SPECIFICATIONS:
24" wide heavy duty cabinet base gas range, Vulcan-Hart Model
No. ________. Stainless steel front, front top ledge and 6" high
stub back. Sides finished in black epoxy powder coat paint. 11/4"
diameter front gas manifold.
■V4-24S: Four 30,000 BTU/hr. two piece open burners. Indi-
vidual pilot for each burner. Heavy duty cast iron top grates
measures 12"w x 27"d each.
■V1G-24S: Highly polished steel griddle plate is 24"w x 24"d x
1" thick. Stainless steel side splashes, front grease trough and
large capacity grease collector. Two 30,000 BTU/hr. burners
with pilot ignition and manual control valves.
Exterior dimensions:
24"w x 38"d x 36" working height on 6" adjustable legs.
CSA design certified. NSF listed.

IMPORTANT
1. A properly sized gas pressure regulator suitable for battery or
single unit application must be furnished and installed.
Natural gas 5.0" W.C., propane gas 10.0" W.C.
2. An adequate ventilation system is required for commercial
cooking equipment. Information may be obtained by writing to
the National Fire Protection Association, Batterymarch Park,
Quincy, MA 02269. When writing refer to NFPA No. 96.
3. These units are manufactured for installation in accordance
with ANSZ223.1a (latest edition), National Fuel Gas Code.
Copies may be obtained from the American Gas Association,
1515 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22209.

5. For proper combustion, install equipment on adjustable legs
or casters. On curb or platform, allow 31/2" front overhang.
Leveling bolts are required for curb installation. Specify when
ordering.
6. Cannot be batteried with GH series equipment.

only and is not intended for home use.
