• When notinoperaon,neverleavetheFluidworkermorethan24hwithoutthourough
 drainingandcleaning.Useawetvacuumfordrainingandsystemcleanerfordisinfecon.Ifliquid
 remainsintheFluidWorker,thereisariskthatbacteriawillgrowtohighlevels.Thiscan
 contaminatewhentheproductisputintoservice.
MOVING THE FLUIDWORKER BETWEEN TANKS
Note: FluidWorkerreducesbacteriainthemachinetankitisinstalledon.Beforemovingtothenext
 machine,therootcauseofbacterialproblemsmustberesolvedandtheuidmustbeadjustedto
 theconcentraonandpHvaluerecommendedbytheprocessuidsupplier.
1. DraintheFluidWorker:WiththeFluidWorkerinoperaon,demountthetankbracketandcarefully
 lithepipesabovewaterlevel.Waitunlnomoreuidejects.
2. Placethepipesandtankbracketintothecontainer(4)onthebackoftheFluidWorker.
3. TurntheFluidWorkero,swiththemainswitchoandunplugthepowerplug.
4. Forthoroughdraining(recommended),opentheprimingtankandsuckdryusingawetvacuum.
5. Movetothenewtank.
6. Carefullymountinletandoutletpipes,makingsureinletismidwaybetweensurfaceand
 boomandoutletisdirectedtocreateopmalcirculaoninthetank.
7. Filluptheprimingtankwithwaterorprocessuid.Closethelid.TurntheFluidWorkeron.

Twopersons,approximately15minutes.
Toolsrequired:ScrewdriverPZ2,ScrewdriverT30,Palletorsimilar.
A. PlacetheFluidWorkeronitsbackonapalletorsimilar.Lettheboomextendoutsidethepallet.
B. UnscrewthefourFluidWorkerfeet.
C. Mountthetwoheelbrackets(1)totheboomoftheFluidWorkerwiththeenclosedscrews(2).
D. RaisetheFluidWorkertostandingposion.
E. Aachthecontainerholder(3)bypushingthetwohooksintotheouter,knee-highholes,onthe
 backsideoftheFluidworker.Lowerthecontainerholder(3)unlitfoldsintouprightposion.
F. Placethe30Lcontainer(4)intothecontainerholder(3)andplacetheFluidWorkerinletandoutlet
 pipesintothecontainer(4).
