WIRING SAFETY FOR UK USE ONLY
IMPORTANT
As the colours in the
mains lead of this
appliance may not
correspond with the
coloured markings
identifying the terminals
in your plug, please
proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Green/Yellow [EARTH]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable).
The wire coloured blue is the neutral and must be
connected to the terminal marked [N] or coloured
black.
The wire coloured brown is the live wire and
must be connected to the terminal marked [L] or
coloured red.
The wire coloured green/yellow must be
connected to the terminal marked with the letter
[E] or marked .
On no account must either the brown or the blue
wire be connected to the [EARTH] terminal .
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be tted with a fuse of the same
rating already tted and conforming to BS 1362
and be ASTA approved.
If in doubt consult a qualied electrician who will
be pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-
rewireable plug tted to the mains lead and
should the fuse need replacing, you must use an
ASTA approved one (conforming to BS 1362 of
the same rating).
If in doubt, consult a qualied electrician who will
be pleased to do this for you.
If you need to remove the plug – disconnect it
from the mains – and then cut it o of the mains
lead and immediately dispose of it in a safe
manner. Never attempt to reuse the plug or insert
it into a socket outlet as there is a danger of an
electric shock.

• Always ensure that the heater is
placed on a rm level surface.
Ensure that the heater is not
positioned close to curtains,
furniture or any combustible
materials as this could create a
re hazard.
• The heater must not be located
immediately below a mains
socket outlet.
• DO NOT cover the heater as this
may lead to a re risk.
• DO NOT obstruct any of the
openings of the heater especially
the heat outlet at the bottom of
the heater.
• DO NOT insert any object
through any openings on the
heater.
• DO NOT use the heater in
areas where ammable liquids
are stored or where ammable
fumes may be present.
• DO NOT operate the heater on a
timer or leave on overnight.
• When not being used, please
unplug the heater from the
mains socket.
• Keep the mains lead away from
the hot body of the heater and
ensure that it is not pulled tight
between the socket and the
heater.
• DO NOT use the heater in the
immediate surroundings of a
bath, a shower, a swimming
pool or similar indoor locations.
• Always unplug the heater and
allow it to cool before moving it
from one location to another.
• DO NOT attempt to dismantle or
repair any part of the heater.
This should only be done by a
qualied service agent.
• In the unlikely event the
appliance develops a fault,
stop using it immediately and
seek advice from the Customer
Support Team.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE:
1. Remove your appliance from the packaging.
2. Attach the legs as per the instructions opposite. (generic images)
3. Keep the front of the appliance through which the heat is radiated at least one meter away from
furniture, curtains and other ammable objects at all times.
4. Ensure there is a grounded socket nearby (back of the appliance).
5. Never use an extension lead. The main cable must remain at the back of the appliance and
must not be in contact with any hot elements.
6. Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTACHING LEGS
TO MAIN UNIT.
1. Turn product on its side to start attaching
the legs.
2. Place a leg on each corner and use 3
screws for each leg.
3. Tighten the screws clockwise until each
leg is rmly secured.
4. Turn the unit back up to standing position
making sure it is stable.
5. Place the unit in the required location and
plug it in.
CONTROLS
Power Button - Turns the heater
ON/OFF. The heating element will
stop working once the power is
o. The power can be controlled
by pressing the power button on
the control panel or the supplied
remote.
Heat Setting - Use to select the
between two heat settings. Low is
is 1000W and High is 2000W. The
heat setting can also be used to
turn o the heat.
Flame Brightness – Adjusts the
brightness of the ame.
Timer - Press the button to select
the length of time you want the
heater to be on. The timing
sequence is:
(0.5h/1.0h/2.0h/3.0h/4.0h/5.0h/6
0h/7.0h/8.0h)
Note: The maximum time the heater can be on
is 8 hours.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Plug the heater into the mains socket and
switch it on. Press the button on the
rear of the appliance or on the remote.
2. On the control panel or remote, press the
to adjust the brightness of the ame
or to turn it o.
3. Press the button on the remote or on
the heater to toggle between two heat
settings: Low or High.
4. To set the timer, press the timer button on
the control pad or remote control to select
a time between 30 minutes to 8 hours.
Please refer to the timing sequence in the
Controls section.
5. To turn the heater o, press the button
and unplug the heater from the mains
socket.
OVERHEAT SAFETY FEATURE
This heater is equipped with a overheat safety
feature. When the heater’s internal components
reach a certain temperature that could cause
it to overheat and possibly cause a re, the
heater will automatically shut o.

CLEANING AND CARE
• Before cleaning always switch o the re
and remove the plug from the electrical
socket.
• Ensure that the unit is cool enough to
work on.
• To remove the dust, wipe the appliance
with a dry cloth.
• To keep the heater clean, the outer
shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp
cloth. You may use a mild detergent if
necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with
a soft cloth. CAUTION: DO NOT let liquid
enter the heater.
• CAUTION! DO NOT let liquid enter the
heater. This may cause damage or
deterioration to the heater’s surface.
• WARNING! DO NOT immerse the heater
in water or any other liquid.
• Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
• If the heater shows any signs of wear or
damage disconnect immediately from
the mains supply, do NOT use it – have it
checked by a suitably qualied person.
• The air lter needs to be cleaned after 3
months of use. Please take o the lter
according to the gure below:
