Safety warnings
• To operate this device safely, the user must have
read and understood these instructions for use
before using the device for the first time.

Using battery-operated devices
•
Only use batteries approved by the manufacturer.
• Keep batteries away from metal objects that
could cause short circuiting when not in use.
There is a risk of injuries and fires.
• Fluid can escape from the battery when used
incorrectly. Battery fluid may result in skin irri-
tations and burns. Avoid contact! In the event of
accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Immediately seek the aid of a physician in the
event of eye contact.

Intended use
This digital water timer is a device that controls the
flow of water for garden irrigation. Water will flow
for a preset amount of time and then turned off. The
water timer is intended for private use in domestic
gardens and for outdoor use only.

3. ASSEMBLY
Inserting / replacing the batteries (Fig. B)
The water timer is powered by 2 x 1.5V AA Alkaline
batteries (not included).
1. Remove the battery compartment cover(6) on
the backside of the timer.
2. Insert batteries with correct polarity according
to battery compartment indications
3. Ensure a good closure of the cover by pushing it
firmly against the housing.
In order to stop the device from failing because of
a weak battery the battery must be replaced when
the low battery symbol indicator appears.
4. OPERATION
• The water pressure used must not exceed 8bar
/ 0.8MPa to avoid damage to this product.
• The digital timer may only be positioned vertical-
ly with the hose coupling (4) downwards to pre-
vent water entering the battery compartment(6).
Installing the water timer (Fig. A)
1. Connect the water timer to the tap. The union
nut (1) will fit a water tap with G ⁄” (26.5mm)
thread. For a tap with G ⁄” (21mm) thread use
the adapter (2).
2. Connect the hose coupling(4) to a water hose
connection.
Programming the water timer (Fig. C)
1. Set the current time, NOW by pressing . The
hour will flash on display. Set the time in hours
with & . Confirm with . The minute will
flash on display. Set the time in minutes with
& . Confirm with . The water timer will au-
tomatically enter to the next step for the starting
time of a watering program, START TIME.
2. Set START TIME. The hour will flash on display.
Set the start time in hours and minutes with
& and confirm with . The water timer will
automatically enter to the next step for setting
the duration of a watering program, HOW LONG.
3. Set HOW LONG. The digit will flash on display. Set
the duration in minutes or seconds with &
and confirm with . The water timer will auto-
matically enter to the next step for setting the
frequency of a watering program, HOW OFTEN.
4. Set HOW OFTEN. The digit will flash on display.
Set the frequency in days or hours with &
and confirm with .
5. The water timer displays the remaining time till
next watering cycle by NEXT START.
In addition to setting up a watering program, the
water timer has the following features.
Manual watering
This feature allows you to water without interrupting
the set watering program. You can start the water
flow manually and set it for a period between 1 se-
cond and 99 minutes. To set this press . Set the
duration in minutes or seconds with & and
confirm with . The timer starts the watering. The
countdown and the icon is shown on the display.
To manually stop the watering function press .
Delay watering
The delay function makes it possible to postpone
the next watering cycle and then auto resume the
set program. Hold for 3 seconds. The delay icon
will be displayed and the next start will be updated.
To remove the set delay hold for 3 seconds.
Off mode
During the OFF mode the actual watering and
programmed schedules will not be executed. The
set program will be saved and resumed after the
OFF mode has been switched off. To switch off the
digital timer press for 3 seconds. The current
time, battery indicator and OFF will be displayed. To
reactivate the device press for 3 seconds.
Child lock
To prevent unwanted settings, the device can be
locked by pressing + for 3 seconds. A lock
symbol is shown in the display. To unlock the device
press + again for 3 seconds.
General functions
• If a set schedule intersects with manual wate-
ring, the set cycle will be cancelled. The next
cycle will be executed.
• You can stop the waterflow at any time, either
an active schedule or manual watering. To do
this press .
• When you enter to the setting interface uninten-
tionally, but do not want to change the timing
program plan, you have two options. Keep
pressing until you return to the main screen
or press and return to the main screen.
