Descrizione
VORT SANIKIT è un dispositivo di sanificazione concepito per l’abbinamento ai sistemi di ventilazione centralizzata
a doppio flusso VORTICE. Senza pregiudicare il ricambio d’aria assicurato dal sistema di ventilazione,
indispensabile per mantenere le concentrazioni di umidità e anidride carbonica al di sotto delle soglie di comfort,
garantendo al contempo un’adeguata ossigenazione, VORT SANIKIT, grazie al modulo di fotocatalisi di cui è
equipaggiato, svolge un’efficace azione contro cattivi odori, allergeni (muffe, spore, acari, etcc...) e agenti patogeni
(in primis batteri e virus) presenti nell’aria ambiente, contribuendo così a preservare la salute degli occupanti.
Composizione della gamma
La gamma VORT SANIKIT si articola sui 2 modelli, tra loro differenti per prestazioni e ingombri, derivanti
dall’accoppiamento di un ventilatore da condotto ad un plenum integrante un modulo di fotocatalisi, come di seguito
riassunto:

Sicurezza/Avvertenze
• Dopo aver tolto il prodotto dall’imballo, assicurarsi della sua integrità.
Nel dubbio rivolgersi subito ad un Centro Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice. Non lasciare parti
dell’imballo alla portata di bambini o persone diversamente abili.
• Riporre l’apparecchio lontano da bambini e da persone diversamente abili nel momento in cui si decide di
scollegarlo dalla rete elettrica e di non utilizzarlo più.
• In caso di cattivo funzionamento e/o guasto dell'apparecchio rivolgersi subito ad un Centro di Assistenza
autorizzato Vortice e richiedere, per l’eventuale riparazione, l'uso di ricambi originali Vortice.
• I dati elettrici della rete devono corrispondere a quelli riportati in targa.
• Non usare questo prodotto per una funzione differente da quella esposta nel presente libretto.
• Non apportare modifiche di alcun genere all’apparecchio.
• L’uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali, tra le quali:
- non toccarlo con mani bagnate o umide;
- non toccarlo a piedi nudi;
- non consentirne l’uso a bambini o persone diversamente abili non sorvegliate.
• Se l’apparecchio cade o riceve forti colpi farlo verificare subito presso un Centro di Assistenza Tecnica
autorizzato Vortice.
• L’apparecchio emette radiazioni UV-C. Le radiazioni UV sono pericolose per gli occhi e per la pelle. Non
utilizzare l’emettitore UV-C all’esterno dell’apparecchio. Non fissare con lo sguardo la sorgente di luce.

Conformità d’uso
• Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non
inferiore a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali
o mentali, o prive di esperienza o della necessaria conoscenza,
purché sotto sorveglianza oppure dopo che le stesse abbiano
ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla
comprensione dei pericoli ad esso inerenti. I bambini non devono
giocare con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad
essere effettuata dall’utilizzatore non deve essere effettuata da
bambini senza sorveglianza.
• Questi apparecchi sono stati progettati per un uso in ambiente
domestico e commerciale.
• L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve essere effettuata da parte di
personale professionalmente qualificato.
• L’impianto elettrico a cui è collegato il prodotto deve essere
conforme alle norme vigenti.
• Per l'installazione occorre prevedere un interruttore onnipolare con
distanza di apertura dei contatti uguale o superiore a mm 3, che
consenta la disconnessione completa nelle condizioni della
categoria di sovratensione III.

La lampada UV deve essere sostituita mediamente ogni 2 anni (fig. 5).

Non rimuovere il tappo con la lampada UV-C integrata prima di aver tolto
l’alimentazione all’impianto.

IN ALCUNI PAESI DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA QUESTO PRODOTTO NON RICADE NEL CAMPO DI
APPLICAZIONE DELLA LEGGE NAZIONALE DI RECEPIMENTO DELLA DIRETTIVA RAEE E QUINDI
NON È IN ESSI VIGENTE ALCUN OBBLIGO DI RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA A FINE VITA.
Attenzione
Questo prodotto è conforme alla Direttiva EU 2012/19/EC.
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchio indica che il prodotto, alla fine della
propria vita utile, dovendo essere trattato separatamente dai rifiuti domestici, deve essere
conferito in un centro di raccolta differenziata per apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche
oppure riconsegnato al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura
equivalente.
Presso i rivenditori di prodotti elettronici con superficie di vendita di almeno 400 m2è inoltre
possibile consegnare gratuitamente, senza obbligo di acquisto, i prodotti elettrici ed elettronici
da smaltire, se di dimensioni inferiori a 25 cm.
L’utente è responsabile del conferimento dell’apparecchio a fine vita alle appropriate strutture di raccolta, pena
le sanzioni previste dalla vigente legislazione sui rifiuti.
L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchio dismesso al riciclaggio, al trattamento
e allo smaltimento ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e
sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composto il prodotto.
Per informazioni più dettagliate inerenti i sistemi di raccolta disponibili, rivolgersi al servizio locale di smaltimento
rifiuti, o al negozio in cui è stato effettuato l’acquisto.
I produttori e gli importatori ottemperano alla loro responsabilità per il riciclaggio, il trattamento e lo smaltimento
ambientalmente compatibile sia direttamente sia partecipando ad un sistema collettivo.

Description
VORT SANIKIT is a sanitizing device designed to be combined with VORTICE dual flow centralised ventilation
systems. Without affecting the air exchange ensured by the ventilation system, essential in keeping humidity and
carbon dioxide concentrations below comfort thresholds, at the same time guaranteeing adequate oxygenation.
VORT SANIKIT takes effective action against bad odours, allergens (moulds, spores, mites, etc.) and pathogens
(primarily bacteria and viruses) present in the ambient air thanks to the photocatalysis module with which it is
equipped, thus helping to preserve the health of occupants.
Composition of the range
There are 2 models available for the VORT SANIKIT range. Each one is different in terms of performance and
overall dimensions, resulting from the coupling of a duct fan to a plenum integrating a photocatalysis module, as
summarised in the following table:

Safety/Warnings
• After removing the appliance from its packaging, ensure that it is complete and undamaged.
If in doubt contact an authorised Vortice service centre. Do not leave packaging within the reach of children or
differently able persons.
• Store the appliance out of the reach of children and disabled persons if you decide to disconnect it from the
power supply and use it no more.
• If the appliance malfunctions and/or develops a fault, contact Vortice immediately. Ensure that only
genuine original Vortice spares are used for any repairs.
• The electrical specifications correspond to the ones on the rating label.
• Do not use this appliance for functions other than those described in this booklet.
• Do not make modifications of any kind to this appliance.
• Certain fundamental rules must be observed when using any electrical appliance:
- never touch appliances with wet or damp hands;
- never touch appliances while barefoot;
- do not allow the unit to be operated by unsupervised children or disabled persons.
• Should the appliance be dropped or suffer a heavy blow, have it checked immediately by Vortice.
• If the power cord becomes damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance
service, or in any case by a person with similar qualifications, in order to prevent any risk.
• The device emits UV-C radiation. UV radiation is dangerous to the eyes and skin. Do not use the UV-C emitter
outside the device. Don’t stare into the light source.

Compliance
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
• These appliances are designed for use in residential and
commercial properties.
• The appliance must be installed by a professionally qualied
electrician.
• The electrical system to which the product is connected must be in
compliance with applicable regulations.
• An omnipolar switch with a contact opening distance of 3 mm or
higher should be provided for installation, enabling complete
disconnection under overvoltage category III conditions.

REQUIREMENTS OF NATIONAL LAWS IMPLEMENTING THE WEEE DIRECTIVE; CONSEQUENTLY,
THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO OBSERVE SORTED COLLECTION PROCEDURES WHEN DISPOSING OF
THE APPLIANCE IN THESE COUNTRIES.
Important
This product conforms to EU Directive EU 2012/19/EC.
This appliance bears the symbol of the barred waste bin. This indicates that, at the end of its
useful life, it must not be disposed of as domestic waste, but must be taken to a collection
centre for waste electrical and electronic equipment, or returned to a retailer on purchase of a
replacement.
It is the user's responsibility to dispose of this appliance through the appropriate channels at
the end of its useful life. Failure to do so may incur the penalties established by laws governing
waste disposal.
Proper differential collection, and the subsequent recycling, processing and environmentally compatible
disposal of waste equipment avoids unnecessary damage to the environment and possible related health risks,
and also promotes recycling of the materials used in the appliance.
For further information on waste collection and disposal, contact your local waste disposal service, or the shop
from which you purchased the appliance.

VORT SANIKIT est un dispositif de désinfection conçu pour être associé aux systèmes de ventilation centralisée
à double flux VORTICE. Sans être préjudiciable sur l’échange d'air assuré par le système de ventilation,
indispensable pour maintenir les concentrations d’humidité et de dioxyde de carbone en dessous des seuils de
confort, tout en garantissant une oxygénation appropriée, VORT SANIKIT, grâce au module de photocatalyse dont
il est équipé, joue une action efficace contre les mauvaises odeurs, allergènes (moisissures, spores, acariens,
etc.) et agent pathogènes (en premier les bactéries et les virus) présents dans l'air ambiant, tout en contribuant
