungen. Die statische Elektrizität, die sich am Kopfhörer auf-
lädt, kann sich in einem elektrischen Schlag an den Ohren entladen.
Bei der Berührung des Kopfhörers mit der Hand oder bei Kontakt mit
blankem Metall vor der Verbindung mit dem Mobiltelefon kann sich
die statische Elektrizität entladen.
VERWENDUNG IN KRANKENHÄUSERN / MEDIZINISCHE GERÄTE
• Die Funktionen medizinischer Geräte in der Nähe Ihres Produktes
können beeinträchtigt werden. Beachten Sie die technischen Be-
dingungen in Ihrer Umgebung, z.B. in Arztpraxen.
• Wenn Sie ein Medizinprodukt nutzen (z.B. einen Herzschrittmacher),
halten Sie vor der Verwendung bitte Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller
des Produktes. Dort wird man Sie über die Empfindlichkeit des Gerä-
tes hinsichtlich externer, hochfrequenter Energiequellen informieren.
• Herzschrittmacher, implantierte Kardioverter-Defibrillatoren: Beim
Einschalten des Mobiltelefons achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die
Distanz zwischen dem Mobiltelefon und dem Implantat mindestens
152 mm beträgt. Um potenzielle Störungen zu reduzieren, verwenden
Sie das Mobiltelefon auf der dem Implantat gegenüberliegenden
Seite. Bei möglichen Störungen schalten Sie das Mobiltelefon bitte
unverzüglich aus. Bewahren Sie das Mobiltelefon nicht in der Hemd-
tasche auf.
• Hörgeräte, Cochlea-Implantate: Einige digitale Drahtlosgeräte
können Hörgeräte und Cochlea-Implantate stören. Falls Störungen
auftreten sollten, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller solcher
Produkte.
• Andere medizinische Geräte: Wenn Sie und die Menschen in Ihrer
Umgebung andere medizinische Geräte nutzen, informieren Sie sich
bitte bei dem entsprechenden Hersteller, ob solche Geräte gegen
Funkfrequenzsignale in der Umgebung geschützt sind. Sie können
sich diesbezüglich auch an Ihren Arzt wenden.
NOTRUFE
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Mobiltelefon mit dem Mobilfunk-
Netz verbunden und eingeschaltet ist. Geben Sie ggf. die
Notrufnummer ein und führen Sie dann Ihr Gespräch.
• Informieren Sie den Mitarbeiter in der Notrufzentrale über Ihren
Standort.
• Beenden Sie das Gespräch erst nachdem der Mitarbeiter in der Not-
rufzentrale Sie dazu aufgefordert hat.
KINDER UND HAUSTIERE
• Bewahren Sie das Mobiltelefon, Ladegeräte und das Zubehör
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Haustieren auf. Kinder
und/oder Haustiere können die Kleinteile verschlucken und es
bestehen Erstickungs- und weitere Gefahren. Kinder dürfen das
Mobiltelefon nur unter der Aufsicht Erwachsener verwenden.
SPIELEN
• Langes Spielen auf dem Mobiltelefon führt ggf. zu ungesunder
Körperhaltung. Legen Sie nach jeder Stunde 15 Minuten Pause

einstellt, müssen Sie das Spiel sofort unterbrechen. Wenn dieser
Zustand anhalten sollte, suchen Sie unverzüglich einen Arzt auf.
FLUGZEUGE, FAHRZEUGE UND VERKEHRSSICHERHEIT
Schalten Sie das Mobiltelefon im Flugzeug aus. Bitte beachten Sie die
geltenden Einschränkungen und Vorschriften. Drahtlosgeräte können
die Funktionen flugtechnischer Ausrüstungen stören. Befolgen Sie
bei der Benutzung des Mobiltelefons unbedingt die Anweisungen des
Flugzeugpersonals.
• Als Fahrer/in eines Fahrzeugs lautet das oberste Gebot: Sicherheit im
Straßenverkehr und der Verkehrsteilnehmer.
• Die Verwendung Ihres Mobiltelefons während der Fahrt kann Sie ab-
lenken und damit zu gefährlichen Situationen führen. Außerdem kann
es gegen die geltenden Gesetze verstoßen.
SIM-KARTE, SPEICHERKARTE UND DATENVERBINDUNGSKABEL
• Nehmen Sie die Karte während des Versands oder Empfangs von
Daten nicht aus dem Mobiltelefon heraus: Es besteht die Gefahr von
Datenverlusten, Schäden am Mobiltelefon oder der Speicherkarte.
• Beim Aufbau von Internetverbindungen über die SIM-Karte können
Gebühren anfallen.
DEFEKTE GERÄTE
• Die Installation oder Instandsetzung der Produkte ist ausschließlich
qualifiziertem Wartungspersonal vorbehalten.
• Entsorgen Sie defekte Geräte verantwortungsbewusst oder lassen
Sie diese von unserem Kundendienst instand setzen;Solche Geräte
könnten andere drahtlose Dienste stören.
• Bei grober Behandlung des Mobiltelefons, z. B. fallen lassen, kann
das Display zerbrechen und der elektronische Schaltkreis und die
empfindlichen Innenteile werden beschädigt.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn das Display gerissen oder
zerbrochen ist. Glas- oder Plastiksplitter können Hände und Gesicht
verletzen.
• Bei Fehlfunktionen von Mobiltelefon, Akku oder Zubehör wenden Sie
sich bezüglich der Inspektion bitte an den Kundendienst von Volla.
WEITERE WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN
• Richten Sie das Blitzlicht niemals direkt auf die Augen von Menschen
und Tieren. Wenn Blitzlicht zu nahe auf das menschliche Auge gerich-
tet wird, besteht die Gefahr von zeitweiligem Verlust des Augenlichts
oder Schädigung des Sehvermögens.
• Bei der Ausführung von energieintensiven Apps oder Programmen
auf dem Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum wird das Gerät ggf.
warm. Dies ist normal und hat keinen Einfluss auf die Leistung des
Gerätes.
• Wenn das Gerät heiß werden sollte, legen Sie es bitte einige Zeit
zur Seite und unterbrechen Sie ein währenddessen ausgeführtes
Programm. Bei Kontakt mit einem heißen Gerät besteht die Gefahr
leichter Hautreizungen, z.B. Hautrötungen.
• Lackieren Sie das Mobiltelefon nicht. Lack/Farbe kann die Teile des
